this morning I was having a fuel issue in my freightliner pulled into parking lot ask for filters they had two for a 95 fld super nice had everything I needed although filters was not the problem it did narrow it down to a vlogged line they were helpful even gave me two cold waters bottles this was just fantastic added a pic of check valve that was glossed up again super nice place

Spendy and staff isn't real friendly, and I got the wrong part, which was my own fault.. but the return was quick and easy

I pulled into the lot and got out of my truck and was trying to take a wiper blade off. The clerk came out with new blades in his hands and asked, "Both or just one?" I told him just one and he sent me inside to pay while he changed it out. Awesome customer service!

Before a Dot snow plow and I had a collision that I walked away from no injuries the Webster City NAPA always could supply parts for out 190 Volvo 745 wagon. The same applies to our 2011 Chev Silverado and two Honda pilots 03 and 07. NAPA has told us no on the odd occasions but would have the required parts on their next resupply truck or by the second truck at the latest a big well done all personal are well qualified counter agents and represent customer service in a outstanding manner

More friendly and helpful than most of my parts store experiences. Had what I needed and hours that allowed me to get it when I needed it. 20 minute drive over, but worth it.
