We had a flat and ended up getting all new tires. We knew there were issues with the car and happily had them fix those issues. They did a great job and everyone was SO nice! They did a great job! They will be our go to for all car maintenance or repair. The only problem was Mercedes slow shipping of parts and there was nothing they could do. Everyone I talked to was so helpful and always took the time to explain what as going on. The prices were very reasonable.

I called at 7:30 am Saturday of Labor day weekend in a bit of a panic. Our tow vehicle was groaning about it's front brakes. Jesus and his crew worked us in and saved our road trip vacation. We are so grateful we were back on the road by 2:00 pm with new brakes and a happy truck. Thank you!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Good car service..Finish job in a timely manner..Point at what needs to be done..Wery satisfied with service...Only ....went for oil change..They told me "needs new tires "(that was true..tires were very bad). The price they offered wasn't competitive with other places...but overall ,highly recommendAAA+++

Visited Firestone Complete Care in Waukee over the holiday weekend for a recurring rear tire pressure issue. They promptly addressed it, ensuring our holiday travel wasn t affected. Friendly staff and manageable wait times. Would definitely recommend!

I worked with Draven and I had the best experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop. Draven will go the extra mile for you to make sure your vehicle and you are taken care of. This guy needs to be the main supervisor there he is very knowledgeable and understanding. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE AND A PROMOTION!!!!!!

Being able to call a mechanic (when you REALLY don't want to) can be frustrating. Derek and Jesus are friendly and informative without being a salesman and upselling on what a vehicle may or may need.They stick with a time frame quoted, can generally work us in around our schedule and super convenient. I have recommended them several times and will continue to do so.

I had a dead battery from my car. I met Jesus Sarmiento at the counter who was very courteous, polite and helpful. He checked and recharged it. I was very pleased with his customer service. Thank you Jesus for your great service!

This location cracked my rim with the tire machine and ripped out the pressure sensor so i wouldn t notice the air leak right away. I asked why the monitor was not working and they stated sometimes it takes time to reset. Days went by and it never reset. I came back in to see why the brand new tire is leaking air. They stated the rim was cracked. I asked why this wasn t noticed when they replaced the tire in the first place, the rep stated they do not check for air leaks when new tires are installed. This was the first red flag that something was done to my rim. The rep then stated my tire does not even have a pressure monitor installed. I explained Firestone is the only place I ve taken my car for tires since I ve owned it. The monitors were working prior to the tires being installed why all of a sudden is one ripped out? And it just happens to be the monitor on the cracked rim that leaked air. Very suspicious. I do not recommend. this place has no integrity.

Waited 10 mins upfront with no one to help me for my scheduled appointment. I had to call the store for the girl to come upfront. She comes to the front and has no customer service skills and didn t even bother to apologize for making me wait. Never coming back to firestone. Plenty of other places do the same thing with better service.

We had a screw show up in our tire (all the new construction in Waukee is rough) on a weekend and they were able to get us in immediately and were incredibly helpful getting it fixed and getting us back on the road. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing their vehicle serviced!

They've always taken very good care of me and my car last time they went above and beyond coming to get me since my car wouldn't start then they had to drive to go get the battery since they don't make it anymore they were so good to me

Scammers Run!!! they told me I needed 600+ of work on my brand new car. And there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. They said I needed shocks. On a car i bought off the lot 1 1/2 year and that currently had only 30,000 miles on it. I thought it was strange because it s practically new. When I told my wife she told me she had only had bad experiences with Firestone and to go some where else. So I went to get a second opinion. When I called to set an appointment up at the auto-shop. they asked me details about my car and immediately when I told him the year and what fire stone had told me, he said that seems odd for a fairly new car and to bring it in immediately they would check it out no charge. The next auto shop allowed me to see up under my car and confirmed my cars shocks were perfectly fine. To add insult to injury the second auto-shop found something that was actually wrong with my car two of my tires threading was showing in a spot I couldn t see. They were on the verge of causing a blowout. How could Firestone completely miss that during the inspection I paid for? wow!! Don t go here.

I took my car for light head light bulbs unfortunately he couldn't fix just open hood and closed it they till charged me without doing nothing. Stay away from this site

Bad service.This was my first time at this Firestone.I scheduled an oil change appointment at 2 PM and arrived 20 minutes early. I said I would wait in the store for the car.I waited for 34 minutes, and they had not started work on the car. I asked the lady at the front desk why work hasn't started? She did some checking and found that she put my keys in the 'wrong' envelope because she thought the car was being dropped off. Okay, so mistakes happen, but it shouldn't have taken 34 minutes to figure this out. This is a red flag that there is something wrong with their process. Time is valuable, and it is expected that work will be started at the scheduled time. Also, it seems that if you drop your car off, they depriorize the service time. One would think that scheduled service time should be the same whether the car is dropped off or waiting in store.I told them to cancel. I was about to walk out, but they 'magically' found someone to work on the car.I will give them 3 stars for the front desk lady, taking ownership of the mistake and fixing it quickly. Although, not a good first-time experience.

I was unlucky enough to get a nail in my tire on the way home from getting brand new tires. Draven and the technician got me fixed and out the door in less than 20 minutes and took care of the charge for me! SUPERIOR customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Service: TiresService: Tires

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! I discussed over the phone with someone that my car was chugging back and forth and needed to be seen. They had me come in and 6 hours later after a full service inspection they said all I needed was an oil change and nothing else was wrong. The next day my car completely gave out on me. So seems to me they just didn t want to look at my car and just take my money.

This is the worst Firestone branch I have ever seen.SCAM & WORST SERVICE AlertThe guy at the front desk who took my car for service was nice, patient, and left after his shift ended. There is this new guy who stayed after 5 pm, ready for me to pay the bill and take the car. I used the Firestone app and card; I was showing him the 5% mobile offer screen since I booked my appointment through my app, but he wasn't interested in even looking into it and kept saying, "I don't know, man, what you are showing me," and kept intimidating me. As I further explained, thinking he might be unaware, he took my phone, redeemed the offer, and gave it back, saying it disappeared.Next, after I ignored this and continued to pay the bill with the Firestone card on my account, he tried to scam me into entering my zip code and SSN, even after I told him I already have one. Luckily, I realized and questioned him, and he tried to cover up by saying it just asks you like that. I canceled that and paid with another card.Watch out, everyone.

Check your lug nuts before you drive away.Ordered two tires and an alignment. First thing I noticed was they put one of the new tires on the spare. No big deal, they swapped it around for me, however the attempted alignment was a disaster. They were not able to complete it due to a bent tie rod, which is no big deal, I replaced it. I did however notice a noise coming from the front end of the car, and after investigation found out they cross threaded two of my lug nuts and the other three were not even hand tight. Had to replace the messed up studs and nuts. I guess it was a good thing they cross threaded the lugs, may have lost the wheel otherwise.

I love the later hours. Worked out great since my issue happened at 530pm. They got me in and out within 30 minutes and were very nice. The price for the repair was reasonable and they didn't try to pressure me into buying new tires. I foresee going there in the future, hopefully for new tires and not for another broken key punctured tire.

The technician pulled my vehicle out and said it was all done. Luckily the guy at the counter realized that he put five quarts of oil in instead of 8.8 quarts. The guy at the counter pulled it back in and topped off the oil and realized that the technician also put the wrong weight of oil in. Instead of correcting the problem, the guy at the front desk told me that it would be fine. My vehicle is under a factory warranty and it states the wrong weight of oil will void the factory warranty.I filled out the online survey and requested to be contacted but nobody has reached out to me. This was also the most expensive oil change that I have ever paid for.

I can't say enough good things about the Waukee Firestone Complete Auto Care and how professional they are and how quickly they take care of you. I scheduled an appointment on Thursday night, got in the the next morning, and had the car back that afternoon. When I took the car in, Jesus who helped me told me he could get me a better tire at a lesser price. He could have easily sold me something more expensive, but he didn't. We've used them to replace tires on three vehicles and never had an issue. I won't go anywhere else.

Took my 2019 VW Tiguan in to the Waukee location for an alignment. Fleet Farm said they couldn t work on German cars and presented me with actual VW specs on doing alignments (as rationale as to why they do not do them). The specs were crazy intricate. I went to Firestone and they said they work on German cars and got me in the next week. I took the car in and they probably had my car in the shop for 15 minutes- TOTAL. I did not present them with the specs that Fleet Farm printed out for me and just paid and left. But I m pretty certain that they did NOTHING to my car. I think the charge was like $150. What could I say? I m not a mechanic. But pretty sure it takes longer than 15 minutes to align my car, given the info given to me by Fleet Farm. Hope the $900 I just spent on new tires (NOT at Firestone) isn t wasted due to a faulty alignment service at Firestone. I gave them 2 stars (instead of 1) because they were courteous and worked me in for an appointment.

My son and I were traveling thru the area and got an object in my front tire. Donnie was friendly, professional and quick to get my tire replaced. He also pointed out the condition of my other front tire and recommended replacing it due the several hundred miles we had left to drive. I couldn't have asked for friendlier or better service. Thank you for keeping us safe and getting us back on the road.

On Sunday July 19, 2020, I started a trip from Kansas City to Wisconsin. Shortly after I hit the road between KC and Des Moines I had a blow out on my travel trailer. Got the spare changed and was back on the road we called and found this location had a tire to replace the one that blew. Mind you this was Sunday and I was traveling, I spoke with Matt the Store Manager and we decided to stop to get the new tire. We were about an hour out. When we arrived Matt came out to meet me and we discussed the new tire. He said it would be best to keep the spare on the road and use the new tire for a spare. We had the spare put on the wheel from the blown tire and put the new tire on the spare. There were cars there getting worked on, but they got started right away on my work and got me back on the road. Matt was very honest and helpful. He probably could have sold me 4 tires, but he said that since it was Sunday the tire they put on my trailer was all they could get and my tires were the way to go. Thank you to Matt and his team for getting me back on the road in less than an hour - I didn't time it but it could have been closer to 30 minutes! Awesome job. I would recommend them.

Took my SUV in for an oil change and screw in the tire.The manager told me my tire was shot because of tge location of the screw, ALSO told me it was massively leaking air 3 times. I left Firestone and went to Heartland Tire down the street, Kelly came out with a screw driver and removed the screw...it was 1/4 inch long and NOT into the tire...plus it was a screw without a point on it...NO LEAKS. Firestone in Waukee LIED to me to make money. I will try to post a picture of the screw here. If I'm not able to please go to the Facebook page for Firestone where I have posted a complete story with photos in the reviews section. DONT GO TO FIRESTONE OF WAUKEE on Hickman Road.Services: Tires, Oil change

Absolutely terrible experience with this Firestone location. I have always used FS for oil changes & had noticed oil leaking under my hood. Firestone Waukee replaced the valve cover gasket & after that my engine started sucking in air causing misfiring. Now they have replaced that same piece 4x & the misfiring always returns, but worse now with check engine lights on. We scheduled an appt at 3pm & they couldn t even take care of us that day THAT WE SCHEDULED!!! Store manager is very rude & has advised front desk staff to NOT contact us with the updates so we have to show up unannounced and hear everything from front desk associates after the fact. They don t seem to care one bit that this has been an ongoing issue for MONTHS. The only reason we keep returning is to not owe any more out of pocket since they have caused these problems otherwise i d say good riddance. Save your time & money & GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
