We've been buying from Rydell for over 20 years.Not only because they've got the best prices, but because when you're there you are family, not a customer.Sure we've looked other places just to see what others have, but have always come back to Rydell. They either ordered what we want or located it.Everything at Rydell is top notch... the owner, management, sales staff, service, service technicians, body shop, body & paint technicians, finance, etc.You can't ask for a better Chevrolet dealership.We've trusted them for ourselves and with family and friend referrals and know you can trust them too.

Easy experience buying a vehicle from Brandon, and never felt like I was being sold to. Kudos to Ryan who went above and beyond to accommodate us as we drove from 2 hours away to make a purchase. Go see these guys for a fair deal.

Dawn did such an amazing job for us. I highly recommend her for you needs at Rydell. She was patient with us and helped explain all the bells and whistles with our new vehicle. She explained the process and even went through the numbers and even triple checked them. She also called on Monday and talked with my husband to set up our appointments. The financing also did amazing as well and got is the best deal for us. Thank you Rydell for a perfect visit.

I can not say enough good things about Rydell. The experience was amazing. No pressure and actually quite enjoying. It was like sitting down with friends and talking cars.. old and new. John Geesman was so down to earth and helpful. Extremely fun to deal with. The entire atmosphere was very welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. We had shopped around at others for a week and no one could come close to what Rydell did for us!!! We walked away with a new Chevy Trailblazer. We will do business with this dealership from here on out!!

The service and staff are seriously above and beyond. Everyone is SO friendly and helpful. We purchased our vehicle with Dawn Tomson in Fall of 2023. She was wonderful to work with, very straightforward, honest, and sweet. We just went back to Rydell for our first oil change, and the set up while you wait is exceptional. They have fresh brewed coffee, donuts, snacks and drinks for kids, tons of places to sit and make yourself comfortable, and to top it all off, an entire kids room full of toys! I got to enjoy a hot cup of coffee, while my son had a blast playing. One of the staff members even cleaned the room with Lysol wipes before he started playing to try to prevent him from getting sick. While we waited, countless staff stopped to talk to us and greet my little guy, one sales associate even showed him some sports cars! I cannot thank Rydell enough for being so thoughtful, family-oriented and welcoming!

Brandon Reyes helped me score an amazing car. I went to Rydell because I trust them and the work they do on their cars before selling them. They definitely delivered. I got a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze. Brakes have been redone and bulbs have been replaced. I came in for one car and left with a better one. So far I am a very happy customer.

Poor communication. Wasn't notified when my truck was done.I'm also salty about the fact I've had to replace two fuel pumps since I bought my truck from Rydell and both times it was just out of warranty. So I've tacked an extra $3k dollars onto the cost of my truck at no fault of my own. That truck's been 100% serviced at your dealership. Rydell doesn't seem to concerned about my buying experience. I'll also add that when I bought my truck I had you guys put more aggressive tires on it, I got no credit for the original tires or the tires. I thought that was pretty lame too. You asked...

Well I had to wait from 8am-4pm for a simple fix of reconnecting a wire that y all failed to do the first time correctly when it was repaired. Secondly when I did pick up the car the dude came flying around the corner in it and then slammed the brakes to park it (it s not their car so why are they not driving it responsible and respectful) other than that all my in person interactions were great. Only major issues were the fact it took that long and wasn t done correct by you guys in the first place then along with him driving my car crazy.

Purchased a used car from this dealership. Steve Miller was the Sales Associate and the experience was great. Drove 6 hours for this car and the car was as advertised, no surprises. The car was priced very well and there were no surprises when we closed. They provided every opportunity to inspect/evaluate the vehicle for any issues. I would purchase from Steve and this dealership again.

I had wanted my navigation/map updated in my car. The receptionist did not know if that could be done but suggested we make an appointment. Our airbag light was on in the car also so we wanted to have that looked at at the same time. After being there over an hour, the service man came out and told us they could not update the map and it would cost over $450 to fix the problem with the airbag light and it would take another hour and a half. We declined. He said ok and said they would get the car ready for us to take home with the paper work. I was shocked to find out there was a $150 diagnostic charge. At no time was I informed of that. The cashier was very rude and insisted I was informed. She went to get the service manager but he was unavailable. I paid the charge, but I should have been informed when I made the appointment and again when I dropped the vehicle off and I was not.

Our car-buying experience was very positive. We needed to replace the car our teenagers drive. We were coming from out of town, and Dawn was so accommodating and responsive to our emails/questions prior to us making the trip to W'loo. When we arrived, the car was ready, Dawn ensured we checked out all aspects of the car, and the buying process was quick and easy! Thank you!

It took them 4 MONTHS to fix our van. They sent us home with it 3 time saying that it was fixed when it wasn t. The first time we didn t even make it two blocks and the vehicle wouldn t even start again. The second time they sent us home with the van, it started violently shaking and every dash light in the thing came on (wasn t even safe to drive as it started fishtailing on the road). Our vehicle is now back with us and it is having similar issues with the things they said they fixed. Their communication was awful and the entire time they tried to blame their horrible service on the insurance company. Will not be going back nor do I recommend anyone give them their business.

Shout out to Adam Charley! This Guy is all about Customer Service! Able to get my vehicle serviced and a couple other things addressed and didn t have a worry. Smooth ride post visit! JEEP OWNER didn t know this was a thing, got hung up in snow and ice formed around my inner wheel well. Had SEVERE shakes. Crazy weather! If capable park in a warm space and let your ice/snow melt after getting hung up or driving through deep snow!! Could prevent some MAJOR damage! Thanks Adam!!

Honestly, it was a mixed experience.On the one hand, they helped with my negating the expiration date on a prepaid oil change card that I found after cleaning out my late husband's vehicle.On the other hand, they had ordered parts to replace something that was not working and was under warrantee. When they called to say that the parts were in, I stated that it had since started working again and was told clearly that Rydell suggested replacing it any way since they had gotten the part and it was under warrantee. When I arrived to get it replaced, I was told that since it was working, they decided that the replacement did not need to happen and had sent the parts back. NO ONE TOLD ME and I had to take time off work during the week as I was told it could not be done on a Saturday. If this did not need to be done, I could have come in on a Saturday and not have to take time off work. I was NOT happy about it!!!Then, to add to the insult, I had presented a coupon for discounted wiper blades, but I was not told that my vehicle was not compatible with the discounted ones. I only found out AFTER they replaced the wipers with others, I was presented with the bill, and I had to ask why the discount was not applied. I SHOULD have been told BEFORE my wipers were replaced so I could decide whether or not I wanted Rydell to replace them after all.Finally, I had my oil changed and tire rotated. Not only did I have to point out to them that they did not check the air in my tires, something I learned is supposed to happen from another time when it was NOT done either. When I took my car back in to get the air checked, I then noticed that two lug nut covers had been broken and put back on broken. Apparently, I was not supposed to notice or care.I have gone to Rydell for years, but if that is the kind of communication and service I can expect, I may be rethinking continuing!

We had a wonderful experience today at Rydell! We drove almost 2 hours to Waterloo to another dealership for a terrible experience but Brandon turned our day around. We looked at a vehicle that had only been on the lot a couple days and my mother in law had her heart set on this particular style so we did some paperwork to make sure it wouldn't be sold to anyone else (which is what happened earlier in the day). We will be back this weekend after it's detailed and looked over and I'm sure our day will go just as smoothly. Thank you Brandon for making our day!
