I purchased my new 2023 Elantra N from these guys! I called my salesman Corry, and after some negotiating, I was able to trade my car for payoff and walk away with the N for *UNDER* MSRP. The finance manager, Alex, was very nice/friendly, answered all of my questions, and even gave me major discounts on coverage packages! Overall, it was a very smooth and pleasant buying experience! Highly recommended these guys!

I have been leasing here for 3 years and just started my 2nd lease deal. These guys are phenomenal to work with! They truly do want to help give people the best deal possible. Blake did everything possible to make sure I got what I wanted and worked so well with me. Chad and Dan are amazing sales managers! Shout out to the service department also - they have always gone above and beyond. Thank you guys for working with me and making my experiences with C&S so enjoyable! I am a happy customer!

We ran into an issue driving from Missouri to Minnesota. After roadside assistance failed to come through after 30 minutes, I contacted the service center while we were doing a temporary repair to our engine splash shield on the side of the highway (tying with athletic tape). They said to head in and they d take a look. The service team got us in right away and fixed the issue. We really appreciate them helping some out-of-towners in a pinch. We made it home at a reasonable hour thanks to them! THANK YOU!

The service department is very dishonest. Does not communicate well. They will charge you for repairs without permission. I will drive 100 miles more for service before ever thinking about visiting you again.

This was probably the best car buying experience that I have ever had despite the dealership not having the vehicle I was looking for on the lot. To be fair I knew the dealership did not have any of the cars I was looking for and went anyway. The main reason is that I wanted to confirm my choice by test driving vehicles that my wife and I had discussed in passing. The sales person helped with this and understood what I was trying to do. Within an hour I realized that first choice was exactly what I wanted. The dealership was able to get exactly what I wanted within 5 days; those five days included the weekend before the fourth of July. I was totally amazed. They did a great job - we will definitely go back to C&S for our next car purchase.

Had a an extended warranty on the engine, had them replace it. That went smooth. They quoted me some more work that needed done and I had them proceed. $850.00 dollars later and I didn't even get a car wash out of it. Car came back dirtier than when it went in. I know it's just a small complaint but, I also work in the customer service industry and the "plus 1" can go a long way. Overall, the guy I worked with (Sam) was very helpful and easy to work with.

I absolutely love that a representative calls me prior to my appointment to confirm services needed. Also, provides price for each item so that I know exactly how much the cost will be. The entire staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to do business with.

Three occasions at least they failed and inconvenienced me horribly over the last three years or so and did nothing to remedy it.First issue they wanted to replace my entire center console for thousands of dollars because my backup camera wouldn't work, instead, I replaced the backup camera myself for 60 bucks and it worked.They also told me they could reprogram my PCM and then couldn't after telling me the misfire was a mechanical issue. Found out the misfire was just a bad PCM.Third issue is the car wouldn't start. Wanted to replace ignition. Found that mouse chewed visible wire near the battery, spliced the wire myself, fixed.I don't recommend Hyundai, it's built with zero integrity. But moreso I do not recommend C&S, they have even less.

5/5/23 I stopped in as I had to "have a code cleared". I was told by Sam at the desk that it would be 1 hour and $75. Ok. I waited in the customer area. After 90 minutes, I went back to the service desk to see how much longer it was going to be. I was then told that Sam was at lunch but Chas would deal with me. Huh? So Chas found my paperwork, and rudely stated that since he hadn't dealt with me he wasn't up to speed on this. I tried to explain what was discussed prior but he walked off to the shop to talk to someone else. He came back and told me the bill was over $300 AND they couldn't clear the code. WHAT!??!? The programing was only going to be $75 but they did extensive diagnostic to determine the issue. If you are going to quadruple the bill, don't you think you should talk with the customer?!??! When I questioned this, all I was told was that this is what they did. THEN they offered to charge me another $500 to fix it. Enroute to the cashier, he took off with the paperwork to help someone else and I was left standing there waiting to pay my bill so I could leave. I had to go and find him to get the paperwork. This is crazy!!! I paid $312 for the honor of sitting in the waiting room for 90 minutes while they did NOTHING to fix my problem. I will not go back and I do not recommend anyone else does either!

Our experience at C&S was exceptional. Blake was our sales person and he was top notch. He never made us feel pressured and took care of all of our needs. He kept in contact and went above and beyond!

Purchased an Elantra N and the staff was wonderful to work with. Walked me through the entire process. Had to put in an allocation order in. Waited a while for the vehicle to come in but worth the wait. No price gouging like other dealers and respected my request for no add-ons. Cameron, Cody, and Jessica were super responsive and answered all questions. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

Kevin Seng (sales person) and Chad (manager) are both excellent to work with. I told them what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and they did everything they could do to get me exactly what I asked for. They are located over 100 miles from where I live and I would rather work with them the the dealer 10 miles from me.

Esau and Cody were OUTSTANDING guys to work with...told them my problems with my car...they extended their knowledge to me to help me understand what I would be getting and did it making me feel like I was the 1st and last customer...I have several friends that they have helped and I must say we are all pleased cause if we ever need help...they are right there!!! PERFECTION at its finest!!! Thanks guys!!! Love my new 2023 VENUE HYUNDAI!!!

C&S has an amazing service department. The service team is always very helpful, answer all questions with a smile and work to make sure they can work around your schedule if at all possible. Service is fantastic. Chaz, Jacob, Sam and all the guys are great to work with! I highly recommend the service team!

We called C&S to inquire about a specific vehicle that we had on order with another dealership. We had decided to end our relationship with the previous dealer due to dishonesty in the finance department. Patty was helpful and informative, and she found us the exact same make, model and year of car that we had on order. We were able to pick it up two days later. Financing and approval through Hyundai could not have been easier, contrary to what we were told with the previous dealership. I m very happy with my new car! Thank you!

Took my car there for an oil change. The next day my oil light comes on and my car dies in the middle of the road. I call for a tow and there is oil straight up draining out of the bottom of my car. Which certainly isn't healthy for the engine. It has been two weeks since the oil change and I am still driving a rental car and my car has just been sitting in their parking lot. Awful communication with me on what the status of my vehicle is. If I had to defer anyone from one business, it would be this one.

Great dealership to work with. Our sales associate was super helpful and patient in helping locate the car I wanted. They were able to get me a better interest rate than I expected. The follow up after I purchased the vehicle was very much appreciated. I will be purchasing future vehicles here.

Called 4 times to obtain status on my 2 month old order for a 2023 SUV. Left messages on salesman s phone. Called through main desk and salesman did not pickup. Tried for over a week to get thru. No replies!

The sales people at C&S always go above and beyond and roll out the red carpet for their customers. The paperwork was ready to go when my car was ready to pick up and it was a seamless transaction from start to finish. I would highly recommend C&S and Hyundai to any of my friends/family!

Shawn was a great salesman! My husband and I have been shopping for the perfect SUV for quite some time and just couldn't find what we were looking for. We also met with a lot of salesmen but none of them were as great to work with as Shawn! He not only showed us multiple vehicles we were interested in but he also answered all of our questions and kept us laughing through the process. We ended up buying a 2019 because of the great service we received. We plan on taking our vehicle back for oil changes and are excited to see if the service continues!!

As always, the work done is excellent. This visit took much longer than I had planned (7 hrs vs. 2-3 hrs planned), due to the time it took to locate a part under warranty.

Cory was great to work with!! We drove 5 hours to get a vehicle and it was worth every minute. In and out in an hour so we could get back on the road. Great folks all the way around!

Called about half hour before they closed JUST to get info on a truck and it's availability as to we had plans to buy one at this location. Woman who we were transferred to i believe she handles all that, she was VERY rude and did not let my mother finish what she was saying she cut her off and spoke over her without hearing what we had to ask or say. She must've been in a rush to get out of work. We will be taking our business elsewhere and i will be sure to NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
