They are the most honest, reasonably priced, excellent work car and truck shop. There were times I easily could have been taken advantage by a shop, but they were honest when something that seemed like it would be an over $1000 job, and it ended up being simple, and they were honest about it and charged me $33. They even took me home and picked me up when the work was done.

We just finished paying off our car today WOOHOOO! But I came here to say it was an absolute pleasure doing business with Priority One. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. They never called and harassed us but trusted us to know we would make our payments every month even if we had to make both payments at the same time. I absolutely recommend to anyone in the area to go with this company. We had gotten turned down from the company right up the street before we stopped to try this company. I believe that was definitely God working in our favor knowing the amazing service offered here. Thank you for everything!

The best place to go hands down. I always take my vehicles there. And never take them anywhere else. Great family owned business. Friendly and respectful people. Would recommend for anyone. Don t believe me check them out for yourself you won t be disappointed.

I bought a used car from them recently. Been driving with no issues for 3 or so weeks now. They even helped me get my license plates and registration on my car. :D I highly recommend buying from them. I'm sure their maintenance work is just as good, I haven't experienced that yet though.

Priority 1 is a GREAT auto service center! I had to have a motor replaced on my driver's door power window! The part and with labor were very reasonable! I have recommended Priority 1 to family and friends for their automotive needs! You can't go wrong with this company!

Went there to have a tire switched onto a different rim. I drove up, two men took over and in about 15 minutes or less I was already on my way, and even though both tires were already of if the truck they offered to put the tire on my truck. I declined but nice to know they offer something that they didn't have to. Will most definitely do me business with Priority One in Waterloo Iowa on Laporte Road.Thanks guys.

Great prices, friendly employees, and professional service. I called several places around Waterloo and Independence to get a wheel bearing fixed. Priority 1 had the best quote and was able to get me in the next week, so I brought my car in. When my car was being serviced, they found a couple other issues and I decided to go ahead and schedule that to be repaired as well. They ordered the parts and got me in a couple days later again. When they were working the second time, they realized they would not have to do quite as much in parts as they originally thought. Instead of just putting the extra parts on and charging me for the extra labor, the owner told me the good news and saved me a couple hundred dollars.

They wanted to inspect brakes first but apparently couldn't inspect brakes with drums. They messed with the wiring to my truck resulting in faulty stereo now and they had me do the brake inspection there to waste my time and telling me they won't do it. I'm assuming they don't know how to without using the lift. they didn't even inspect brakes right and said they were good brakes but a week later my brake is screeching from being worn down too much and sliding with the rotor. I would not take vehicle there.

I recently moved to the area and didn't have a mechanic here that I felt I really could trust. I called around for quotes as I was having some brake issues. When I spoke to the gentleman at Priority 1, he gave me a very reasonable quote that was lower than the other places I had spoken to.They were able to squeeze me in the next day. The employees are very friendly. I was so thankful that they fixed the calipers instead of just telling me they needed to be replaced. They never tried to force other services on me either. Great customer service!To say the least, I will definitely be going back for any issues or maintenance work on my vehicle. I feel that they are good, trustworthy people and highly recommend them.

I m from out of town and my car broke down in Waterloo I had it towed here and as soon as they found out I was stranded they got us in right away, it was an easy fix and I was back on the road in less then an hour the employees here are very kind and understanding! Top notch, literally family owned. I think it s 2 sons and the parents. Mom, Dad, and one son are in this location while the other runs the University one. They have always been able to service my car in a timely manner.Edit: can t stress how helpful and good price this auto shop is.

These people do excellent work and are more than fair on prices when it comes to having work done on your vehicle. I don't think I'll be bringing any of our vehicles anywhere else if need be.

I didn't like anything about the guy that runs this place. When I came in about a year ago, he clearly thought that I knew nothing about cars, and he tried to sell me an over priced piece of junk. The car he tried to sell me was older than me, and he wanted $3000 for it. It had no air, no heat, it was a mess on the inside (clearly someone had smoked in the car) and the drivers seat belt was broken. It had more miles that the stick shift I bought from my aunt, and she took that thing on cross county road trips several times a year. He was super rude to me. He treated me with little to no respect, and even treated my mother like she was a child. He talked down to us to such a degree that we didn't even consider looking at any of his other cars.My friend is looking to buy a new car, and today we went back here to check out what he might have, and I was willing to give this man another shot. I have never been so speechless . For a sales person to talk down to me like that is unimaginable. He not only asked if I was even old enough to buy a car, but if I even had a job. He treated me like a child, and treated my friend even worse. I'm not going to lie, I was slightly rude back to him after he had asked for the 3rd time if I really even had a job. The owners rudeness was uncalled for, and I will never step foot on that car dealership again. Not even if you paid me. I will never be treated with such disrespect again.Please, don't buy a car from this dick.

Purchased a SUV from them. Very friendly, honest & pricing is very reasonable not over priced like a lot of the Buy Here Pay Here. Weekly payments cheapest in town!! I would recommend them over any other shop! Plus free oil changes for a certain time frame!!

Amazing place to buy vehicles and to have them worked on. Fair pricing and if you buy a vehicle from them they give you 2 years of free oil changes. In total we have bought 4 vehicles from them and have learned that this is a company that will actually stand behind the vehicles they sell.

Maureen and her family at Priority 1 were a delight to work with! We were just traveling through town when we noticed the check engine light, and pulled into Priority 1 for some help. They were booked 3 days out, but after telling them our situation they were so kind and took our car in for a diagnostic anyway. 1 hour later and we re back on our way up to Minnesota. Thank you so much!

I ve used them in the past but never for breaks. I was quoted almost 600 just for front breaks. Not really affordable for breaks but great for everything else. Jiffy does breaks for 250.

Horrible experience. Older man in overalls and a camo hat comes out while we're looking At a car and just says "hey". Didn't introduce himself or any thing. It was more than a little awkward. Car is 2k less according to Kelly blue book, when my wife said so instead of negotiating or countering or even explaining any money he may have put into the car to justify the hefty price, the worker didn't hesitate and said " go buy it from Kelly blue book then". Will NEVER go back to this business, do yourself a favor and go to a reputable dealership where they will treat you with some respect and decency. I would give this business zero stars if it would let me.
