Very slow ordered wrong parts because they didn't do the research. Just bought what they could highly highly priced. I've gotten lights of work done from them no problem but if you own a GM with any autoride, premium ride I would not advise taking to them. I didn't want leave bad review but this time they did not come through...

Jeff is a really good mechanic. Gave me a quote which was okay to begin with and when I brought my car the following week, he told me about a reduction in price of some my parts which really reduced my total cost. I know some mechanics won't be that honest. Overall, very friendly and did a good job on my car. Totally gonna go there from now.

I broke down durning a recent travel to Waterloo and came across J & J Auto Service. Jeff and Jason were very friendly! They serviced my SUV quickly and very reasonably priced. They accommodated my pet in the facility while my vehicle was being serviced. They even offered to take me to my hotel (or other destination) and pick me up after service was complete. Jeff even took the extra step and explained diagnostically why my vehicle broke down and showed me the part upon completion. Bottom line: great service, friendly people and great prices! 5 star! Highly recommend!!

Had a brake issue suddenly appear & barely made it home safely. I live nearby so I called here.They got my truck in right away, completed the job in a few hours, & charged me less than I expected.What more can 1 ask for?

I was told I needed some expensive work done by a popular auto chain repair shop. I went to these guys to get a second opinion. To my surprise they said it wasn't needed to be done at all. They saved me a lot of money. I trust them and will definitely go to them again!
