If you keep your personal car longer than most, and are searching for a good honest, reliable and reasonable repair automobile service company that is local & family owned then try United Fleet on 100th or 63rd ask for Big John on 100th or Jamer on 63rd. They ll give you an honest estimate and try to meet your request for good old fashion service from their experienced techs who have skilled hands named Kevin (Hoover Huskie Grad former Hoover Teacher shout out on 100th) and Dustin on 63rd! They even have top notch experienced mechanics at 14th Street, Waukee and Pleasant Hill that can do it all. Call, any store, and make an appointment with any of these top notch shops from Waukee to Pleasant Hill that also includes any of the mechanics in between to keep your car running safely during our unpredictable winter! Thanks Jamer and Dustin for the test drive now Stan ( Company CEO) that s what I call good old fashion customer service like my Willis Cadillac Dealer give the boys a raise!!!!!

Took my car to get inspected as to way it was swaying in the rear and they said everything was bad including rims and they also said it was on it last leg when ur not that rusted underneath cause i crawled under it before and found the issue DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

Terrible customer service, the front desk guy argued with me in front of other customers and then, even though I had papers from another repair shop, telling him what was wrong, still would not fix my car. Misdiagnosed my car twice, and then refused to guarantee their work and fix it properly. Would not recommend going here for any type of car repair.Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

My interaction with this company has been fantastic. My family was in a bind and they stepped up. Josh allowed me to drop off a vehicle for inspection, inspected it and went through the process of getting everything taken care of.Not only did they complete the tasks on time but they also kept the vehicle longer due to a family emergency.The customer interaction is respectful and informational.Thank you, United Fleet!

Complete scam. Had a coupon from a fundraiser for a free oil change. Everything seemed fine until I went to pay. The employee informed me that my tie-rods and ball joints were shot and needed to be replaced ASAP. Was a little weary to get it fixed right away since I had never worked with them before. Talked to my dad and took it to a mechanic my family has gone to for year with no problems (Downey tire in Indianola), to have it looked at. Big shocker there was absolutely nothing wrong with my vehicle and never had any problems with it after.

I started out with a simple oil change which went well - fairly quick and they fixed a small rattle I had in the exhaust system at n/c - can't beat that. However, they found a couple of things and that's where it kind of went south, front tie rods and front brakes. Since this car was going to be taken to college for our daughter, figured we needed to get it fixed. I was pleasantly surprised they could do it later in the week and we set an appointment.Dropped the car off Friday morning with a commitment to have it done by the end of the day. The day wore on with no call, but they had committed so finally, we were out and about and stopped by around 5.The first sign of trouble was that my wife looked at it and said "I don't think it's moved". Which, it hadn't and they hadn't even touched it. My wife went in and they said they could have it done in about 10 minutes??? Turns out they were ready to change the oil (again). The excuse then morphed to "We were really busy today" at which point I took the keys back determined to vote with my feet.Here's the really odd part - I took it to another place and said what needed to be done. They agreed with the brakes but said they could not understand why I would have been told the tie rods needed replacing as they felt they were fine (and I've never noticed any issues when driving). So, who knows, maybe their incompetence saved me a big chunk of money and I should thank them. I am in no way accusing them of falsifying anything as I'm sure there is some opinion involved in wear items, but after everything I almost begin to wonder if they had some cars mixed up.............Service: Oil change

They do a very good job of keeping you updated on any new issues with your vehicle while in the shop and explain what should be done sooner then later.

I'm not happy w their service. I was from out if state and over charged for a starter. Got an oil change and starter for 750.00! And I had a terrible noise that started after the starter was replaced! Told me I needed a new engine for a 2012 Honda civic!!!!!- got home and they told me my engine is perfect!!!!! Terrible experience.

I am very impressed with United Fleet in Waukee! Jake Ross and his mechanics are so nice and very knowledgeable. I don t feel like they are trying to up sale me when I go in to have my vehicles serviced. I am so glad I found United Fleet!

This is a great business with qualified techs and is run by a very qualified gentleman named Jake Ross. The shop is exceptionally clean and the waiting room is very comfortable, very clean and technically wonderful.I took advantage of the cell pnone charging station in their waiting room! I mean who does that! Prices are reasonable, the auto techs know what they're doing & the business is run honestly & efficient. I highly recommend Jake & Crew at United Fleet in Waukee.

Scam artist. Took my car in because the check engine light was on. Within 24 hours it came back on. They charged me 60$ for a diagnostic test 2x. Every other mechanic I've seen has done it for free. Such a waste of my time. Now I have to take it to another repair shop for the THIRD TIME!

Jake & Josh the managers at the Waukee location are honest people. I recently purchased new trailer tires, and their failed within 500 miles. They gladly replaced the tires and even upgrade the quality of tire.

It was very easy to call and make an appointment for an oil change. When I walked inside, there was nobody at the desk, but I called and they answered fairly quickly. They have a waiting area and restrooms available.

Wouldn't even be one star if I could horrible place to go to try and tell you things that need to be replaced that really don't just to upsell you and get every bit of money out of you do not go there they are pretty much a scam
