If you're in the Waterloo area, this is the place to go. I've been in town for less than 3 months and had my car worked on three times. (All unrelated things, that are part of the expected wear for the age and make of the car.) Pat is straightforward and honest. I cannot recommend him more.

My father told me to go to Jeffries Auto Repair because Pat is such a hardworking and honest guy. I always know he will give me an honest opinion and that he won't overcharge me. Now that my dad has passed I continue to take my car for service and repairs.

Used them a number of time and today - horrible failure! scheduled from 2 weeks ago, ordered parts and communicated multiple times to show up this morning and have them say they can't work on it. Too busy and loaned out needed tools. Just horrid

Work done right, they are the best. An honest mechanic is hard to find, but that s exactly what you ll find at Jeffries. They get all the stars.
