Everytime I try to get money loaded on my NetSpend card the new lady keeps saying she doesn't know how to do it because she is new. Yet I literally watched someone show her how to do it one morning I had to come back after she told me she didn't know how. So why after being shown how to do it she doesn't know how to do it? I had to get a ride because my car is stuck in the driveway in snow. So I have to wait for another ride and for a competent employee to actually do their fuggen job! And I don't get to have my money on my card to do anything with until then. This is absolutely unacceptable and I want something done about it. I'm sorry for anyone needing a job but if you aren't going to do your job fully then you don't need one that bad. I'm tired of going up there just to be told I don't know how to do that I'm new. How long are you going to be new? Because this is just absurd!

I had an incredible experience at Kum and Go thanks to Caitelynn. I got lost in the snow on the back roads of Iowa, and she went above and beyond to help me. I lost my debit card and was running out of gas with no open gas stations in sight. When I arrived at Kum and Go at 2:46 am, Caitelynn not only listened to my situation but also offered me $6 from her own pocket, despite not having much herself after Christmas. Her kindness and generosity truly saved me that night.I also want to emphasize to her manager, Debbie, how important it is to recognize and support exceptional employees like Caitelynn. Her actions exemplify the kind of care and dedication that make customers like me feel valued and supported, even in difficult situations. Employees like her are the heart of the business, and I hope she is appreciated for the incredible service she provides.Thank you, Caitelynn, for your heart of gold and selfless assistance. You are a true asset to Kum and Go.

Came in for a salad and I did find one but the quality was questionable as most of the leaves looked brown after I got it open.

Nice clean facility, not just for refueling your car but yourself, as well, with numerous choices available. Always fresh coffee. Convenience store carries popular items needed for a trip, some items specifically for long distance travelers. Clean restrooms. Friendly employees. Inadequate parking for larger rigs.

Good place, nice selection, easy walk to McDonald's. If you're a trucker, plan how you park. If you pull in facing north on the west-most spots, you're not getting out. Back in, or go around and pull in facing south.

People keep complaining about the truck parking. Guess what People this is not a truck stop and the parking that is there is for McDonald's. The diesel is car and pickup trucks not for us semi drivers.

Tbe gas area was well lit, then store was well stocked and whe washroom was clean. It had everything we needed.

This store is a dump. The associates are rude and expect you to wait on them. The only time worth visiting is between 11pm and 5am when they have their only associate on duty that knows how to do the job.

No pizza or hot food on a Friday night!!! Worker texting on phone!!! Asked him about pizza he said he hadn't made none cause he was busy!!!! Just a young kid doesn't care about customers!!!! LAst time I'll jump of intersate for a kum and go!!!!!

They have an amazing staff working there it's a wonderful place they also have a motto its make days better so they say if they aren't makong your day better they aren't doing their job.

The customer service was awesome. They had all my favorite products in stock and the good food was fresh

Limited truck parking maybe 8 to 10 spots but no truck fuel island
