I love this place! I had never heard of FF before I came to Iowa. I came to Iowa for work and used to pass by it daily. Finally I decided to check it out and wow!.. it's like a home depot + wal mart + academy + o riellys + bass pro shop. It's unbelievable. You can plan a full day here pretty much. Wish there had one in Fort Worth.

Great place to work! I currently work as an FEO and can honestly say I look forward to going to work everyday.From Management to Sales Staff and Customer Service, all of the employees give it everything they have! Beautiful fleet farm with amazing selections of literally anything and everything! Best fishing selection out of any fleet farm I have been to ! Bought my new Abu Garcia max pro here. We don't have a fleet farm in Colorado. But this is the closest one coming home from Wisconsin. I had to make a stop to check it out. I'm glad I did.

Good store but it's laid out super confusing. Winter gloves are all over the place along with beanies. I couldn't find face masks during that cold snap we had so I had to look at other options. They do have great hunting and ice fishing stuff you can wear as snow clothes just not what I was looking for.

I do like this store but I don't like the fact they removed the far end doors as it was convenient......but I'm sure it was about controlling theft. Nice section of items all the way around!

Impressive. I was in Des Moines today and needed a few things, and was able to grab all of them without too much trouble. About my only problem was that I should have downloaded an app, as there wasn't an in-store map I could spot, Otherwise, a decent experience. I wish KC had one.

Nice store. Very clean and well organized. Bathrooms are clean. The isles are always full of little displays of things you never knew you needed. I especially like the flow of this location, you can go through the whole store in one big circle (unlike the Ankeny location). Don't forget to hit up the bulk snacks isle. So worth the trip.

Had never been to Fleet Farm before this visit. They had some great deals on dog food, and the store was very clean. They have a HUGE selection on candy, and they were having a sale on their own branding of it, which made it a great deal! I wish we had Fleet Farm in Oklahoma.

Easy online ordering and drive to pickup in the security gate area. They bring it to your vehicle! Unlike other similar stores that you have to find the item in the stockyard and load yourself. THIS OUTSTANDING SERVICE makes them above and beyond other supply stores!

So I had seen they were hiring in the Gas Station for a part time clerk (mind you that there are 6 pages of open positions between Waukee and Ankeny) I decided to put in an application. Upon completion the system immediately had me select a day and time for an in person interview. After I choose the day and time (Wednesday March 6th @ 11:30am until 12pm. I arrive at 11:22am. Go to customer service say why I'm there. I was greeted immediately and the employee was very pleasant. She informed me she'd let "Katie" know I was there. Which she did. Then tells me "Katie" will be right down. In the first 15 minutes of standing waiting for "Katie" I was spoke to by 6 employees asking if I've been helped. 2 of whom again reached out to "Katie". At 12pm I go to the girl at the customer service counter with my email stating the day and time of my interview showing it to her and asking if I had made a mistake. Which I hadn't. So I thanked her and told her I was leaving now to please let "Katie" know. She tried to get me to stay and let her call "Katie" I explained I wouldn't be able to come to work everyday for someone who treated me as I wasn't Worth their time.As tho having an interview isn't stressful enough there are these "Katie's" out there that make it even worse. "Katie" could have taken 5 seconds and called back down to customer service having one of them tell me she wasn't going to be able to have the interview today. Or that the position was filled. Or even that she wasn't interested in interviewing me. But no instead "Katie" thought I had be so insignificant I was left to just wait for nothing. thank you "Katie" for the outstanding leadership you displayed or lack there of.

I'm from out of state and was looking for an item I've been having much difficulty finding. JJ at Fleet Farm went above and beyond to make sure I would get what I was looking for! She is the kind of person we should all try to be like. A+ to JJ. Give that lady a raise and have her train all the new people to also be awesome!

Big store, love that it have many different departments, I feel when I go there is like going to several stores at once, I can find tools, supplies, clothing, food.

Kevin in the gun department is the best! Made us feel safe with our purchase and was super knowledgeable about the gunsafe he sold us. He went out of his way to ensure the best customer service was given to us and made sure we left with a smile on our face! If you need help at fleetfarm call for KEVIN he's the man you want!

WONT BE GOING BACK TO THIS STORE I had an outside order. My receipt said OUTSIDE ORDER. I had 16 bags of grain. I drove out back to pick it up. Waited 5 minutes for someone to let us behind the store by the gate. I had drive back to the front of the store to ask if anyone is working out back to run the gate. She called the boy and he said he s been there all day I drove back to the gate the boy had red glossy eyes and couldn t figure out what to do with my receipt. He finally got another employee involved and the store manager. They all sat there discussing my receipt while I sat in the car waiting. I finally came out asked what the problem was and said I needed to leave soon. The manager said oh yeah it s been 15 minutes. Goes and grabs half my order. The other employee decided to come up to my window and argue with me that (grain isn t usually picked up in the back) I ve owned horses all my life and have never been told that 16 bags of grain Fleet Farm wants me to push from the back of the store to the front then to my truck!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLEI told the man I had a bad back & that it s an outside order after arguing with him. He finally grabbed the rest of my order.-GOING TO BOMGAARS SAME PRODUCTS BETTER SOBER SERVICE

I thought I loved Fleet Farm. The prices are a bit high but the people are always super friendly and I love the wide variety of things I can get there in one stop. So when I needed new tires and an oil change I thought I d give them a try. Again, super friendly and was pretty quick. I noticed a few weeks later a little oil in the garage where I park my car. It s an old car and not a lot of oil so I let it slide. Months later I just came back from getting my oil changed again at a different shop. Turns out the plug to the oil pan was stripped so it couldn t be tightened properly. Hence the oil leak. So here s my deal: I get they are just providing a pretty basic service and may hire less experienced mechanics. But if you couldn t tighten the plug wouldn t you let the car owner know? I wouldn t expect them to fix it but I would expect them to give me a heads up. So now I ve lost confidence in them and will never take my car there again.

Always has what I need on spot, better than any local hardware store (no hate to local hardware stores, but after I've exhausted my options through your inventory and don't find what I need, I always go to fleet farm). Their stock is all made up of quality items, I have found some things to be overpriced, but that's not by fault of fleet farm. My only gripe is the lack of online information for their store front and for different items they have in their inventory. If I need to buy a tool and want to check online first, if by chance they have it listed online, they will have little to no information on the tool, making it inconvenient to use their online stores.
