Charlie was absolutely amazing! I came in looking for a Malibu and got exactly what I wanted. He helped me fall in love with my car, and wasn t pushy at all. If I didn t like something about a car, he d reassure me I was right. It was really comforting to know he understood what I wanted. Overall, it was the least anxious experience I ve had at a dealership! I would definitely buy from here again!!

Got this 2020 Ram 1500 from Charlie Metcalf. Traded in a 2017 jeep Cherokee sport. They where very upfront. As of right now I would definitely go back. They are a small dealership right now so they don't have to much of a selection on the lot. I originally wanted a rebel. But after looking at a few trucks and test driving the one I have I really liked it. Its very clean and looks very sharp in my driveway. I would recommend to someone if they needed a ride. With them being small they have more time to get to know the customers. Unlike a bigger dealership where they don't even bother. I'm not good at reviews never done it before. Otherwise go check them out see what they can do for you.

We are very happy with how easy it was to work with Matt Poock, and the rest of the team at DH Waverly. No high-pressure sales tactics or manipulation. Matt was great to work with and made it easy to buy our new Durango.

We have had a very good experience with Dale Howard. I would definitely recommend working with this dealership. Charlie is SO helpful, on top of things, and goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Even with some unexpected hiccups we ran into, both Charlie and Akin were on top of helping and making this right.

First time going to Dale Howard and loved my experience. Charlie helped me fall in love with my Jeep and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The whole staff was thoughtful, generous, understanding, and even shared a few laughs. My questions were answered thoroughly (even if I asked the same ones more then once) as well as becoming educated on what I was signing. They made sure I got the best rates without pushing me or bullying me into something I didn't want. Thanks again guys for helping me along the way, you all rock!

Charlie and Dylan were great to work with! My son is really enjoying his new Chevy Cruze and will soon be cruising in it on his way to college. Charlie was very attentive to our inquiry and accommodating to our schedule, having driven from 2 hours away to check it out. He was also very respectful and reasonable when we were discussing terms of the sale, then Dylan also presented all of our options without pressure.Overall, our experience was super and the customer service all around was exceptional! Would definitely recommend and would return here for another vehicle! Thanks!

We stopped in to look at a Jeep Cherokee that had just come in the day before. It hadn't been through detailing or service, yet, but Kaleigh was able to show it to us and let us test drive it. It was a gem and we ended up buying it! Since it needed detailing and service, we weren't able to take it that day, but they were able to deliver it to us, almost 3 hours away, for a reasonable fee. Thank you for the excellent service and treatment!

10 out of 10; would recommend!I am not a fan of dealerships. I have had struggles with other locations in the past. I decided to give this one a try because of a car I was very interested in. Everything about my experience here was pleasant.Charlie was the first one to greet me, and he seemed very genuine which in my experience is rare for salesmen. He was straight-forward with the whole process. Everything he said felt upfront and honest.I can say that my next car shopping experience will, without a doubt, be at this location.P.S. - My new Durango is awesome!

Worked with Charlie Metcalf when I was looking for a used Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and really went the extra mile trying to help us. I would recommend him if you are looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. We also have had service work done at Dale Howard in Waverly and have had a great experience.

I ve never been to Dale Howard or heard of them really but I just bought a 2021 Volkswagen Passat from Charlie Metcalf who does excellent work over there! I traded in my 2016 Chevrolet Malibu and Charlie helped me really admire the car and everything it has to offer. I ve never had better customer service from a dealership either. As soon as I got there and was opening my car door to get out, I was greeted instantly with great attitude and a smile. For anyone who needs a car or is looking, you should check out what they have to offer over at Dale Howard!

Charlie was awesome. Best experience I've had at a dealership. It's worth going to if it's out of your way. I drove 200 miles to get the truck that way priced lower than other dealerships and they even checked to make sure I got home ok. No pressure nothing but friendly smiles

Our last purchase was a SUV. We told our salesman, Kaleigh, what we were interested in & she showed us 3 different ones & explained the differences between them. She was very knowledgeable about each & the dealership very easy to work with. Definitely, would recommend them.

I ve made several vehicle purchases in my life and just dread doing it. Thinking this experience would be the same I reached out anyways since I was interested in a vehicle they had on the lot. I was completely wrong, Charlie and his team was amazing to work with. Extremely knowledable about every function within the vehicle and the willingness to explain any question is unlike any experience I ve had before. Thank you for taking care of us and will be back on any future vehicle purchases. If you are in the market for a ride I recommed reaching out to them.

I had a new engine put in my vehicle with Dale Howard Waverly. The number one reason we went with Dale Howard was because they were the only dealership we could get a loaner from. We traveled over an hour for this luxury they provided which is hard to come by apparently. The motor has been running wonderfully have not had an issue and I am very happy with the service I received.Have come back here to now purchase a vehicle because we had such a great experience with the engine. Worked with Austin and he did an awesome job on making sure the vehicle we picked was right for what we were looking for. If you go in be sure to work with Austin. Thanks Austin!!

Brian has an eye for picking great used vehicles. Better quality used inventory than most.They're not uncomfortably pushy about selling..unlike many auto dealers.Smaller outfit so there is not much variety on their lot.Was not happy with bait and switch tactic considering finance interest rate was expected to be 3.94 then last minute ended up as 5.50. even with 740 credit score. 1.50 difference was blamed on financing bank...but whatever.Verbal agreement for cosmetic repair...as always it best to get things in writing...we will see if Brian follows through. He knows I'm a tough customer and I'm sure he will read this review... hahahaSuper friendly staff though.More than likely I will give them my business in the future whether they like it or not.I will recommend them to others.

We mentioned to Kaleigh what we were looking for and she set out to find it. We had some setbacks but Kaleigh and the rest of the team didn t give up and stuck with us through the process. We drove away satisfied. We will definitely go back to Dale Howard for future purchases.
