They helped me diagnose and fix an issue I was lied to about elsewhere for a huge fraction of the quote from the other place. They could have easily made money off of me just providing the service I was told elsewhere that I needed, but they are honest and have integrity. We will definitely be back!!!! Thank you!!!

My initial experience with Fifth Street Tire was AMAZING, since they were the only ones to serve my needs in times of Need, while MOST other Tire places were NOT!After my initial visit I was consistently being dismissed, either by having to go elsewhere because of Staff shortage (which is ABSOLUTELY understandable!!), Or because of the corporate account issues, But lately it appeared that it may be the fact that I am utilizing a Corporate account!During my last visit I was simply hand-gestured to sign, while the Customer service representative was on the phone.The mechanics are Great and Efficient!Your vehicle is being driven to the front door, for easy access on a One-Way Street! A+++Regardless, Fifth Street Tire is the place to go for your Tire and Auto Repair Needs!Great location adjacent to Downtown Waterloo, freeway close (right next to the freeway and adjacent to Major Waterloo freeway junctions), and Valet service!!!

We stopped here after getting a flat on a road trip. They got us in immediately and had us out the door in 15 minutes. On top of that, they let us bring our dogs in to the air conditioning! Super friendly, efficient and honest service. Wish we lived closer, would definitely be back.

They are WONDERFUL! I discovered them after another car shop tried to swindle me out of more money and 5th st. been extremely honest, quick, and friendly! They give a fair price and never pressure you into doing more than you need. There has been two times when I had gone there and it was a tiny fix and they had done it without charge. They are hardworking and respectful. Highly recommended!

Had some work done on my vehicle twice this week. During the first visit, upon inspection, needed some more work done ASAP! Both times, the schedulingbwas quick, easy and fast. The employees were very nice and friendly.

One of those "you must ofnhit a bump in the road" type shops. You go in for an oil change and you come out worse than you went it.

210 miles into 1100 mile convoy move with daughter. She has a flat. These guys got us in, found a good uSed replacement and back out in 35 minutes. Awesome service

I tend to have extreme anxiety when it comes to car problems and going to mechanics. Everyone at 5th st tire however was amazing! They got my breaks all ready to go quickly so I could get back to work and did it for hundreds cheaper than what I was quoted at other places. I couldn't recommend these guys more to everyone!

The best service in the Cedar Valley! We use them for oil changes, break service and tire needs. They are so friendly and recognize me when I walk in. Recently, they resolved a minor squeaking issue with my breaks and didn't even charge me! Great people and great service!

Great service. Halfway to our son's in Wisconsin we had a tire separate and drove on our spare into Waterloo. Although they were fully booked, the guy working the counter found us a tire and got us back on the road in an hour. Thanks for helping us out!!

I've been a customer for about 3 years, I was referred by a friend of the area, after moving to Iowa from Arkansas. They are always so quick to fit me in, even if I just need to have a quick look over, before making my 12 hour trip back home.

They checked my car, changed my oil. And put new rotors on while i waited. I was very pleased with the service. I thought the rotor price was high , but its fixed. I would recomend them.
