My family stayed in Lansing this weekend and just into our ride home the dash lights started going in and out and more lights came on. I was lucky to pull into effigy mounds center and started calling. Brian answered immediately and also felt it was an alternator issue- he said he d make some calls. He found an alternator and showed up to tow us even though with reception he couldn t get ahold of us again. He was extremely helpful and prices were reasonable in our opinion. He saved our day. Great service. My truck's alternator died 50 minutes away from my home in La Crosse. They came and picked it up and drove me and my disabled truck back to La Crosse. Reasonable rates considering the distance involved. The driver was a nice guy too. Had a good chat.It's annoying to have a disabled vehicle, but all things considered, it was the best possible experience. I would definitely recommend.Service: Car towing

We were staying in a cabin in nearby Waterville. We woke up Easter Sunday morning to leave to go back home that is about 3 1/2 hours away and went out to a flat tire. We called our roadside assistance and they sent out Brian and he was there within 30 minutes. He put on our spare and took our punctured tire back to the shop and fixed it immediately. We are ever so thankful as it was Easter Sunday and there were no other tire stores or places open. Thank you so much Brian! Highly recommend!!

One of their drivers and myself were in a small collision in Cedar Rapids. He refused to give me his name or any information about himself or the company insurance company. I took pictures of the truck with the company s name and phone number. I called the office and spoke to the female owner who was extremely rude and would not cooperate with me when all I wanted was her insurance company so I could let our 2 insurance companies decide what to do. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they are not at all professional. I will also be sending a report to the BBB in their city.

These guys saved us when we were stranded in Lansing IA last Saturday with a busted alternator. They towed us back to shop, replaced the alternator, and had us back on our way to Dubuque! My wife and I cant thank them enough. On a Saturday no less!! I wish I could give 6 stars!!!

I'm from Cedar Rapids Iowa and took a trip to Driftless for a date with some Brown Trout and on way back blew a tire on Sunday in middle of day with no service and little money on me. A nice man stopped and asked if we needed help, he drove to top of hill to get service and called Brian and in 20mins he was there with a flatbed. Two hours later I was down the road. He even went into Decorah and actually picked up my new tires!! Hats off to you and family. Thank you!

Came quickly and explained what the problem was (dead battery holding no charge). Was reasonable on price and very professional. I would not hesitate to call again for towing needs.

AAA has sent me Danny Mac s Towing twice now and I m so happy they have! The most recent time they arrived about 45 minutes before the estimated arrival time and got my minivan off the side of the highway in minutes. He offhandedly mentioned might be a fuel pump when I told him my issues, and low and behold it was! If you need a tow, these are the guys.

DO NOT USE. Should be ZERO stars. Scammers. Charged my young daughter $1300 to tow a car out of mud without giving ANY expectation of upfront pricing - not even a minimum. Keeps making excuses of why the $1300 is justified, yet was somehow unable to say 'it will be AT LEAST _____" prior to executing. Will be settling in court - have issued a complaint with AAA and will do same with Better Business.

Came to patch a tire with a screw in it and the tire went flat the next day - another repair shop identified that the fix was leaking. I get that it s a pop shop but a 12 year old kid was working on my $200 tire, not exactly professional.

Charged almost 400 to take car to dealership in LaCross from Decorah. Was not given the information up front and owner was very defensive about me questioning his charges. I would use a different company.
