I was helped by Tina in the store, I spoke with her a few days before I came in, and she had the whole 9 yards of paperwork all ready for me when I came in and gave me the most impeccable customer service! She laid out every option that I could possibly have for putting myself on a plan .She even stayed 20 minutes after the store had closed so that I could have my phone set up! The whole team and there was so fun to be around while I was in there, getting my phone set up.

Stopped in not really happy with my S21 as it got bad signal compared to my wife's exact same phone. Tyrese Stone helped me and was able to get me an early upgrade to a new phone. The whole thing cost me less than 300 bucks. I am very happy with the staff and their knowledge. The thing that really put it over the top is they stayed late to get this all done and never once acted like I was a pain. The staff here was only concerned with my happiness! Super Job by the crew at is cellular in Webster City!

I was hoping to switch companies since I just moved down here from Texas. I went in to check out the new deals on Galaxy 9. But they couldn't help me since they needed my actual SSN card. I've had T-Mobile, Project FI- by Google & Verizon. Never once was I asked for my SSN card. I mean the worker Jordanna Zompa couldn't even take my word on my social. Not sure if this is a race thing since I am Mexican. But I've never heard of such thing... SMH but thanks to that I am not switching companies. Besides their prices were extremely higher than what I pay for now. Also at the door it says they will give you $600 off if you switch little did I know it's just a catch...

Cydeny is AWESOME....PERSONALLY I spent several hours there and went BACK many times to try to get that part was very frustrating partly because of my new phone and not understandingThe girls were extremely kind and patient with me....however to this day NOBODY can give me 1 answer ABOUT my bill like how much??when it's due???is auto pay set up???Very very very frustrating BECAUSE I would love to know how much I have to pay for my cell and the due date plus the break down of my bill....

Was finally able to drop service. I've never experienced good custom service at this location. But went in, severed my line. They actually made it easy. Off to Verizon!

In their commercials, they say something about having high speed internet anywhere. That s a lie. I m 2 hours from my house and I have Extended 3G, that s not okay. Even when I have regular LTE, it s still super slow. Don t recommend

I went to Iowa with an aunt and I was kindly treated by a boy who didn't know much but with what he knew of Spanish he treated us very well and even helped me with other technical problems thanks RikkiFui a Iowa con una tia y me atendio amable mente un muchacho no sabia mucho pero con lo que sabia de espa�ol nos atendio muy bien y asta todavia me ayudo con otros problemas t�cnicos gracias Rikki
