Quick and great pricing for services. The guys there are honest and transparent and very friendly. Ive gotten tires, fluid flushes, and other small services and always have had a great experience. Overall a great choice for a mechanic, they operate with a lot of integrity.

Kelly went above and beyond. In addition to putting on new tires for my wife s jeep, he also pointed out a couple other things to check out. This led to some major savings as we are getting both issues fixed before her warranty expires. Outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Strongly recommend working with this company!

Kelly and the team of Heartland Tire have been servicing my vehicles for 13 years now. The customer service is polite and knowledgeable. They are my go-to shop for tires and oil changes. I wish I could give them a 6 Star review. Don't hesitate to take your car here.

Kelly and everyone at Heartland operate the best auto shop in Iowa. They diagnose the issues quickly and the pricing is more than fair. At other shops it would cost me $1k-$2k more. There s been times I wasn t even charged at all! I ll always take my current and future cars to Heartland.

I stopped by today to ask them to check out some dragging plastic my car developed at an oil change place down the road.Patrick very helpfully offered to take a look: but car up on rack to see the very minor oil filter flap dragging, advised and offered to remove it since it wasn t much necessary.This saved me a lot of headache. Heartland Tire & Auto gets my business now!

Went down the street from here They said I needed shocks. On a car i bought off the lot 1 1/2 year and that currently had only 30,000 miles on it. I thought it was strange because it s practically new. When I told my wife she told to go some where else. So I went to get a second opinion here. When I called to set an appointment up here they asked me details about my car and immediately when I told him the year and what the other place had told me, he said that seems odd for a fairly new car and to bring it in immediately they would check it out no charge. The nice guy allowed me to see up under my car and confirmed my cars shocks were perfectly fine. Unlike the scammers down the street this shop found something that actually was wrong with my car. He brought me in to show me 2 of my tires threading was showing in a spot I couldn t see. They were on the verge of causing a blowout. I paid Firestone up the street to inspect my car and they dropped the ball they didn t say my tires were in rough shape. Heartland auto is the place to go and the staff is awesome as well. There prices are fair!!

I started going to Heartland almost 18 years ago. I've ALWAYS been treated fair and sometimes even more than fair. Went back yesterday for routine stuff and had the usual experience - excellent. If it's a service or repair they handle, there's no other place I would go.

I have dealt with Kelly several times on tires for different vehicles. He is a straight shooter and a man with a lot of integrity. I purchased new tires for a vehicle last Friday and he treated me right with a great price and alignment. Today 5 days later I had a flat tire and I called him to see if he could look at it. He got me in right away and as it turned out it was our fault, we had a nail in it. Again in this situation he treated me right.I will always go back to him as long as I am buying tires. Kelly and company are first class and one of best businesses on the West side of Des Moines.

I took in a tire with a nail hoping to get it fixed in the next day or two. It was fixed, put on my pick up and the spare put back in the carrier in 20 minutes. The staff here were rock stars.

The staff at Heartland Tire in Waukee is top notch. Kelly and Patrick are happy to sit down and have a conversation about what it is that needs to be done. The prices are reasonable, and the turn around time is spot on. These and many more reasons are why we take our vehicles there

I was in the area doing work and ended up with a screw in my tire. I was an hour from home and it was late in the day. Kelly and his team were able to get me in, fixed up and on my way home. Great team here.

I blew a tire at 4:30am this morning, on short notice Heartland squeezed me in and worked with me so that I could have my vehicle back by the afternoon to enjoy my birthday weekend. Very kind, intelligent, reasonable people. Highly recommend

Outstanding customer service, honest estimates and trustworthy repairs. Heartland is the place to go for a stress free auto experience. Whether it's an oil change, new brakes, or repairs after a collision, I'd recommend them to anyone. Kelly, Sean, and staff are fantastic to work with.

Kelly and Shawn have been super helpful and so so gracious - they take the time to talk through my car's fixes and are very patient with my questions. I went to another auto repair shop once to get my brakes fixed because Kelly was overbooked and I was quoted an exorbitant amount by the other shop. I decided to get a second opinion from Kelly & Shawn and despite how busy their team are, they were able to squeeze me in to fix my car sooner than later, and with the most reasonable price. I am so lucky I found this place, makes me feel like my car is always well taken care of!!

Just picked up my son's 96 Olds and couldn't be happier. New radiator, intake gasket and break line in a day and a half! Add to that the excellent customer service, keeping me up to date on the repair and at a cost lower than expected - I wish I could give this place six stars.

Kelly is an amazing manager of this store! I have trusted him and his team of mechanics with my vehicles and will continue to do so. When my Michelin tires were bald WAY before the warranty, he worked with Michelin to help get new tires put on for a discounted price. Not the type of service I would receive at the dealership I purchased the vehicle at. I go into this location knowing that even as a female, I will be treated with respect and not be taken advantage of with unnecessary purchases.

I got 4 new tires in the summer. Service was fine, if a little slow because they were busy and short on help. Here I am 5-6 months later at a different shop finding out they put all 4 of my tires on so tight that the threads on my lugs are all stripped and deformed so the mechanic is calling me telling me he can t even get them off. Going to end up paying to have them broken out because a mechanic at heartland decided his time was more valuable than doing the right thing with a torque wrench and used a pneumatic instead.Edit: The manager did try to reach out to me by phone call once after posting this but the work had already been done. Updated from 2 stars to 3.

Kelly and the crew at Heartland Tire are by far the best. I've been there a couple of times for random things, including a screw in my tire and most recently an oil change. Both times I've been able to either stop in or make an appointment and it's always been incredibly fast, not to mention superb quality. I've been very impressed and will definitely make Heartland Tire my go-to place. Keep it up, Kelly and gang!!

Kelly is always awesome. I've been here many times, last time was unplanned I needed to have my winter wheels swapped out with my summers. I had called a dealership nearby and they told me to come back in like 3 days. Kelly got me right in, it was cheaper than the dealership and friendlier too. Heartland is my go-to for tires they always try to match or get close to online deals I've found too. I feel like I get a better tire with their recommendations.

Words can't describe how helpful Kelly and his team are. I have been a customer for the better part of a year now and wont go anywhere else.They take the time to break down the service you are receiving and the diagnosis of any issue you are having with your vehicle. They take care of you life family from beginning to end. I highly recommend you give these folks a visit.

I never leave reviews, but was so impressed! I came in with my children for an oil change today and expected to be there for 45min-1hr (what we were used to with our previous place of 8+ years). We were in and out in 10min. Checked in, oil changed, checked out and on my way. Mind blown.Kelly and the technician I spoke to were professional and kind, and no one recommended I come back to the garage to be shown a dozen+ things "wrong" with my vehicle and then hand me a staggering bill. Kelly recently saved my husband and I thousands on vehicle repairs, and we are SO happy that we decided to try this place out.Honesty is refreshing.Go here.
