Jordan is an excellent salesman. We were so blessed to have had the opportunity to work with him from the beginning of our search at Stivers Lincoln until the purchase of our new vehicle. From the beginning, Jordan demonstrated the ultimate of respect for his clients and shared his vast knowledge across every detail of the "ins and outs" of what to look for in a car and how to take advantage of every inch of what our new car had to offer us. The icing on the cake was his fabulous sense of humor!

We worked with Andrew in sales and he was so great. He had lots of energy, knew all about the multiple vehicles we test drove and helped us make a final decision on which vehicle would fit best for our growing family.When we met with Kevin for financing, he helped us get a rate we were happy with and he provided a no pressure environment. He was so great to work with.Andrew and Kevin made the experience so easy and definitely took care of us.

They had our vehicle from 2 months. We brought it in for a coolent leak and our heat not working. Slow service, terrible communication, and overcharged is an understatment. We even had to call the warranty company ourselves to correct the bill. Multiple calls and multiple excuses made to on their end to justify the wait or reason for delay. Poor costumer service. No loaner car during this uncalled for wait time. Would not recommend and we will not be using them again.

Travis, Scott and Kit all did an amazing job making the deal work for me. I will never buy a Ford from any other dealer. Stivers does everything to make the customer happy.

Worked with Tiffanie for about a year. She continued to stay in contact with us...always her reaching out to give us updates. Once we could order a 2024 Ford Explorer she walked us step by step through the process and kept us updated until we were able to come in and accept our new vehicle. I dont think there was an option that she did not go over with us to explain. She was so helpful and I will keep her contact in my phone and will be back at Stivers when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. Thank you Tiffanie!!! You did an amazing job!!! Stivers is lucky to have you.

I have bought or leased about 6 or 7 cars for myself & my husband has purchased or leased at least that many as well in the last 25 years. They make the process seamless; they find us what we're looking for and they make all the auto check-ups as quick as possilbe and if I need to have work done; I usually have a loaner car at my disposal. Everyone is pleasant, knowledgeable & on top of things. I hope to use them for another 25 yeaars.

Went here thinking because they're a reputable dealer they wouldn't sell a lemon but spent almost 11 grand within a couple months the car already needs major repairs the staff didn't seem to really care much yes it's as is but come on could have at least offered a discount customer satisfaction is not at thr top of their priority list be careful

I purchased a truck from this dealership after being promised features that were important to me and my business needs. The sales representative I was working with, Tiffanee Hokel, guaranteed things that she didn't follow through with. Ten days following my purchase (and after being told multiple times that the features were being installed on my new vehicle), I was informed that Ford doesn't even manufacture one of the parts I was promised repeatedly by this dealership. I then agreed to put an after-market part on the truck instead. Since I already had the new truck in use, the dealership promised to pick up the truck from me to install the new part, and give me a Ford Expedition as a loaner vehicle for my business to use in the interim. Instead, I have now ended up with a Ford Explorer which isn't remotely big enough to haul anything with. While the manager has been respectful and tried to make it right, Tiffanee as a sales rep has been challenging and frustrating throughout the entire process.

The sales team and all the staff at Stivers Ford Lincoln are amazing, especially Tiffanee. They have a no pressure approach to sales and are there to help you during every step of the process, I have purchased from them 3 times now and they are always very professional and kind, I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car especially a first time buyer.

I made an appointment and showed up to their used car building to appraise my vehicle as the wife and I are in the market of buying a new car and looking to sell our current ford. Everything was fine up until the salesperson said the manager is about to leave and can t test drive it/give me a quote. Sales manager walked by me (I was the only customer there) without saying a word or acknowledgement that he wasted my time. He was leaving more than an hour before they closed.I ve been to a lot of different dealerships throughout the years and this type of customer service was a new low. A leadership/manager position is indicative of the culture within an organization. My experience of Stivers Ford is a culture of ignorance and arrange.I have a lot of friends, neighbors, and family members who drive ford. I will be NOT be recommending them to do business with Stivers Ford.

Usually go to Stivers for routine oil changes and service has always been good for that part. But when my car started having issues that required more service, the service department became impossible to contact. I ve called many times to just be looped back to the same receptionist, also the website number frequently changes so am I even calling the right department? Anywho, on to a different shop..

I had a great experience at Stivers Lincoln this week when leasing my new vehicle. My sales associate was Tiffanee Hokel. Tiffanee worked with the dealership in finding the exact vehicle I wanted. When the vehicle arrived at the dealership, she was there early in the morning making sure that the detailing of the car was just right. In addition to that, she explained technology available on the vehicle to me and made sure that all of the driver assist/safety features were set appropriately. This is the best service I've ever had when leasing a new vehicle!

I had a poor service experience from Katie Cross on an Expedition I purchased form Stivers. I took the vehicle in because my tailgate would not open, intermittently. I was charged for the service even though the vehicle was under warranty, and it did not fix the the issue. When it occurred again I was told unless it happens more frequently I'd have to settle with being frustrated.

Very, very misleading prices and salesman.I inquired about leasing a vehicle listed on their website that was advertised at $51,290. According to their website that is a cash price that includes $5000 "Stivers Ford Waukee Discount" and a $3000 Ford Retail Bonus Cash rebate. Sounds simple enough.When I asked about the leasing price, the salesman Norm tried to tell me that the advertised price includes the $7500 lease credit and is the same whether you pay cash, finance, or lease. According to their website, it doesn't include it.According to 3 different lease calculators, the lease terms provided by Norm are what I would expect to pay without the $7500 lease credit that he incorrectly stated was included.When I asked about how he came up with his numbers, his attitude was basically "take it or leave it" and not trying to correct the error. He refused to provide any sort of justification for the numbers he gave.If your "best price" is not including the incentives I qualify for, then I'll leave it.Edit: The dealership's response still fails to mention that they refused to add in the appropriate $7500 lease credit. Other Ford dealerships do not have any issue adding this credit. Their refusal to add the lease credit has nothing to do with trade value. Another Ford dealership in town offered $6k more for my trade than this dealership and had no problem quoting with the $7500 lease credit. I would have been more than happy to buy from Stivers if they properly applied the credit. It's not that hard.

If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. Found a car that I was very interested in. I was in the middle of harvest and went back-and-forth on the phone and came up with an agreeable deal. Told my salesman that I was on my way down, I live two hours away, and when I was a half hour from the dealership, I get a text saying that they had sold the car I was coming down for. He had told me that they would have the car sitting out and waiting for me when I got There. Absolutely horrible way to do business.

Now that they can't silence me from my job this is the most useless, cheap, dealership in Des Moines. I haven't had a single issue with any other Ford dealership. As a former enterprise rent a car worker they used my job against me so I wouldnt leave a review. While my time there they damaged customers vehicles, blocked employees cars with big f150s. The employees almost his enterprise drivers from flying around the parking lot. I have multiple pictures of my car being blocked in from last winter and during my time there.The Ford dealership employees are rude, disrespectful, and sexist. Please shop elsewhere and go to a different Ford dealership. It will save you time and money.

I'll admit that buying a new car was intimidating, but Tiffanee Hokel made the process as simple as I could have hoped for. She was straightforward with what she could do for us, explained the breakdown to me in simple math while giving my husband the tools to do the calculations for himself, and provided a pleasant experience for both of us. It doesn t hurt that I absolutely love our car!

I was introduced to Stivers Service Department through the service contract they have for maintaining my company s fleet. Ace and his coworkers always treated my coworkers and I great and yet I neglected to leave a positive review for Stivers but I did start bringing my personal vehicle to Stivers and the pattern of service continued. I have even had two warranty repairs go seamlessly and I highly recommend Ace, Stivers Ford, and the certified pre-owned program.
