Discriminates against persons with disabilities. They didn't even try to see if I could pass a 50 lb test when I was lifting 75+ in physical therapy. It's not my fault I was injured but this is an asinine response to someone who has put in the work and is attempting to get back to work. What's more it's hard enough getting social security to approve disability how easy did they think it was to get approved for ticket to work. Judge for yourself people but anyone who wants to hold a man down when he's trying to do the best thing for him and his family would never get my recommendation as a good business. Gatr can kiss my @ss.

We took our 2005 Damon motor home to GATR about 3 weeks ago for new brakes and rotors before traveling to Florida. It sat outside most of the time and they said it took up too much room to try and figure out why they couldn t get the ABS light off. When my husband went in and went off on them the manager said Get your motor home out of here. Your bill has been taken care of. A 2800.00 dollar quote had ballooned to 3500.00!! Now that tells me they had no clue as to what they were doing! One guy said it was a vacuum leak!! Our brakes don t run on vacuum!! My husband thought he had everything figured out before we left for Florida yesterday but now we have all kinds or lights and alarms going off!! Thanks GATR!! I would have gladly paid the bill if you had done your job! Or if you didn t have a clue why did you say you could work on it?? Actually I give you a negative 10 rating and will be following up with the parent company!! Also there is grease all over my carpet and chair!!

The employees there seemed rather reserved and didn't care. A store manager was very awkward and seemed to have trouble making eye contact for more than a second at a time. The parts manager I also spoke to seemed pretty rude

Way over priced, 400 dollars to do oil samples on 4 boxes. They have no idea how to fix shore power, but they sure know how to screw you.

Management seems okay but the technicians need a different pay system so they are incentivized to keep trucks moving in and out efficiently.

So me and my husband had to come back to this place several times and each time the truck was having issues they didn t fix it we re still dealing with the issues and we re now in Bloomington Minnesota and at another Volvo Company the AC went out and the people fixing it now said the Gatr Comapny in Waterloo Iowa loosened the wires All this Company did was say we needed more work then we asked when all we needed fixed was the AC So I as far as this Company they don t know what to do .. They fixed the valve in the fire wall, batteries, and AC ..Terrible Volvo Company and tries to add on other problems along the way I do not recommend ..!!!!!

Very friendly! I needed air in a portable air tank for a low tire and they filled it no questions asked. The other place I asked wanted $10.00. Thank you!

I am the FirstFleet Manager out of Austin MN. I ran into an issue with 4 recalls that had to be done ASAP from a Volvo Dealership. I called Robert and explained to him my situation on how my local Volvo Dealership just is not up to par in Albert Lea Mn and asked if I could get a road call out to do the 4 recalls on site as soon as possible. Robert told me it would not be an issues and that he would get a tech out to do these recalls on site the same day..... Thank you Robert, you and your team saved the day. I will most certainly be send my business his way in the future because he took the time to listen and execute my needs. A+++++++

Horrible paid 300 for an inspection on my truck they missed bad fuel filter, leaking brake chamber, leaking airline, loose wires feel like they robbed me
