Nightmare buying a truck from there. If I would have known better I would have looked somewhere else to buy my truck. Although it had a brand new engine in it so I got a good deal because they had no idea about that. I think the guys there are just putting in their hours they don't care about the customer or the company.

I have an awful impression of GATR. I'll explain why I had problems with the track and was towed to the workshop. I had the truck repaired there. I paid on the invoice because the workshop does not use the truck warranty. After receiving the receipt, I called the Volvo Group, and they sent me to call GATAR, where I bought the truck, and as their warranty agent was supposed to give me a phone number where to go in such cases or help. When I contacted them, a boor answered my call and said after my explanation that I did not repair them and did not buy spare parts and would throw the phone.Horrible dealer, 2021. I had problems with him when I ordered a truck, and they sold not at all what I ordered; I do not recommend it.

Crooks. Criminals. Charlatans. Scam artists. Absolutely the worst. Ever. If I could give them zero stars I would. We took our truck for D-Rate problem (normally we take care of that ourselves but we were 1000 miles away from home). We told them what the problem was but they insisted on doing their own analysis and coming up with a $15k quote. We told them not to go that route, they did the minimal work, then as they progressed things mysteriously "broke" and had to be replaced so the final bill came in at, you guess it, around $15k. After picking it up, it ran about 200 miles, went into D-Rate again, the next local shop did what we told them, charged us $1900, and it's run fine ever since. These people should be forced to have crazed ferrets dropped in their pants on an hourly basis. Avoid at all costs. Absolute crooks. **In response to your reply below, if the president wants to contact me, he has my number. I see that line a lot after negative reviews (funny how all the reviews are either a one (probably the legitimate ones) or a five (friends and family). You're not saving as much face as you'd like to think.**

THOSE PEOPLE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR NOTHING; THEY DON'T CARRY PARTS IN STOCK BUT WILL TRY TO CHARGE YOU FOR ALL THE TIME THAT THEY ARE GONNA SPEND LOOKING FOR PART. ALSO, THEY WILL TAKE THE KEYS AND HOLD THE KEYS TILL WILL CHARGE FROM YOU HUGE AMOUNT FOR NOTHING

Pretty good shop. They had most the parts I needed for my volvo in stock. Parts guy said also he would ship anything we need anywhere in the country which is awesome cause volvo dealers won't ship to another volvo dealer which is retarded. Labor was a decent rate. They did take longer to fix my truck and left me stuck there over night but it was fine. Just wanted my truck fixed. They could however put a microwave in the driver's lounge. Call this parts guy if you need a part. He will take care of you

Don t waste your time and money in this place , they will say your truck is fixed after couple hundred miles it will broke againAnd they are not honest about the warranty,First they say you have repair warranty and when your truck broke down and if you ask them to repair they will say you have warranty for the parts not the repairingAfter spending $6k, All these things happened to me and they never refund meJust go find some where else to fix your truck

I went to this truck dealership to change the oil in my truck, I asked the price, they said $350, they said $60 tax, so I told them to change it, at the same time I said there was an air leak, they said ok we will check it, I waited for 3 hours, at the same time they parked the truck outside, but they didn't give me the invoice, so I went to the desk and asked what happened to my truck, they said ok it's ready, they told me the invoice was $860, I asked what was $450, they said we checked the air leak, 2 hours labor. They said that they could not find the air leakage, and I said to them, are you sure that you could not find them, they checked the air leakage only on the indicator, and I told them that if you want, I can find it in five minutes because they did not look under the truck or anywhere, I went outside with the mechanic and found it in five minutes, and I found the air leakage that I found in 5 minutes, and I gave 2 hours of labor, and my advice to those who will go here is definitely do not go unless you are in a difficult situation.

Took in my 2020 VNL 132"BB. No wait no hassle. Superb service. Diagnost the issues having. Solved every single one. Very well pleased. Erica at service was very upfront with what is going on with details. Leading into the night shift Brady too . A mere 30hrs back running. Thank you GATR...

Well Gatr strikes again. Another part allegedly not covered under warranty. I have a plan 2 engine coverage. Why are their service advisors so untrained. Its all of them. None of them want warranty work only paid work. This is why i cant buy another volvo. Gatr is one of the worst, bruckners second. Its so hard to find decent shops. Part was covered after verified another volvo and service manager.

Wish I read reviews I explained my issue on my 2015 Volvo with only 60 k miles, but they changed parts out that was not part of issue almost a week in shop 5 thousand in repairs but truck still not running.Update it's January I stopped in Springfield Missouri talked with a REAL mechanic he put computer on my truck actually changed and fixed a few things and told me the part I needed charged me $87.00 truck runs great now so I'm only out $5,000.00 with gator

Night Time Parts Department I have Experienced The Worst Customer Service from Keyla. She does not want to work why you guys keeping her there. Because of her I decided Not buy parts and Not to get Serviced Here. I have been waiting there an hour just get her Attention , but Service Guy was Awesome, He tried to Help me.

Chase in service hooked me up! Thank you man! Got me in right away at 1700 driving out of the shop at 2040 they turned up the speed on my D16 Dennis the mechanic helped me out greatly! Thank you so much for fixing the air leak! I greatly appreciate everything you did for me Dennis! Great mechanic and a really cool guy. Give this fine young humble man a raise! This shop deserves more than five stars. Thank you to the man in the white shirt to take the time to atleast look at my turbos that were making noise. Sorry didn't get your name. Wish there were more shops that ran this smooth and professional!

Called in to get alternator replaced on a Volvo, got quote for part and was told there was one in stock for us. I knew my truck needed an alternator since we have a shop of our own and even so they charged us $190/hr (2 hr minimum)to get the problem diagnosed. Part was $384, labor 2 hrs...ended up spending nearly $1500 for the repair! Terrible experience, only reason for this review I want others to be aware and ask about diagnostic/labor rate per hour before you proceed to do any work with them.

Had a windshield replaced on my Volvo 760 and only took 1.5 hrs and they remounted the camera and pre-assembled exactly where it was before. Thanks very much, I really appreciated getting back on the road so fast.Dan Hiatt

We took one of our trucks to this dealer for regen issues bcs the truck was requesting a parked regen every 500 miles. We had already changed the scr and filters but thought we give another delear a try but Gatr Truck Center didn't have any idea either but rather than saying we dont know they came back and said 7th injector and manifold gasket and they would get this done for $2000+ and 5 hour labor. These are simple replacement so I bought the parts and after replacing them no change on the truck. STILL Had the issues so this dealer took $1092 for nothing.It turned out to be the nox sensors they didnt even bother with a conversion test.So I dont think they know what they are doing.

I was there a couple days ago. This guys are true professionals. They fixed my truck in less then 24h time frame. Changed egr cooler and other sensors. So far 2k miles after repair done and everything seems perfect job done. Thank you guys.

DRIVERS! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.These guys are waste of time and waste of money.For something that could cost $250, these guys charged me $676.21 and the problem is still the same. They could not fixed it. After 30 miles driving I checked my truck and it was still leaking the same.On the invoice they printed $634.97, but when they swiped my card they charged me $676.21. They charged $41.24 just for tax and they did not even told me about that.I felt like my money was stolen.I am a very nice guys and do not wish but for anyone, but for these guys I wish they use this money on medicine.Wish them bankruptcy soon.

You're running out of losers to pay 300-400 000$ for a new truck or your extra expensive and overly-inflated repair hours. Stay away from this dealership or any Dealership in that matter as they are all rip-offs to the unknowing people, you've been warned I ordered a small n easy part(just a cap) and 8 days later they still can't give me an ETA or even total price but Hilary Higuera assured me it was ordered... basically lost me 8 days!!!! Sooner or later everything falls in place but the earlier you turn off your lights the better for the environment!!!Miroslav Vasilev

My husband and I recently purchased a truck from GATR.The overall experience was wonderful. The comfortable atmosphere and sense of urgency was great.HOWEVER, one front end employee, Matt, nearly ruin the entire experience for us. He is rude, ignorant to customers waiting for service or parts.I am a former Customer Service Educator, and, it is of my opinion, he needs to be heavily schooled in Customer Service or booted to the curb. When a customer spends just one dollar or over $150,000.00 in a store, customer service must be on point and perfect EVERYTIME, NO EXCEPTIONS!! Kudos to Brenda, Kate and Tyler and the boys in the shop.

I bought 2020 super clean Peterbilt from them. My whole experience was awesome, salesperson, Chris and finance manager Angie were amazing. I am so glad that I bought my truck and trailer from them.

I rarely do this, but the service here is so exceptionally poor, people need to know up front. They took a 6 hour job and took 4 weeks to do it. Don't expect a call updating you on your truck, they won't do it. We ended up paying $1000 more for repairs than they quoted us. They lost the key to our truck, so they had to make a spare set, telling us how nice it was for them to do that. Don't bring your truck here unless you absolutely have to. It's like pulling teeth to find out when you'll have it back, they'll lose your keys, then charge you way more than you were quoted. We told KJ we wouldn't be back, and you could tell it wasn't the first time she had heard that. Take your truck somewhere else.

My volvo de rated and was towed to this location.. night service guy wasn't very friendly at all.. but they looked at the truck two days later.. day staff seemed very friendly. Didn't even know there was a drivers lounge until the last day I was there. Gatr told my company and I that it was bad def and I'm all good to go. 6 hours later.. de rated again.. thanks.. now my truck is back at volvo (different dealership) hopefully this one will actually perform a point inspection on the system and get it right the first time. I'm very curious on the answers between the two dealerships...
