Lockbox, Tom Martin of the Grimes facility and the new manager of the Crescent Ridge facility have all been there when needed to help me rent, prepare and move in.The facilities are clean, well lit and easily accessible.This was all most helpful and appreciated at a stressful time.

They ask for proof of insurance about every other month which I provide. However, they keep charging me for their insurance even though my insurance covers the storage facility. Getting old and getting ready to move out. Be very careful when reviewing storage facilities as cheaper doesn't equate.

I was looking to rent a unit on short notice and Tom moved some things around on his schedule to meet me at the time that I needed. Tom was very professional to work with and enjoyable to talk to. His units are clean, dry, and secure. Highly recommended!

We started renting a unit from this location about 8-9 months ago and have been super pleased with the whole experience. The facility it very clean and the manager makes things real easy when signing up. Rates are reasonable in my opinion and paying the monthly invoice is very easy too. The location is very convenient for us and it s just been a really good experience. I d highly recommend using this facility if you are in need of a rental space.

I recently renter a storage unit for the first time. I have to say the ease of finding one in Waukee for a reasonable rate to hold a classic car was amazing. I was able to reserve online until I could get into see the space without having to put a deposit down. I appreciated this, because we all know if you try getting a deposit down on any service it could drive you to drink! Upon check-in I spoke with Brian and was impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness of the offices. In my mind I had built up this shady image of storage units, and all I can say is how wrong I was to judge. I feel safe with the unit and appreciate the fact they collect insurance cards or require rental storage for all tenants. I hope I never have to use any insurance, but it s nice to know it s there. I also appreciate the ease of setting up a monthly payment so I don t have to remember to send a check somewhere every month (pure laziness on my part, but it certainly makes it easier). Although I won t rent for years, it s nice knowing my property is in a clean, dry place and just a stones throw from my home. I would HIGHLY recommend Lock-Box Storage to friends, family and clients!

Love the layout with the big doors--I can get to all my stuff and there's plenty of light. Clearly designed to shed water, and we've had some water recently. Really glad I moved here from my previous location!

I am a college student and this is my second year using LockBox. They always make signing up, moving in, and moving out a super easy process. I have never had any issues with security or access.

Very clean great staffThey check each padlock to confirm it is locked securely! I know because I didn't latch mine correctly and they gave me a call to alert me!Highly recommend this facility!!
