Andy is incredible! He worked with my husband and I to find a car in our budget, and was not pushy at all! He was straight forward with what he could or couldn t do on the financing and explained everything throughly. The atmosphere inside the dealership is very relaxed and comfortable. (My husband enjoyed being able to watch college football while we waited for financing).Definitely worth the trip out there for us. We will be buying future cars from Andy again in the future.

Absolutely terrible. First off we went in to talk to salesman,he says a price and then I say the price the manager had told me previous and he immediately got an attitude and asked who said that price. Should have just gotten up and left. Problems getting ahold of salesman. Truck sounded terrible after a couple days. Had to keep calling to try and get it fixed. Finally talked to someone else and got some worked scheduled. My son was out waiting on the scheduled appointment and salesman Steve calls me with an attitude and said they weren't paying for it so wasted trip. Finally got that fixed. We were promised a second key and fob and after over a month some 3rd party just texted and said he can make a key after salesman Steve told me one was ordered and would be out when truck got fixed. Definitely would not recommend!!!!

I had a great experience working with Andy Fox on getting me a new car. He was thorough, not pushy, and went above and beyond to help me leave that day with my car. Definitely would trust him in the future, and I suggest you visit him too!

Bought a pre-owned BMW vehicle from them. Within the first week there were problems. Once the vehicle was checked out. It was an issue that could have been prevented if the vehicle had been inspected prior to selling. The oil filter was installed wrong and caused a leak. It ruined the belt (which also had to be replaced).Also question their repair suggestions. Get a 2nd opinion if you're not convinced.Then maybe a month or so later there was a hole in the coolant reservoir. Was an over priced repair from Willis repair. Was not covered by the warranty they sold me. Also was told I'd need a very expensive part because the vehicle was leaking oil. This comes after the first oil repair. Had it checked again and that was not true. There was just residual oil from the 1st incident. Then there was an expensive suggestion to have my brake fluid flushed. Funny because they told me the breaks were new in the same inspection. Then why a flush.They probably treated me like this because I'm a woman and they didn't think I would know anything. I discovered the problems on my own.

My wife and I were passively searching for a vehicle when we stumbled upon the vehicle my wife was looking for. We inquired on the vehicle and they quickly got us in to take a look and drive it. They had just received the vehicle on trade and they quickly got it through service and detail to get it ready for us to purchase it! The whole experience was great from communication, customer service, ease of paperwork and of course the vehicle! Would HIGHLY recommend looking here first! Matt Peterson and Chris Wilson are rockstars!!

We set out our filter 500 miles to find the vehicle we were looking for, and came up short the first 2 times!!! #3 has to have been the best car buying experience I personally have ever had or even heard of!!!! Not only was my Salesman Kyle the best!! But the staff and all they did to accommodate our time there at the Lot and the state, was nothing less than outstanding!!! Kyle has my vote for Best In The Business! Willis Auto will be my go to no matter where I live!!!

Amazing experience I received from staff. The staff went above and beyond to help me find my dream car. Bryan Bellis is an excellent salesperson with excellent customer service experience. Very polite, humble and knowledgeable and treats people with respect and dignity, he treated me like a daughter. I felt welcomed and appreciated alot. My wife and I walked in to purchase a new Lexus and were ignored by all but one member of their staff. We were wearing sweatpants, so believe they judged our appearance and treated us poorly. Purchased a brand new vehicle at a dealer who treated us well the next day. Won t go back to this dealer.
