Always take my company car to Tires Plus for service and tires. From making the appointment, to them giving me back the keys when done, it's always smooth! The Waterloo crew does a great job!Highly recommend!

Came in on a Sunday late afternoon. 100 miles from home, and they got my car back running. They were so honest and so helpful. I would recommend Tire Plus too anyone . Front service was also helpful.

Stephen was so great. I really want to emphasize that he was truly fantastic -- I came in at the end of the day without an appointment, but he was very gracious, assured me that the team would be able to fix my problem the next day, explained what they would do, gave me a quote, and really made my day in what could have been a minorly disastrous situation. I wasn't even an established customer, but he has certainly made me a fan.

Put the bolts on poorly. Swore the tire pressure symbol would go away after the tires got worn in. Turns out they broke the sensor and said they wouldn't replace it. I could say more colorful words but, all that says enough.

Driving north to MN, my sons car took a shard of metal in the sidewall and was in need of a replacement. It was 6:00 pm and Tires plus was open. I called the shop as my son drove over.. and was there by 6:30. Steve was super helpful, pulled a tire ahead of time (always know what size tires you need) and was waiting for him to arrive. 1 hour later, on the road and all good. Super props to Steve and everyone that night. well done. well done.Service: Tires

DO NOT EVER GET OIL CHANGED HERE. Got an oil change there because we are so busy I needed it done quickly and they had all sorts of deals online. They didn t ask what kind of oil I wanted. And charged me $124.98 for ONLY an oil change. Absolutely insane. They re nothing but crooks here. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!! Fleet Farm is 100000x better.

Purchased 4 tires from them, they installed 2 but failed to make sure the lugnuts were locked in place. They did not install the other two tires because, due to using the wrong size tools, they had completely stripped the lugs. They refused to refund the cost of the unused tires, pay for, or fix the damage. We had to take my van to a different shop to have the bolts cut and replaced in order to install new tires that we had to purchase again. That was an expensive lesson!

Been going here for a few years. When it comes to car repairs they have professional service, at average prices for what you need done. Always has promotions going on to help save a little money. Only negative, is that repair times are usually a little longer than other places, would recommend dropping off instead of waiting in store. Dean and Steven are the best at customer service and explaining things.

Worst experience possible, refused to update me on the status of my car without me calling everyday. Took multiple days to get parts in that are in stock at parts stores locally. Failed to see an issue directly in front of their face during an alignment which caused more delays. I decided to end the repair after they had my car for a week and wanted to charge me a minimum of $1400 to replace the rear control arms.

Been here multiple times with multiple cars. techs are very explanatory with any issues and service is always fast. would recommend over other auto shops.

We didn't stop here, but we did call to see if the tires I needed were available. The guy on the phone was super helpful. They didn't have the tires I needed, but he did let us know which Tires Plus did have the tires in stock.

Very disappointed. My husband took his work car in not long ago and purchased 4 new tires from Tires Plus. He had them check alignment and do the work if necessary since he drives almost 2 hours a day (all highway) to work. A few thousand miles later the front tires are junk, I mean junk- clearly due to alignment being off (you can tell by how they are worn) He called Saturday and made an appointment for today and explained the situation- we gave them the benefit of the doubt maybe someone forgot to do everything they were supposed to. They took a look at the car and said "a lot can happen such as hitting potholes. You can pay for a new alignment and purchase new tires but there is nothing more we can do" NOPE. You're alignment doesn't get that far off in a few thousand miles..no accident, no potholes, no issues or changes on our end. Forget it, couldn't trust them the first time, we didn't have them do it this time. Won't ever go back.

I usually go to Firestone but they recommended tires plus as their accounts are linked together to get in sooner. I liked the tires plus app to get my history and set appointments but I don t think the front desk gave a fair representation on anything but the most expensive oil change. Many companies are relaxing their mask requirement but desk made it a point to make me put mine on with 2 people in the store. Then I had something small in my car and decided to toss it in the dumpster behind the shop then a technician said that s not a public dumpster and I felt a little insulted after being talked into the most expensive oil change when if I took it into the store I m sure I could have thrown it away their.

"GOOD PLACE"I was in town for a job and needed to have some front-end work done on my truck plus 2 front tires. They did a great job at a decent price. treated me like family. I do not live there/ I do not know anybody in that town but felt very comfortable at there price and at their quality of workmanship. I would go back there !

Was passing through Waterloo and blew a tire out on my trailer. Had to leave my trailer along the road and take the tire to the closest tire shop to get a replacement. They had the tire in stock but was told, "We only have one guy in the shop, can't help you". I understand people are short staffed, but when I said "I will have to go someplace else" the response was "ok, whatever". Very rude, dismissive attitude. Went down the road to competitor and I was in and out the door in 15 minutes.

Went to tires plus for 4 new tires and only went there because it was a good price on the tires. Once I went to pick up my vehicle, I noticed huge scratches on my rims and when I told the employees they told me it was my driving . I never seen or had huge scratches and if they saw something that I did not. I would have appreciate a phone call letting me know!

Zach did a great job! He was extremely helpful with everyone who came and called in during my 60+ minutes there. The store was extremely short staffed, but Zach remained calm, friendly and helpful throughout. This level of service doesn't routinely happen these days.

Took damn near 3 hours to get 4 tires mounted and balanced for an appointment that I had setup 2 weeks in advance.They were pretty accommodating though and took $100 off my $1200 bill for the the inconvenience. So, for being one of the few places to actually value the customers time, I'll give them a 4.

Had a flat tire while traveling through Iowa and they were good to squeeze us in a full schedule. Local Fiat dealership didn't have a replacement tire but Tires Plus did and we're back on the road!

These guys are great. Scheduled a wheel alignment and they spotted other issues and took care of them. A bit pricey but well worth it.

After having taken my vehicles there over the years I find out from the dealer they screwed up bad. They overlooked a hole in the A/C line...twice. Never changed the Cabin Filter after charging me 120 dollars. And the kicker is they put the wrong oil filter in my car which caused stalling problems. They also told me I would need a new engine which is not true but I need repairs. WILL NEVER EVER TAKE A VEHICLE THERE AGAIN. NOT EVEN A TRICYCLE.

I have been with Tires Plus for about 11 years now, my first experience with them was rough, but they took care of me the right and honest way. Humility is what they carry throughout your experience. They do their work diligently and with speed. I do recommend and I will continue to go to Tires Plus.

I am giving the Waterloo location a 1 star rating. I had to choose this location first because I came from Cedar Rapids during the power outage to get a tired fixed for a friend who was helping with clean up. I came up on a Wednesday late afternoon and website says open until 7pm, get there and sign on the door says Sorry for the inconvenience store closing at 4pm today. Okay I thought, I am staying with my parents tonight anyways, I can wake up early and do it tomorrow. I get there pretty much right when they open at 7am drop it off and was told 11am they will get to it. I call around 1 to see if it is done and they said no, it will be done by the end the day! This situation has been so frustrating.
