Staff was very helpful and informative. I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to cars, but the employee assisting me was very patient and helped me understand what needed to happen. Also, it is extremely well priced! It's the best shop I've ever dealt with by far. I will definitely be getting all of my future work done at Paz.

We are out-of-towners whose transmission died the day before thanksgiving as we were traveling through to visit family. Sam stayed open late so we could wait in his waiting room for several hours (instead of in our car) for my brother to come pick us up. Then he fixed our car. My uncle Sam is the owner, super great guy, others may say different but he's a one of a kind mechanic I like to go locally in town. Other mechanics don't seem to do the trick. Oil changes and engine swaps have been reasons why I come and go. Prices may be sometimes expensive but he tries and always and mostly leaves everyone satisfied.

Took car in to get it running he decided that I needed a motor we installed the motor thousand dollars of installation plus $1,000 motor and he couldn't get it to run had 8 months with it and told me he didn't know. And didn't even put the Escape back on or wiring finished

I have had two co workers who have taken their vehicles at this place and both were CHARGED THEM WAY TOO MUCH!Both had problems after they fixed the problem. I would STAY AWAY from this repair shop.
