I come here on daily basis! This is going to be my last visit to this location. I bought ZZZquil and case of beer, once I got in my car I noticed that zzzquil box is empty. Went back inside and complained. The cashier told me she needs to charge me again! I explained that there was nothing in the box. She said it was corporate rule to charge me for new one. This is the biggest scam!! I refuse to go here again even though it s within walking distance! I would rather go to different location!

Was traveling across Iowa when we stopped at this store at 2am due to black ice and white out conditions on the interstate with 30mph winds and -25 degree windchill. Our windows were froze to the point of barely being able to see out of them. We were on the property defrosting our windows for 35 minutes when the clerk, Bryant, came out pounding on our windows telling us we had to leave because we had been there for over 30 minutes. Called the next day to speak to a manager about this policy and the employee, Andrew, hung up on me. I travel for a living and Kum & Go has always been my go to stop for fuel and snacks. Never have I experienced such a disregard for safety and such disrespect as a customer. This is unacceptable!

Made an after hours pit stop. Friendly service and clean store. I have yet to be disappointed by a Kum & Go store.

I just cant settle for mediocrity any longer. The cleanliness of the store is absolutely disgusting. I understand that stores get busy and there is always a mess to clean up but this is unacceptable. The dust on the shelves and ice cream cooler is so thick you could write messages in it. The employees walked right past the straws and cups on the floor like it wasn't a bother to them at all. And the counters by the drinks made me want to just walk out. It will be a while before I visit this location again. Very disappointing.

Stopped for gas and needed to make a quick restroom break. It wasn't too busy, so there were plenty of pumps available. The inside was fairy clean - not completely spotless, but it looked like they put forward an effort to clean at least. The restroom was okay, definitely not gross but nothing to brag about. I would return, if ever in the area and needing gas or something else they may sell.

Plenty of space to pull in our truck + camper to get regular gas. There were 3 RVs including us getting gas at the same time and there was room for all of us.Clean restrooms. We grabbed Dr Pepper icee there a well - a nice bonus!

Overall, a great a service station. The gas prices were on par with the going rate in Iowa, bathrooms were clean, and there's an Arby's attached to it. They have a huge selection of stuffed animals/lovies for the little ones and fountain drinks, snacks, and hot pizza.The location is nice because it less busy than the Des Moines stations. Plus, it has some green space to let the kiddos and/or pups move around a bit.

Great store! But would have never knew it was open at 2 am. The parking lot is lit but store inside looks dark. Doesn t even have a open sign on the window watch three cars pull into parking lot and leave I wonder how many times this happens a night

Super impressed with the coffee selection, and toppings. I tried the Brazilian gold coffee, which was very good. The machine keeps the coffee fresh because the beans are ground right when you make it! There was probably a dozen other types of coffee to chose from too!

Kum and Go is always well stocked, and fairly clean, the self-service areas can be a little messy at times, when they are very busy, because of the high volume of customers!! Overall, it is a nice store and the customer service is very good!

Stopped and let my animals out to stretch and was fixing food when I was informed I had to leave because I was parked there. Glad I didn't get my fuel yet.

I normally dont post revuews.however,yesterday i leave my place in desoto to go to des moines to get our daughter and instead ofDriving my truck i drive my wifes suv.i ran it out of gas a mile before this exit.walked in the rain to this store on my way a officer stops me and asks me if that was my suv back behind us a half mile.i wanted to say no its the other idiot walking in the rain the oppisite direction lol but i said yes and told her why i was walking.she didnt so much as offer me a ride judt left me walkibg in rain.so i get to store to find out they are out of gas cans the manager Eric looks in back and finds nothing.instead of tellibg me no they were out he offers to run me to the next kum n go a exit away to get a can.i couldnt believe it so we go and when i get there i reLize my wallet is in suv on side road.mr Eric takes care if it all then gave me a ride to the suv.i really was thankful to run in to such a nice manager or my day could of been alot worse .Thanks kum n go for having such great employees and thank you for all the help.

Clean good selection of quick food. Has all of the most popular grades of gas plus, E85 and Premium without Ethanol, also has diesel.

Hidden gem, so surprised to get there in the middle of the winter storm and see a machine for freshly brewed coffee with whipped cream option (tastes good!). Thank you, nice surprise

My fiance applied and the manger tressa yanked his chain back and forth for over a week saying he was gonna be hired and then said they were never going to hire him in the first place terrible management at this location and will yank you back and forth don't apply for any positions at this location

The bathrooms were completely unacceptable. No toilet paper in any stall. Tampons toilet paper on the floor. A toilet full of paper. Terrible
