Hit a piece of ice on highway 63 that came off an 18 wheeler, it tore a piece of the plastic cover thats under the car and it was dragging.Drove 10 min to the nearest shop, which happened to be Garry s. They got my car on the rack right away, cut the piece off and got me back on the road in 15 min!! Still had a 5 hour drive home so my husband and I are very grateful for their services. Thank you!

I absolutely will never get any kind of services from them again I had bought a car that have been worked on by them before I bought it.. and that s fine but my timing chain was put together wrong, so what they did was took it out, put new parts in and put it back together but the chain was lose and ruined my motor a month after buying my car now I m out 5,700 and my cars junk

They were awesome! They did not do something just to make a buck! Gave mom's car the once over and sent us on our way.

I went in for an oil change and alignment and I had an appointment at 9. AM. I get there at 9, they take my car. They said it's gonna be an hour 45 minutes for both an oil change and alighment when I book the appointment. 4 hours later, I call them being like where is my car? About an hour and a 1/2 after 9 o'clock, they called me saying they can't do the alignment because of a different issue and they asked me if I wanted a fix. I said no I just want an oil change. I'll do the rest myself so it took 4 hours to do an oil change. Then I have to call them to see where my car is. I get charged $67 for an oil change that took 4 hours and then they charged me for windshield washer fluid and I did not need it and did not ask for it and they did it and charged me for it. If I could give 0 stars I would I have never had a worse experience.Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

Great service. I needed a new radiator, they had it out and replaced in 2 hours. I had my car back before lunch and the pricing is reasonable. Only mechanics I ll ever trust for any vehicle. They may be busy so call ahead!

Garry and his employees were great, prices were also great! They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need, highly recommended! *update* we've been bringing our vehicles here for over a year now(LOTS of oil changes) and the service is nothing short of great every time! You cant go wrong by taking your vehicles here!!

My son is a student at Wartburg College in Waverly and last week had a dead battery in his car. His battery was a new Interstate Battery last winter, so it is covered under the full 24 month replacement from Interstate. I had my son himself call Garry's Tire since the business is an Interstate Battery dealer to see if he could exchange it. Garry gave him the run around and told him to bring it in and that he would need to put it on the charger for at least 2 hours before he could replace it. This was at 4:30 pm on Friday 9/23/22 and since it was only an hour from their closing time, he stated the it would be Monday 9/26/22 before anything could be done. Note, the battery had already been tested and verified by a battery test at O'Reilly Auto Parts that the battery had a bad cell. I ended up making the trip to Waverly from over 45 minutes away to handle the situation and took the battery into Garry's Tire myself to exchange. I wanted my son to learn how to handle these type of situations, unfortunately Garry's Tire has left a bad taste in my mouth on a situation that should have been handled differently. The battery should have been able to be exchanged with no questions asked, even by a young man away from home at college.

Quick and friendly service. On our way back home (to Illinois) and we had a flat tire. Thankfully we weren't too far from Garry's. Everyone who helped us was very kind, waiting area was nice and comfortable. Thank you for the speedy and enjoyable visit!

Very nice however took my car for an oil change and magically the starter went out and needed replaced but I had never had a prior issue

I bought tires on the internet then brought them to Garry's to have them installed. Friendly staff. Also extra points for not even moving my seat or tilting the steering wheel to get it in and out of the shop.

Came in for an alignment and a tire rotation. I was able to get in and out quickly and the cost was reasonable.
