Only place in the Cedar Valley I will go to wash my truck from now on. I HATE the long lines at Vets in Waterloo and the smell of manure gets overwhelming very fast. Premiere has a bay big enough for a bobtail truck, and hoses that reach all the way around the truck. No long lines and no awful smells. Premiere has earned themselves a customer for life! Thank you for the affordable wash.

Decent drive thru carwash but it barely removed any bugs and for the most expensive wash the dryer was non existent.

Went here for a car wash last week...put a $20 bill in the machine and it never gave me my change. The car wash I chose was $10...also the dryer never came on to dry the car upon exiting either. Called the number listed and a recording said this number no longer exists ! So then sent an email and still haven t heard from them. Beware!!! Don t waste your money on this dump !

Premiere Auto Wash is well maintained and a great car wash. The auto bays are powerful and fit a full size truck with no problem. The best addition is the blow dryer hoses in a couple of the manual bays. They are very powerful and do a great job drying motorcycles.

Very disappointed in this car wash. The jets were powerful, but some of them didn't even work. About half of my vehicle was washed, the other half had pressure washer marks in the dirt.Never going back again.

I got charged twice for a car wash. The first car wash, the car wash didn't even work. Then I got charged again. No attendant on duty. I have tried contacting them about this but the phone keeps ringing with no answer or voice mail. I tried sending them a message on their website but their is an internal error and it won't go thru. Don't appreciate the unprofessionalism in not getting back to me to solve this problem or even being able to contact them.

I went to get my car washed, selected the $10 option and the automatic car wash failed to do several of the options for the wash. It failed to perform the undercarriage cleaning, tricolored foam, or turn the blower on to dry off my vehicle. I tried calling the number-no longer valid, tried contacting through email option-server error. Don t waste your money here.

Equipment needs updated. Made several attempts on CC before accepted. Could barely read payment screen.Should have gone to Casey's.This is edit is a response to the owner's response to my post: Your update to your equipment is good to hear. Everyone likes to blame things on Covid.... Your equipment needed updating long before Covid. At least Casey's keep their equipment in good repair.

Tried using automatic car wash, hard to read the screen, wouldn't accept my credit card, put in $20 cash and it wouldn't work and kept my money. Tried calling owner and no answer. Would like to get my money back.

Went thru automatic $12. Only light dust on car from rain. Didn't even look like it was washed. I complained to the attendant who said they have had several complaints about this, and it must be "oily dirt blowing in from Texas" REALLY!!! WHAT A BUNCH OF BS! No offer to refund of any kind. So I had to spend $6 more to get it clean. Unless the owner contacts me to refund my $12 I will be finding a new car wash and be telling all my friends about the awful service.

Great for 'townie' cars to get dust off. $3 for 4 minutes- there's not enough pressure to get 1 bug off in 4 minutes. Bummer of a deal.

The best car wash around for either those who like the do it yourself method or the automatic. The attendants on duty are always very nice and helpful.

Used my credit card .when done washing the machine said it was 7 dollars but they charged my card 15 . Then when trying to call them about it no one would answer a phone . I tried for a month to get ahold of someone.

Phone number published is not valid so if there's a problem you have no way to get a hold of someone. The machine is always having issues we never get thru the auto wash without a problem.

I don't know what went wrong. It could be their soap doesn't work. It could be that the pressure in their hoses is not enough. However, I just spent a bunch of money washing the car and it looks like it has only been rained on. Save your money and go to the one by HyVee or Joe's

I always have problems with the automatic carthe red light and green light makes you go either too far past or not far enough ahead and won't finish washing your car my car is never clean it always has dirt still all over it and just does not work a machine is has taking my money and it's just I think a waste of time

Half the vacuums were out of order, otherwise nice facility. I use this carwash 99% of the time.

Equipment usually runs well and there is rarely a wait for a manual bay. You can wait a little for the auto bay on a busy day.
