Got charged for labor of them putting on my oil drain plug too tight.. why is the customer charged extra if they are the ones who put it on too tight? Makes no sense. This is not the first issue either. Will not be going back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My wife and I were traveling through Washington when an oil cooler on our vehicle blew a block from this shop. Ross Auto immediately looked at our vehicle, and were considerate and professional. The woman at the front desk was very kind, and helped us through a stressful situation. Our vehicle had this failure occur an hour before their closing time, and was back in service by noon the following day, for far less than I had anticipated. Thank you, Ross Auto, for great service at a fair price!

Brought my 2015 Mitsubishi Lancer in on Friday to diagnose an issue with my blower motor. They quickly established it was the blower itself. I was told they'd have the new blower on Monday, I called back later and asked if they could do an oil change. On Monday I wasn't able to make it in by 8am so I called them and let them know of my slight delay due to work, had the replacement undershield that covers the oil filter. I arrived at 9am and the car was done before 10am. I've already scheduled an oil change for my pickup the Friday before new years. I'll be returning to them as they are true to their word, get work done quickly and effectively, and most importantly charge a fair price!

Ross Auto mechanics are skilled and efficient, the work environment is spacious and clean, they do a quick oil change any time, and keep the car clean inside and out, they charge a reasonable price, and all the people at Ross Auto are friendly, that's why I've been Been servicing and fixing my car here for ten years and I will continue. I love Ross Auto.

Nice shop in a convenient location. They are always quick to get my car into the shop, and call me as soon as it is done. Great service. Loyal to their word. Wont fill you full of bs. Will let you bring your own parts. Ive been very happy with them and i wont take my car any where else. Im tellin you..... Trust me and them... You wont be disappointed. As for the price..... Cheap labor isnt skilled and skilled labor isnt cheap. However... Still very reasonable. Thumbs up. :)
