This is my first time dealing with Karl Auto. Seylan Spence is the gentleman I worked with. He was beyond AMAZING!! He went out of his way to help me get my new Trailblazer. I will definitely work with him when I need to trade in a couple years.

We bought our vehicle from Karl s in Webster City. We had a free first time service. So I made the appointment that was quite easy. When my wife brought our vehicle in there was no directions given except take it to the service department. She was 10 minutes early for her appointment. The vehicle was taken in and she was waiting in the lounge area for 1&3/4 hours. When it was finally ready. She noted that it was not washed not vacuumed none of the windows were washed and the dash wasn t even whipped down. These are simple tasks that could be completed in a timely manner. When I take my other vehicles to my local mechanic shop. They do these tasks with no charge. And they only have 3 full time employees. I can t believe a large dealership can t find the time to do these simple things.

Our experience with KARL GMC in Webster City was excellent. The communication was great. The process was smooth. Everyone was polite. The first time we stepped inside the dealership door was the day we picked up our car, and we were in and out within an hour, very smooth, transaction. I can t say enough good about this dealership. We worked with Mike and he was amazing start to finish. Not once was he pushy. He took the time to learn what we wanted and why. He spent some time helping us explore options and then ordered exactly what we were after. Delivery was taking a while longer than we could wait so Mike helped us find this Terrain! The day after we bought, Mike called to make sure we didn t have any questions about the vehicle. So many fun new features! We wanted to make a few small changes to the vehicle and Karl s had the parts in inventory and we re able to get things ready before we left. I will definitely buy future vehicles from them. Start to finish, it was an amazing experience!

Was great working with Zack,Cole and even the boss man Bryan coming up to help get this deal done. They knew my situation and worked hard to get me in a vehicle and they suprised me with a 2022 Colorado with only 8 miles.Zack was quick on suggesting some great accessories that would go great with it, hands down best sales team around.

Fantastic job at the store in Webster City. I lease every 3yrs and it was one of the funniest car deals I have had. Staff was accomadating as I live in SW Minnesota and needed a ride to the airport in Des Moines.

Likely the best vehicle purchase I've experienced. Jordan went above and beyond to earn my business. I've also had very good past experiences with their service department and look forward to their high quality service in the future. they remved the cab air cleaner and then want a 100 for a new one. so wheni said that was to much they put it back in leaving the nouse nest in the air duck. Not a very professonal team if you ask me. Hard to get the bad taste out of my mouth.

Mike Carter was very helpful in making sure everything went well for us regarding the purchase ofour new car.The vehicle had just arrived at the Ankenny location on Friday but we had to wait to pick it up in Webster City on Saturday. Mike kept us up to date on its progress.

My daughter hit a deer and took her car in for repairs and you proceed to price gouge our insurance company to such a ridiculous amount that she no longer has a car and can't afford to buy another one, I don't recommend your shop for repairs.

There was zero communication. I was told I would get a call on my repairs between 4:30-5 one evening, and no one called until I called the afternoon of the next day. I was told they found another issue, and would call me about my questions on it. Instead, my car was just delivered back to me with no warning or call. I normally would have been at work that day, but happened to leave early. If I hadn't, the driver that brought my car would have been stranded until I got home from work later that day with the loaner vehicle. I then had to ask for the documentation of the work done, because nothing was provided to me. I have had a whole laundry list of issues with this vehicle since I bought it in Oct last year. More issues I have ever had in a lifetime of a used vehicle, was the one time I purchased a vehicle from Karl.

We were looking for a specific Chevy Hd 2500 and they delivered.Adrian Hill was our Sales Rep and needless to say, he went above and beyond, and came through for us.Having specific needs that will require a Handicap Conversion, Karl Chevrolet is accommodating us to ensure my husband can drive his Truck until the conversion is completed.Super friendly Staff and we left the Dealership feeling like everyone got the deal they wanted!

Blake Greenfield worked with me over the phone and through email and text while I picked out the vehicle and options I wanted. Blake was an excellent communicator because he listened well and never made me feel pressured to do anything. Once our vehicle arrived Blake continued working with me to schedule delivery and make a deal on our trade in vehicle. I really enjoyed working with Blake and would recommend him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.
