Had a flat and was stopped at NB scale house Brandon was not awesome but been over 10 yrs since dinged but they answered there phone on Sunday the others didn't message service and big one needs a national account they came out in timely manner and brought me a tire due to a screw driver inside my tire that picked up between here and I80 TA truck stop was done a total of 2,2.5 hours pricey but road services usually are but I thank them and recommend them as well.

I really really don t like road service because always is frustrating how they always take advantage of the problem we have over the Road, BUT definitely this time was a totally unexpected GREAT experience with B&H when I called them the lady ask me for the problem with my truck after that she let me know they are busy at the moment with 2 services ahead of me I totally understand but a few minutes later my driver call me and let me know that a mechanic showed up and fired up his truck that was totally surprised called B&H and she told because of the weather was so cold she preferred send his mechanic to help my driver to prevent any emergency because the frozen temperatures out there at the moment at this point price really was secondary for me but to be fair price was absolutely great really fair.If you guys need a mechanic service in this area call them.

Absolutely the best experience I ve had with road services. They were knowledgeable and super fast with best prices. One of my semi trucks broke down in Waterloo, IA on extremely cold weather (-15F) and they got him back on the road in an hour. Thank you so much. Highly recommend!!!

They wanted to charge me $980.86 to come out and change my batteries. I asked the Man on the phone to provide me with the receipt of the batteries that there going to purchase, that's when he said that he couldn't provide me with a receipt for the batteries that there supposedly going to buy. I asked why not and he said that no where in America do companies provide receipts for items that there going to buy to fix a customers issue. How I'm I supposed to know that there not going to bring me four recharged batteries and tell me that there new. Please people do not use these scavengers. I've had T.A give me the receipts from the dealerships or parts store for items that they use to fix my truck. So I ended up using the loves in Waterloo and they even charged me less $895.78 to do the same job. Also there batteries come with warranty.Service: Battery

Came an hour away out into the middle of nowhere and had me up and running within an hour. If you drive a truck and have to break down, try to do it near these guys. Thanks!

Super happy with the service provided.. I was at a customer, picked up my loaded trailer and saw the trailer had a broken turn signal.. Having to go through company channels, B&H came out for the repairs. I was told a roughly 45 min wait time, they were there sooner and work was done in 5 min. Super fast, charming couple and as part of a team myself, it's always nice to come across another married team that work together so well.Thanks guys!SueService: Electrical

While they were quick to show up 15 min I think $458 to jump a battery was a bit high. Took a whopping 10 min. Won t be using them ever again.Services: Transmission, BatteryServices: Transmission, Battery

My truck governer quit working. Loves told me the earliest they could come across the parking lot was the next day. B and H was there working on another truck, and came right over when they were finished. An hour later, I'm rolling with a new governer.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

My boyfriend s truck died and it wouldn t crank and when he called for service they informed him that it was to cold for them to get out! I mean how do they think he feels out there with no heat! Very unprofessional and no care for someone s life with the temps in the negative!
