Very happy with your salesman Eusebio Ramos. He has been helpful & easy to talk to like friend would be. Mason Miller was very willing to step in to us when he was sick as we where his customers.Tim Wiebenga with all the paperwork. He made it easy & as much fun signing paperwork can be. Have have bought 3 Jeeps now we will back in the future.

The best experience we ve ever experienced at a dealership. Highly recommend dealing with JR. He was willing to send as many pictures and videos as we needed and answer all of our questions over the phone since we lived 4 hours away. When we walked in everyone was so welcoming. On top of everything they have their vehicles priced very well and they are willing to work with you on price, unlike most dealerships. We will definitely be going back in the future!!!

I purchased a vehicle a month ago. Two weeks after purchasing vehicle, car died, I changed the battery in my vehicle, vehicle started. I contacted service department, to get my vehicle back in for service to check for low voltage or alternator. I was informed scheduling is out until May and loaner is even later. Very unhappy! I have purchased platinum extended warranty to help with repairs. Did I mention, I haven t made my first car payment. I am one unhappy customer.

The staff here is very friendly, helpful and professional. DeVonte was my sales person and helped me run the car I was looking at through inspection, provided completed vehicle history and answered all my questions on it. He also gave me a follow up call to make sure I was enjoying my new car. I would do business with them again with out a second thought.

If you go to this dealership you NEED to work with Iman. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, responses to questions in a timely manner. Usually in my experience buying a car can be stressful but this time around working with Iman is was a great experience and if I ever need another vehicle for whatever reason- I will be back. My husband and I also enjoyed working with Tim. He was also very knowledgeable and helpful. Great experience working with him.

Well, what happened was Never mind not important how I got there.. What is important is that some how I found myself face to face with Iman EmAduni the other day. I m pretty sure Joel Horn whispered sweet nothings in my ear. I believe he told me to go find this amazing being and buy a car (he didn t but we will pretend like he did). Anyway the universe did what it did and I got to meet the most angelic, grinding, determined soul. She reminds me of myself I must say. I have NEVER in my life had an experience like this buying a car. The BBQ Gang (the name I have bestowed upon them) @ Deery Brothers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Waukee was the bomb! Thank you so much Iman, Jason, Tim, and a host of others that encouraged and delt with all my shenanigans for the last 2 days. Sorry, not sorry! #deerywaukee #bbqganglife

Poor communication, and all I hear is excuses, excuses and excuses.Short staffed, hard to get parts, on lunch breaks, hangs up on you when you ask for a manager, doesn t offer a loaner car when my vehicle has been in the shop for over a month and half, don t bother to leave a voice mail cause no one gets back to you, shuffling you around on the phone, doesn t give you updates on what s going on, they say they are busy but again I find that to be just another excuse aren t we all had my vehicle come in multiple times an it comes back worse each time it comes out of the shop I m sure they love milking my warranty. Issues haven t been solved since December. This is the 3rd time it s been in the shop thinking it would be 3rd times the charm well it looks like I was sold a lemon Mind you I had my vehicle taken in back in December to get an issue fixed and they give me back my vehicle with a broken glove box that doesn t close anymore but tried to have me pay for it to get fixed the next time I come in to get it serviced. Mind you I had it documented and signed that it was their fault. The issue that it came in for from the start was never resolved multiple times but I am sure they love milking my warranty.

Took my Wrangler in for recall work and I could not be happier with the service and the work. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and accommodating. I did not have to wait for a ride from, or back to, the dealership and drivers were both great.There is noticeable improvement in the way my Wrangler drives.Definitely have a customer for life with service at this level.

I brought my 2021Jeep Wrangler 4xe in at the end of December for a power steering and cooling issue. They said they had to order parts and could be about 45 days. More than 45 days have gone by so I reached out. Jay in the service department stated he can only order so many parts a week, but I was next on his list and it would be 2 weeks. The last I spoke to Jay was mid February. Here it is the middle of March and still have not heard anything. I decided to take my Jeep to Stew Hanson. Stew Hanson fixed all issues the same day! I advise anyone who needs their vehicle serviced to not waste their time here and go elsewhere! I don t think Jay in the service department had any intentions on fixing my vehicle and should of just said something in the beginning instead of telling me some made up story how he could only order so many parts a week and it s next on his list.

Iman did an amazing job working with a difficult customer. I will do business with her again. Excellent and very responsive dealer. Straight to the point. Couldnt be happier.Service (Jeremy) I have worked with a bit over the last few months. Solid guy, honest, and mote importantly delivers as he says he will do!Jason also did a great job finding alternatives and various configurations and parts for me.Joelle did a great job with accessories. In fact she got everything scheduled in short order before I even had time think about when to do it. Love the follow through and the friendly service.

I am so mad at this service department I could just spit. My sister went there with a coupon for regular service. They told her that the car wouldn't start and it needed a new battery. She has had no trouble at all with the battery or with it starting; at all. She started it and drove there just fine. It's a very nice well maintained vehicle. She was surprised but trusted (somewhat) them. So how much is a new battery? A cheap NAPA battery was $250 plus $100 to recode it. If she wanted a factory battery it would be $700. What? Factory battery' what is that, last I knew Chrysler doesn't make batteries. Has anyone ever heard of a 700 $ battery. This service department not only lied to her they totally took advantage of her as a 65 year old woman. I would go anywhere else but this place if that is the way they do business. If you go there to use a coupon for simple service I would suggest only doing that. They will and did take advantage of her.You bet I will call you today. The only miss understanding is that the total bill to replace the battery and the $60.00 coupon she had was $700 (692.64). I'm looking at the estimate right now for a cheap replacement battery is $480.84. Are you kidding me? No! after calling my son-in-law who is a airline mechanic that lives there to ask him about "recoding" he knew nothing about that. So now you are saying that my sister made that term up. I think not.She came in there not only expecting to pay 129.00 for service there, the person that checked her in agreed that is what it would be. On top of everything she never had an issue with her battery before bringing there. YOUR PERSON SAID THEY HAD TO JUMP HER CAR TWICE JUST TO GET IT IN THE SHOP, WHEN SHE NEVER HAD AN ISSUE WITH HER BATTERY. A little strange don't you think

Excellent buying experience! Traded cars here while in the area visiting family. Tim was an awesome salesperson and followed up a couple times to make sure everything was going well. Another bonus is the paperwork for my out-of-state DMV only took a week! I d highly recommend the great folks at Deery Brothers and I m sure I ll be buying from them again!

Don t take your vehicle here for service. I ve taken my vehicle here for previous work that was covered under a service contract from a previous dealer, and have had decent service in the past. Anything outside of your warranty, expect to pay 4-5x the actual cost to fix at your mom and pop mechanic. My most recent service visit, and the last time my vehicle will ever be in their shop, was terrible. I needed a fuel pump and fuel lever sensor replaced that had failed. I dropped it off on the morning of Tuesday, 11/28, and just got it back today, 12/12. My truck was held for 2 weeks for 2 parts that should have taken 2 days to replace (maximum). It was like pulling teeth to get updates from my service advisor. At about 1 .5 weeks of waiting I called the service manager, Jeremy, to express my frustrations and left him a voicemail, and never received a call back. Not only did I feel like my visit wasn t a priority (after waiting for weeks), but I was made to feel like I was a burden for wanting an update every couple days. Go here if you don t want your vehicle back for weeks, if you don t want updates on where your vehicle is in the process, and if you want to pay a premium for less-than service.

Very upset with the service department. My husband needed his front passenger mirror replaced and got quoted around $400 for the mirror. We agreed to them ordering that mirror replacement and to have it fixed when the part came in. A few months later we get a call that the mirror part was in and they could replace it. We went in to get it replaced. My husband went in to pick up the truck and was given a bill of over $1,000. We never received any calls from them that day about the price change and it was the end of the day so no one gave us any Answers as to why we were charged that much. I called them back and they agreed that the quote and actual price didn t match and said they would refund me. I have yet to receive the refund. I call almost everyday and talk with the service front desk ladies who transfer me to either Jeremy or Jays phone which gets sent straight to voicemail and never a call back. We bought the truck from this dealership and I will never be recommending this dealership or service department to anyone.

Got a used vehicle a few days ago from kirk and was pleased until i pull off the lot and see that the vent adjusters were broke and when i brought it up i was told oh well its sold as is and that his detail guys probably saw it and just left them hanging there. plus i got a terrible trade in value just really liked the truck i got. also didnt enjoy talking about his love life and didnt really keep it professional. If you can find a different dealer do it if not definitely avoid this guy.

I purchased my 2022 ram truck in mid December , I thought it was weird they had a window sticker on file that was all in French , this truck came from a Canadian auction. They have a bunch of these trucks this way upon my research. My salesman and I tried to translate it to see what options it had and we thought we understood what it had.So I try to bargain, and they wouldn t budge on price even though it was sitting on the lot for a while. They took a whopping 24 dollars off the price.After I buy it, we have some slippery weather and I find out it doesn t have the ANTI-SPIN rear axle we agreed it did, which is what sold me on the truck in the first place, and lets just say the google translation wasn t accurate. This frustrated me, but I let it go.Beginning of January see the same exact truck, and I mean the same exact color, options and the mileage was within the hundreds different , on their lot being advertised at about $4000 less than I paid in mid December , less than a month later. This truck even has the window sticker that is all in french as well.I get a hold of my salesman to ask about this and if they can give me a good reason why roughly 2.5 weeks ago I paid way more and I get the trust me, you got a good deal and that the one for sale now probably has less options I look at it and it s the same. I send them the stock number of both trucks so they can compare and see that they re the same. I hear nothing back for a week. I get a hold of them again and ask for the managers info. I finally get a call from a manager , all they do is tell me that the market fluctuates up and down , and Well maybe this truck has been sitting on the lot longer. This truck was not being advertised on their lot or online until early January. And I don t buy that the market fluctuates that much, on used vehicles that are identical, inside of a months time.I understand that it was a misunderstanding with me and the salesman both and that the deal is done, but they wouldn't even offer me some kind of concession, maybe oil changes or credit toward some accessories...nothing! They tell me" I can't promise anything from the service department or accessories department, we're all different entities"I basically got the we ve got your money so go pound sand. in a nice way.This is what you get when you purchase an almost $45000 used truck. I feel ripped off and am very unhappy with the aftermath of my purchase and the responses I got from the manager, Jason.

100%++ happy with Deery in Waukee! We got a great trade-in for our Jeep, driving off the lot with a bright and shiny new car! Everyone was most helpful. Sales, financing, everyone. Professional, courteous, friendly, helpful. The dealership was clean and organized as well. Very, very pleased. Joelle with auto accessories was very kind and helpful, as was Steven with financing--organized and efficient. And Juju--AWESOME. A great experience all around. We also got the vinyl coating later for the car, and LOVE IT! Keep up the great service!

Recently got a 2017 jeep patriot from here and it was honestly a great experience. I wish I was in a better mood during the process but it was mainly because I had tons of trouble finding a car before hand . Caleb sold me my car he made the process very easy for me and he took a lot of stress off me and of EVERY car salesman was like Caleb buying a car would be much more enjoying and the world would be a better place . IF YOUR EVER AT DEERY MOTORS IN WAUKEE FIND CALEB !!! He will get you right !! Would definitely buy from him again .

Absolutely will not be coming back here which is unfortunate since I live right by the dealership. They had my Jeep all day for new tires to be put on. Called at 12:30 and left a voicemail. Never heard back, so I called at 1:30-Jay said my Jeep was up in the hoist and should be done in 40 min. Didn t hear back an hour later, so I called back. He was conveniently on a lunch break, but said it was up on the hoist yet and would be another 40 min. I showed up at 3:30-still never got a call that it was done, and waited another 10 to take it home. This is absolutely ridiculous for four new tires to get put on. It should not take this long!

Went in to get my Grand Wagoneer serviced. Sonny and Logan were awesome at check in and release. Had a nice connect with part owner, AJ, while in the waiting area and the team had me out of there in no time at all! Definitely a better experience than Stew Hansen.
