Vehicle has been there 4 days, had to call them to even find out if they looked at it, told me the problem, great, 3 days later, still no contact back about the status tho I asked to be given daily updates for planning purposes. Hard to continue to go here with such a lack of communication. Update: They were able to reach out and correct the communication problem. Diane is wonderful to work with and highly recommend asking for her by name.

Very quick and understood what I needed and wanted. Liked that they went above and beyond to look at all incentives that I was eligible for and didn t try to push at all. Came to dealership and gas chose a vehicle and paperwork completed within 3 hrs. Loved that! In the past spent most of the day dealing on a vehicle at another place. Thank you Jerry Roling for your excellent customer service.

Wil, Kaleb and rest of the team were beyond fantastic. Made the process of buying a vehicle from another state very easy. Staff was very responsive and knowledgeable. Had my Silverado in for an oil change. Apparently you don t do any kind of safety survey. Changed my tires out the next day , and the tread on the inside of one for the front tires saw completely gone.Could have been a big problem if I had not swapped tires!

Was charged a ridiculous amount for a check engine light diagnosis and then was told my repair would cost over $3500! After doing my own research and checking with several other repair shops, I found out the repair I needed only would cost about $500. I would definitely check with other places before letting them trick you into thinking you have an expensive repair on your hands. I won t be returning here for service.

Yes. To Mitch and the gang of roling of Waverly,hats off to them. Took a 2008 Ford for a test drive and during the drive a coil spring broke. Mitch lined it up got it fixed,no charge to me. Now that's awesome honesty. Took the truck home. Thanks Mitch. . Rock .

I recently had my initial engine oil service completed on my 2023 Enclave. The service department did a very good job and finish the work faster than expected. The personal is very friendly and are happy to see you in the dealership.

Was very happy with the way we were treated. They treated us respect and did everything they could to help us get the vehicle we wanted. Even with the fact we couldn't put much money down because if an accident leaving us with our old loan to pay still. I would recommend then to anyone. Especially people in the Charles city area. Make the drive to Waverly instead of dealing with the incompetence of the people at Molsteads. We were able to get a newer vehicle with a lower interest rate!

I didn't end up buying a car from there but however they were still really helping and kind and not pushy on a sale with me. Jeremiah helped me test drive vehicles and did a wonderful job asking questions even about other vehicles elsewhere! I believe he deserves a raise. I belive it would be a great place to buy a vehicle from. 10/10 would recommend!

Once again tried to do business there. Once again tryed the "where do you want your payment to be" sales method! Offered $5000 less for trade than many other dealers have offered. Over inflated there price on car, won't negotiate period. Guess we buy elsewhere again..

I bought a vehicle a few years back. I 20 female at the time went by myself, 1st bad choice on my part. They showed me a few options in my price range but nothing suited me. Then they say we have one more we can show you. It was parked behind a bunch of other vehicles, couldn t even test drive it. But I loved it, at least I though I did. I got in it and it felt nice, way better then my old caviler I was driving before. I noticed that there was almost no gas in it, but I figured I could fill it up if I bought it. I didn t know what questions to ask at the time I was told it was in great shape with only 40k on it. So I bought it. A few days into driving I noticed it was running funny. Checked the oil and there was almost nothing. I let them know and they came and got it and did an oil change which I appreciated. But the car has given me issues since. Throwing codes, weird noises, and come to find out it was a cracked piston, and the dealership should have done an update to this car before I purchased it to prevent this problem with this model of car. It s now out of warranty. Ladies don t go by yourself if you have little to no car knowledge. I will never shop here again and encourage my friends not to either.

Sometimes we forget the ways in which God has worked in our lives. When I was a student at Wartburg College, Jerry helped me get a car. He told me to speak to Jan and she would help me. I drove that car up until my senior year and thereafter sold it. To Jerry and Jan, thank you for everything.Jerry Roling provided excellent service and were always ready to help.

Best experience ever!Took me less than 2 hours from start to finish, to walk out with my new car. So very pleased.My salesman Mitch, THE GREATEST!Explained everything, pulled no punches and I received NO bull for a fast sale from him. GM agreed to pay 50% of the cost of replacing cracked windshield on our new 2023 Buick Encore GX. Service Manager at local dealership speculated that the crack was due to a rock chip. I suspect the windshield was not properly installed during assembly. I didn't realize that the 3 year/30,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty did not include replacing a cracked windshield. Fortunately, my comprehensive insurance paid all but $200 of the remaining cost for replacement.

They went out of their way to make sure that we had a vehicle to drive while our Tahoe was getting worked on. Had a driver bring the loaner to us, so there was no disruption to our schedule. They kept us informed of costs and timeline and everything went very smoothly. I would 10/10 bring my vehicle here for service again.

We have a 2018 Traverse we had bought from another dealership, the dash started having all sorts of error codes so we took it to the Service Department. Jeremy the shop manager really took time to try to make an expensive repair as reasonable as possible. The part needed was not available through normal sources, so he tracked down the part, one of two available in the whole country from a dealership in California, which meant a substantial savings from the alternative. The repair for that reason took longer than expected and the staff was very nice, even helping to fetch part of a costume that was left in the car by my daughter. This was really the best experience we have ever had at a service shop, Thanks Roling Team!!
