It's as fast as advertised, in and out in 10 minutes or less. The cost is similar to using a "quick" dealership located oil change place. You can get an estimated cost for your exact car in advance on their website. You don't leave your car at all. They offer you a beverage. The people working there were all super friendly too. They send out coupons for 50% off your first visit and there are also coupons like that on those "Val-Pak" coupon mailings. Check them out!

I had been going to the dealership I got my vehicle at for oil changes as I ve had some issues with places in the past. Even with making advanced appointments, I would be in their waiting room for over an hour. I wanted to get in and out quickly before a road trip this weekend and LOF definitely delivered. Super fast, friendly, and professional. I even got to stay in my car and watch them change the oil, super neat. LOVE that it s local too.

Fast and friendly service, the cashier is very friendly and accommodating, the bay workers are knowledgeable and friendly as well. They go out of their way to make sure you know everything up front and are comfortable if to get a tire rotation. Would highly recommend this location. Will be returning

My first time with this professional and detail oriented service. My service men worked together for a speedy and efficient experience. They were obviously very well trained and friendly, to boot!They topped off my washer fluid and checked my tire pressure as an added complimentary service. My car is now registered and recorded for future service. I will not hesitate to return. The price is right, as well!

They did great for my service! The girl who checked us in was really nice and helpful! She told us exactly where to go for a coupon and she gave us chocolate while we waited for our vehicle to get done. With the coupon I got a great oil change, tire rotation for $30 and new windshield wipers for $30 together. It was a great price for all of those!

EVERY. SINGLE. EMPLOYEE.... incredibly polite, professional, and friendly. I've never had really great service at other competitors. I won't go anywhere else. And I can't complain about the dog treat for my pup or the hot chocolate they provided my daughter! Thank you for the excellent service.

The lady at the window and the gentleman who performed the oil change both could not have been nicer and more courteous !Friendly, professional and very understanding about the migraine I was having at the time.Very efficient and the building is so clean !I was also able to get an estimate by e-mail before my visit and the gentleman who changed the oil pointed out a $20 off coupon I had not yet scrolled far enough to see.They also had treats for my dog who was most delighted. I will most certainly go there again and recommend it highly.

Price is good for the convenience. Staff are always knowledgeable and extremely polite. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Seems to always be a deal out there for 25 off or even 50 off for new customers, so that s another plus. If you re on the fence give em a shot.

Easily the best easily the best Auto Service experience I've ever had. They are thorough, quick, detailed, modernized, and very affordable. Plus the use of a drive through window and digital menu board, you never have to leave your vehicle. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. The gentleman running the window was very kind, quick, and thorough. He even gave me a cup of coffee. Truly a great experience. I will be giving them all my business and I highly recommend everyone give them a try.

I was very impressed with the efficiency, professionalism, and hospitality of LOF Xpress Oil Change in Waukee! From pulling up to the window to leaving the parking lot it was maybe only 20 minutes, and you are able to see everything being done. I had both an oil change and tire rotation and I'm very pleased with the services. Would recommend!

The oil change service was good, the customer service is good. The only issue I had with it was the $$ is a little bit high for oil changes, but other than that everything was fine. Hopefully I get some coupons mailed to me so I could come back for the kind of prices I was paying at my regular oil change place, we ll see how that all goes. But they definitely do a good job and their services is very fast. I d say 15 to 20 minutes or so once your waved into the building for your oil change.

Wow, I was extremely impressed with the quality and professionalism of the Staff! Extremely clean and well organized work area. I believe it was the manager, came and talked to me, any questions, explained the service. I should have gotten his name. I know he was originally from Oakland, Iowa. Very nice, professional, clean cut young man, he needs a raise! I have worked in the Financial Services industry for 40t years and dealt with the public and have noticed over the years how companies have let their staff dress code and appearance slip into utter sloppiness.Your company and staff is not the case. You should be very proud of your company and Staff at the Waukee location.Sincerely,Mark Gray

Quick and efficient! Very friendly service and they don t try to upsell you on everything. I drove up without an appointment and was done with my oil change and tire rotation in 10 minutes. My new go-to place.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful.. As I was pulling out the serviceman told me about how I can stop in at any time and they will fill my tires with air if needed. He spent extra time with me without hesitation. Good coffee too & a relaxing , clean place to wait if you need to get out of your car.

The pros: The techs are great. They were fast and courteous and even gave my kids suckers.The cons: The cashier asked when I had my tires rotated and I responded telling them it was the last time I brought it in to which they then argued with me about saying I had never brought my car there before. Next time I will show them my previous receipts for proof but it is concerning that I have had it there multiple times in the past and they have no record and they felt so strongly about it that they argued with me.

Check in was easy and they had signs to make it easy for new patrons to navigate. It took quite a while to get the oil changed in my truck. Another customer had the same services (oil change and tire rotation) done to his truck. He arrived about 15 minutes after me and our trucks were done at the same time. It is a bit pricey, but that s what you get for the convenience. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I won't go someplace else now. They are friendly, polite and are quick. I had tires rotated so I had to get out. The waiting area is clean and and has a log cabin feel. Highly recommend.

I called and asked them if they could accommodate my handicap van. Mike the manager said that we could bring it in and try it out. We re able to pull the van into their bays just fine. Mike greeted us and said to make sure we pulled out slow. Mike and his guys did an amazing job of providing services. My wife and I will be coming back in the future. Thanks again

Visited LOF for an oil change and tire rotation. The service was the best and quickest oil service I ve received in town. Friendly workers made the process quick and painless. I m very happy to have them nearby and will be back!

We had a terrible experience. My daughter took her car for a simple oil change. The mechanics tried to trick her by saying that the oil was too dark and needed an additive to extend its life. They even sent her home without providing a receipt. When I went to complain about it, they showed me a receipt with a "1 Quart Low" note on it. This is a common tactic used by crooked mechanics to make more money.The manager said he would need to look at the cameras to call me back and let me know how much they could give me as a refund....

The "7-10 minute oil change" turned into a 5 hour ordeal due to an incomplete service and damages to my vehicle.The team at LOF charged me for an oil change despite not changing the oil filter, claiming that the cap was too tight from my last oil change (at Firestone Mills Civic). During their attempts to take off the filter cap, my whole car was shaking.I took the vehicle to Firestone the next day, and watched them easily get the filter cap off in 5 seconds with no shaking. However, they found that the filter cap was damaged and let me into the bay take photos of the damage. I ended up having to pay $125 for a new filter cap, and that was only because Firestone didn't charge for labor, the new filter, or for topping up the oil.After a supervisor at LOF initially assured me of his expertise and denied wrongdoing, the LOF Waukee manager Evan eventually addressed the situation and compensated for the damages. However, there was no explanation of what went wrong or how a such simple procedure could result in damage. Between that and being out 5 hours of time, I will not be returning to LOF.

You going in and come out within 15 minutes. The employees are very knowledgeable and show the oil level every time to ensure everything is correct. Nathen who helped me out today was very helpful, I would recommend this place to get a quick oil change.
