0 STARS, This business is horrible, you ask for a total price and then they lie and charge you 300+ in hidden fees, you're better off getting a towing service from WATERLOO, IA, terrible customer service as they will argue with you and cut you off when explaining your concerns. Highly recommend staying away from these scam artists.

Have had them tow my vehicles for years, had them service or work on them as well and also buy tires there. Always get treated very well by John, Larry and the staff every time. I highly recommend them anytime you're in need of their services.

Was stranded with a flat tire at the flying J, hours from home. Fast repair time and friendly guy that came to help us with the flat tire 10/10 would recommend Tolle automotive!

We were stranded and our AAA towing service was not responding after 3 hours. I looked up towing services near me and this is the only service that responded. The service technician James took great care of us and made sure we got delivered safely to our hotel after dropping off our vehicle at the dealership. Tolle Automotive majorly came to the rescue for our family! Two college kids broken down in the middle of Iowa on their way back to school late in the afternoon. Called Tolle, worked with Bobbie Jo, they got a tow truck to our kids, got the car and the kids to the shop, and gave them a quick diagnosis. They really came through for us and we are so thankful for how quickly they were able to help so we could then figure out a plan to get our kids back to college in time!Services: Car towing, Battery

Terrible customer service and very unprofessional!John was very rude to my grandmother when I took her in with concerns with her car. She was trying to ask him questions and he wouldn t let her speak, he d talk over her and roll his eyes when she was talking.The second time dealing with him is when my son s truck was towed and they left the door open on his truck during a snowstorm, so when we got his truck back we had to thaw it out to get the snow and ice out of the inside of his truck! After talking with John s secretary I thought we had things squared away and then John called yelling and being very disrespectful on the phone. I would never recommend this business to anyone!

This business is horrible! I had a rim break on the highway & they towed me. They wouldn t let me get my car since it was a Friday & holiday weekend!!! So I m a US disabled Veteran with limited money!! Look at what they charged me $65 mileage for 16 miles , $60 tow fee, $150 labor charge (they did no work I changed the tire) $200 storage fee! What is wrong with this company ! All they did was hook up my car & wouldn t let me get it for 5 days since it was a holiday weekend! You should be ashamed !!!Service: Car towing

Wonderful business, wonderful people.On a Friday in June 2016 while on our way to Michigan, the water pump blows in my 1999 Ford Explorer, after calling roadside assistance Jon and Dave from Tolle automotive arrive loaded the explorer on the flat bed and took us to their shop. Jon allowed us to take he's vehicle to go get something to eat. All in all after only a few hours we were back on the road and the price wasn't bad either! Again thank you Jon and staff at Tolle Automotive for coming to the rescue

I had them tow my vehicle after I slid off into the ditch this winter, they towed me and fixed my vehicle up all for a pretty fair price. The people were nice too, as I was essentially stranded for the night they even gave me a ride to a hotel for the night.

Unbelievable. Called these guys for help as we ran out of gas on the iinterestate 3 miles out. Guy never showed so we called someone else. Ends up the towtruck guy finds us at the station and demands we pay him 59 bucks. I gave him 10 for his troubles. It didn't sit well with home apparently. we went to leave and he rammed our trailer with his truck in the middle of a public road intentionally. Trailer is totalled and thousands of dollars of damage to our equipment. Avoid them like the pleg!

Pulled us out of a ditch after a day of ice fishing. It was after five, and he showed up in about 15 minutes after contacted by the deputy. Super nice guy, too.

Tolle Auto damaged my Lexus in the towing process. Staff talked down to me and tried to extort obscene amounts of money from me AND stole my laptop, medications, cell phones and electronics from my vehicle and STILL want more money for "storage." BRING A POLICE ESCORT WITH YOU WHENEVER TALKING TO THESE PEOPLE.

My father-in-law was involved in an accident that took his life his car got towed there I paid cash picking it up in less than 24 hours they charged me for 2 days of storage and almost $600 to tow it 15 miles the car was still technically drivable and it was during business hours that it happened I think they are dishonest and making their money the wrong wayService: Car towing
