They always have great service. They are informed of all brands. They're flexible about their schedule for repairs. A wide selection of new motorcycles and ATV. Also a wide selection of clothing and accessories. Also sell electric bikes and such. The owner is very polite and friendly. The service staff is the same. I bring all of my equipment here for repairs. Some day I will pick up a new bike from here. Great team!

Dam expensive and a cracked lid on my machine th a t was not cracked when dropped off. It shuts a little harder.

If I could give this place negative 1million stars, that would still be too good of a rating. The staff was acting really weird. They wouldnt let me try on a helmet. They said they ve never been asked to try on a helmet before. You can only try one on if you re for sure buying it. Never go there it s like the shadowy place in the lion king. I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy! I ve been a certified fork lift operator for 20 years, they should show some respect. If this place shuts down tomorrow that wouldn t be soon enough.

I had a great experience with Brad and the service department at Pro Motorsports. The service was done quickly and at a price I found more than fair. They also answered all my questions about some accessories for my KTM and gave me advice on a wide range of products.I plan on making the drive down from Muscatine from here on out when I need servicing. Highly recommend!

I came from out of state to look at equipment here, all I knew about the place was the had opened in the 90s so I knew they must be good. And they were! Dustin was my salesman, he is very low pressure. Really laid back but very knowledgeable. I liked him. He actually moved my delivery up a day to avoid snow. While my wingman and Dustin & I were trying to figure out trailer tie down points the owner, Lane, actually came out in 25 degrees weather to assist us. He only had a polo shirt on and yet was out there for 20 minutes helping!!! When I told him what a great overall deal this had been he responded " good , my employees all really work to make the customer happy." I was so lucky I chose this business. I very highly recommend for you to check them out tooThanks....

Worked here for a little bit, bought parts and have had service done here. Had one small hiccup with a bike i had previously they did maintenance on but were very professional about it and quick to fix their problem. Solid people that work there and love coming in here! amazing atmosphere.

They had the bike for about a week. Did and Oil change and inspection. Cost around 250, I don't know pricing on bike work but I don't have any complaints.

Went in there to purchase a helmet for my 9yo daughter. They followed me around like I was going to steal something. We went to fit her for a helmet and they said she couldn t try one on due to Covid and they could tell her size just by looking at her. So if they don t get the size right and she hurts herself does that mean they are liable? Get a grip I will never do business there. Very rude. If you want good service go to Midwest honda in keokuk it s worth the drive. As you replied my review is false? Your employee never said a word to me. Was there a reason you even came up to us? Did you feel the need to insert yourself? I was going to purchase a helmet do you not realize you have to try a helmet on to get the size? It was a pink helmet for a girl. She was standing right there. You yourself were rude that s why I set it down and walked out. Did I not look like I could afford it? Price for me wasn t a factor. Her safety was so once again. Terrible service. Rude. I would advise anyone to go anywhere but here.

Very Nice Folks here. Asking about a ATV for snow plowing with. They answered all my questions even if I am a total newbie. I felt well respected. I have been driving by the is for thirty plus years and today was the first time in there.

I was looking to Purchase a Suzuki DR650 but was also interested in the Kawasaki KLR 650. I sent a Email to them and got a call back the next day. We talked my options and possible financing. I was clear that I would purchase it outright if I needed to. We ended the call with the sales guy saying he will email the info on the bike. He never did. Which turned out for the better. During this time I decided on the KLR and I found the exact bike for $1500 cheaper on Ebay that was in Arkansas. Cost $1200 to have it delivered that weekend so I'm up $300. Now today I call you schedule my 600 mile service (I have a service plan that they don't take) and they were very rude. They looked into the service plan and called me back and once again very rude on the phone. They we're clear about not wanting to take 3rd party service plans ( they have every right now to take it) but instead of just talking about options there were very rude. They being the closest in our area for Kawasaki maybe they feel they can be rude and disrespectful and people won't drive the extra mile to get better service. I will drive the extra miles and won't de dealing with Promotor Sports in Burlington IA, or should I say poormotor sports?

We know a friend that showed up there to get a part and they put it aside and told him they had it when he arrived to pick up they said no I have one but not sealing it to you very rude highly not recommend this company

I am a new rider looking to buy his first ride. The staff was very informative and not at all pushy. I felt comfortable and like I was getting an honest opinion and not a sales pitch. Thank you Po Motorsports team.

Bought two dirt bikes here for my boys. Lane, Brad and Jesse were the best! Super knowledgeable and wanted you to leave with the right bike. Prices were more than competitive. Will come back for any other dirt bike purchases. Thanks guys!

Called in and asked if they had my tire size in stock. They did so I brought in my wheel and they mounted and balanced the tire with a short wait. Work was good and new tire was what I wanted.

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The employees always sound depressed or annoyed. And I repeatedly call to ask questions and always get hit with a let me get your number and we will call you back and never get a call back. I CANT STAND THIS PLACE!!

Great customer service!!!! Really feel good about the whole process of buying a UTV there. They are willing to spend the time with you to make sure you are satisfied with the machine you are looking at.

I have not purchased a bike, UTV, or 4 wheeler from here, but I do come in quite often for parts and accessories. The service department is very kind and helpful with lots of information to give. The dirt bike gear is fox brand and competitive on their price. Highly recommend to come here for parts if you have a Yamaha, Kawasaki, KTM, and Husqvarna. They aren't a Husqvarna dealer but most KTM parts are the same.
