I have bought multiple vehicles in my life so far and my most recent was the best experience yet!! I bought my dream truck (a Toyota Tacoma) with the help of Steve Donald and let s just say one thing above all! Steve is the best of the best salesmen! I didn t feel pressured or stressed and Steve was so kind and answered all of our questions with the UTMOST understanding. He was not only very kind but was the most helpful and personable salesperson I have ever met. My husband and I felt very comfortable during the entire duration of the visit and seriously couldn t be happier overall! Not only did I drive away with my dream truck but we also walked away with a new found friendship. A huge thank you to Deery Brothers and a very personal thank you to our new buddy Steve!

it was a recall. It was professional. I had an appointment and got right in. I was told it would take an hour and it took less time than that. I was kept informed the whole way. This was my first visit to Deery Brothers for service on my Rogue. I will be back.

I came into Deery Brothers yesterday to buy a new vehicle. The moment we walked in the door we were treated like family. Rayne Schmitz assisted me and made the process so easy! He really cared about what I wanted and was very attentive. 10/10 would go back to him again!

Steve was very patient with our requests and was able to quickly pivot when the computer system went down. He continued to give us the best service while IT got the computer back up and running. I would definitely return to buy another car from Steve and I trust his opinion and guidance.

I don t even like leaving bad reviews but after buying a vehicle for 65k it feels a little more personal that a dealership doesn t make effort to take care of their customers. We traveled an hour to buy the vehicle. Once we got it home and checked out, the brakes on the car we purchased needed replaced (my husband is an ASE master mechanic) i contacted our salesman who said they checked out fine during their inspection and they would be at our cost. My husband has worked at dealerships for many years in his career and knows this is common practice to pass off a used car as okay if the repair is expensive. The brakes will cost us $3000 to replace as they are performance brakes. Obviously Deery didn t want to front this bill so they checked it off as good to go in their inspection and now it s our bill to pay.

Very poor customer service. Felt very uncomfortable dealing with them as they were very rude and unprofessional. Was told they didn t want/need my vehicle from the moment we walked in the door. They said it needs too much work Then I go to start the vehicle I was there to look at and it wouldn t even crank over. Unwilling to negotiate anything. Needless too say my family will never step foot in your dealership again and will not recommend to anyone that I know.

Tried to buy a suv but they were unwilling to negotiate with me or even counter offer. I made an offer and was basically laughed at, salesman took my offer to someone who makes the decisions and could here them laughing about the offer, came back to the desk and said they were firm on the price, I said OK thank you and left. I drove down the road and purchased a vehicle from one of their competitors. I do not recommend buying a vehicle from this place,

I came in with cash. Test drove the car and asked a hundred questions about the history. Was assured by my salesman that I was buying a decent, used vehicle. Less that two weeks and 200 miles on the car, the check engine light comes on. A day later, the display reads 'Drivetrain Malfunction'. It was like puking teeth from an alligator, trying to get any help. My salesman, sent me to the service center, the service center sent me to scheduling, she m scheduling sent me back to the service center and then to the sales manager, who was out of the office that day. No one wanted to help and no one had an answer. It's been a week and the car is still sitting there in limbo. The car has a drivetrain warranty, but Deery is looking for any escape from having to pay for a diagnosis or repairs. I will never deal with Deery again and would never recommend them to anyone. Would rate them 0 stars if I could.

Searching for the perfect first car for my son I visited many dealer websites all over the country. As a business owner myself, I can t express enough how way above Deery Brothers as a buying experience is from others. Their communication, quality of email information and pictures, my entire experience was incredible. It started with Brandi who was immediate and helpful to go to the lot and check many details in the car as though I were there in person. She was so kind and personal which was completely unlike the other dealerships I had encountered. Then Jake worked up more details to our sale going way above and beyond to make sure he personally handled our needs - he and I were even able to text on a weekend when we both had games our kids played in. Finally, Kevin in finance closed up the money details in an entertaining and expedient way. I can not say enough about Jake, Brandi, Kevin and the experience here. We re from Oklahoma and towed home the perfect vehicle for my son (Jake even had an experienced loader help us make sure every strap was right). Can not recommend this place enough. INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE! LOVE THESE FOLKS!

Garbage company that will nickle and dime you.Bought a nice slightly used car for my daughter. The process was a mess due to having to work with multiple sales people who don t communicate.Fast forward one month and less that 100 miles on the car the check engine light come on. I drop it to have them look at it. Gave them a chance to make it right and I m told it will be 187 dollars just to hook it up and see what s wrong with it! Eric was nice and scaned it with another machine to tell me what was wrong with it but still. Maybe back your name a little?Then they find the second key for the car. Try to use it and find it s not programmed properly. So they say we will program it for 60 bucks. Wow. Cant just program it with the machine you already have to keep a customer happy?I spent my last dollar at this terrible deale. Just go across the street.

I did a little bussiness with tia dealer. After dealing with the manager a few days. I found out for my self the guys was a tool. A liar not a man of his word. I wouldn t buy from this guys or dealer. We transported a salvage car for them. Same car you see in the picture. Once we arrived manager told us unload here. We will get you a check. In fact it was a lie. No check was given to us. Car was dropped same car they will fix up and sell you as new . Truck doesn t run is completely recked. We didn t get paid and they have their truck . Very very dishonest folk. Been doing this 15 years never had to deal with a man who didn t value his word

Bought a truck back in November and haven t had any issues what so ever. Great customer service, had a driver to pick me up a hour away after about 8 hour delay in flights. Craig was very honest and straight forward.

Have dealt with Deery Brothers on several occasions and they are a friendly helpfuldealership. Will continue to do business with them. Preston the salesman did a good job keeping me informed thru the long wait. I Ordered vechile mid August- recieved it December 23rd. Did not come as purchased, still waiting on mud flaps. Very disappointed in the process of ordering online. if you go on line and purchase a vechile the way you want it, is how it should come in. Or why even have that on the online part. Other than the wait, it has been a good experience.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change, and potential leak or burn due to running out of oil and coolant consistently every few months. The did bare minimum to research, charged me for the doing that and told me the bumper to bumper warranty I purchased from them didn't cover the coolant issue they did find and then proceeded to tell me its totally normal for a 2018 Chevy Traverse to be low on oil, and its a well known issue they can't do anything about.

We took our car in for service. They kept us informed and check out was easy. We got a clean car back in a timely manner. Not many dealerships wash and dry your car anymore. In the past we've had service done at another dealership. They were always telling us this or that needed to be done. We would check the owners manual that said otherwise. We feel we've found an honest dealership to care for our cars. If we purchase another car in the future it will most likely be from Deery

Took some cars in for service and never got an update on what s going on. I was just expecting a phone call to tell me how things are going if they brought it in or not what s wrong, but they never call. I ve had to call after a couple days just to know what s going on. I haven t been to many shops but I m 100% sure they actually communicate with customers at any given point. Not saying the experience was bad just supper aggravating that they can t call back when they say they will.

In late October early November last yr I bought my 2010 F150XLT from them. My sales man Ralph took the time to listen ( closely ) to A: what type of vehicle I wanted and what was of primary importance to me feature wise.As A customer cant emphasize enough how much more pleasant and stress less it is when your sales man pays attention and sells you the vehicle you want instead of one he/she Hope's to make you want.first time in 34 years of buying cars I bought the first truck he showed me.because he listened well and negotiated fairly .Thanks Ralph

I was from St. Louis and drove 218 miles to see Aaron to test drive a toyota used model. So as I was driving up to see him he texted me and said Wendy would be my sales person. She was out side when I got there and called out to me are you Bob. From there on the experience was over the top all the way to finishing the deal through the sales manager and Kyle the finance manager and then to Wendy who went out of her way to show how to operate this beast of a Sequoia trd pro greatest experience buying a car I ever had and I'm 67 years old. The initial scheduling was delayed, but my vehicle was repaired in 1 day, and I was able to rent a replacement right through their dealership. Easy pick up/drop off.

This would be a 1-2 star However, the cars sales man was decent and the younger financial rep was very pleasant, informative, and laid out all of our options clearly. I don t remember his name but had an accent he was just great. He d get 5 stars if it was just about him. We bought 2019 Silverado. We drove 2.5 hours to look at this truck. Truck had less than 1/4 tank of gas. We asked if they could fill it or at least put enough gas in it to get us home. They stated that they only do that for new vehicles and not used. The price tag on that truck was more than some of the new vehicles on that lot. Also, the miles on the listing was way less then when we showed up like a 7k mile difference. That shoulda have been the first red flag for us to just walk. We ended up buying the truck. Less than 30 days post purchase the oil needed changed and 45 days post purchase the engine air filter needed changed. I don t put many miles on this vehicle it s to work 10 miles away and back. Sensors don t work either on the vehicle but that s on me for not checking it out more thoroughly. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. They knew how far we had traveled my car was 1/2 tank or more. And then to refuse to even match what was in my tank or fill it just enough to get us home was very disappointing. I feel like a tank of gas is a very common practice for dealerships never not had a dealership give me a full tank until I went to this one.

I had just driven from Delaware to Iowa and would have to turn around and go back in 2 days. Despite a packed service schedule, they were able to quickly diagnose the problem, rent me a car for my travels there in town and have the car done that evening. Everyone from the young man directing me to the correct entry bay and on from there went above and beyond and were all so kind. My car was clean and fixed for my trip back and for very reasonable price. As it turned out, local family members had all used them for multiple car purchases and service as well. All reported similar experience. Can't say enough good about them and thank them all for their help.

A bit of a long story about how much Deery Brothers helped us out, but I feel like I need to tell it. This past summer, my family and I were t-boned by an uninsured driver. Everyone was okay, but the following months were an absolute nightmare when it came to the insurance process. Between work, and our child starting kindergarten, being down a car was not easy. Our insurance was finally dealt with after a few months and we could begin looking for a new car. That was a whole other nightmare. I had a Toyota Prius and wanted to get a new one. Sold out everywhere and to get a new one would mean being on a year long waiting list. I decided that the hybrid Corolla would be a good substitute (I commute 2 hours a day, thus wanting another hybrid). Wouldn't you know it? Hybrid Corollas were also in short supply and high demand in our area. Local dealers also jacked up all of their prices. We decided to expand our search and found Deery Brothers Toyota in West Burlington. It was a 5 hour drive away from us, but they had two hybrid Corollas in freight, and the prices were beyond reasonable! I was first contacted by their internet sales manager, Wendy. She was so nice and answered all of my questions quickly. We took the risk and put down a deposit on a car we hadn't even seen. Then we were contacted by Ivan. What a gem. He guided us through the process and made sure everything went smoothly. A couple of weeks later, the car arrived, and we made the drive to West Burlington. I couldn't believe how quickly their team got us in and out of there. Everything was thorough, and we didn't feel rushed or pressured. It was one of the smoothest car buying experiences of my life. Huge shoutout to Ivan, Wendy and everyone over there at Deery Brothers. Finding these guys felt like we finally had a little luck back on our side.

Closest dealer in my area. Nice facility, but they charge outrageous prices for EVERYTHING. At least in parts and service especially. Long way from home for us, but had to get recall work done. Multiple trips, super inconvenient. There for multiple hrs and wouldn't let us use a car, had to sit. Ugh
