Exceptional service from start to finish! As a car transporter, I've worked with numerous dealerships, but my experience with Rooster Auto Sales truly stood out. From the moment I arrived to deliver the vehicle, I was greeted warmly and professionally. The staff was efficient, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction. So I started my search a month ago for a newer car, and i have fair credit...but nobody in my area wanted to work with me. So I seen an ad for Rooster Auto Sales so I jumped on their website and found the car I was looking for in my price range and all so I gave them a call and told Derek that I was interested, we got the paperwork started which was a breeze, great payments, and yesterday I went there to pick it up and I drove home in my '99 Town Car. I'll definitely be back.

My son and I had an awful experience at McGrath so we took our business to Rooster which a client had recommended.They gave us excellent service and were so kind.My son ended up driving the car he wanted home!I will rest better knowing he is safe and he is thrilled he is able to travel to places other than work!Thank you all for a wonderful, haggle free experience!I will definitely be recommending your business to anyone who needs a vehicle!

If I could give 10 stars I would. My fiance and I had been looking for awhile for a truck within our budget and someone to work with our challenging credit. Dakota and I corresponded for over a month about several trucks he got in that work for us. He always responded to my text messages and went above and beyond to get us approved. He was honest, fair and extremely personable throughout the entire process. I will be sending everyone I know to Roosters!!

Dustin and the crew at Rooster Detailing and Auto Sales really cleaned our Kia Forte very nicely. They have fair pricing and do great work. I will be coming back to these guys in the future. We had an amazing experience at Rooster s - the process was quick, but thorough, and felt very genuine. We feel very good about the deal we made, and the little touches along the way like the little air freshener to drive off with we re very appreciated. You can tell they are very passionate about their customer service and honesty in this trade, which is hard to find. Thank you for helping us find our new family vehicle!

Stopped there last night. As a transporter there is always something you need help for(for delivery). This man was ready to help even after hours. I cant explain how helpful it is,you win hours and hours,since you dont have to wait till morning. I'm sure and not surprised why he gets all these sweet reviews. Good luck in future

I bought my 2010 GMC Acadia from them 4-22-2022 and I love it, it was only the 2nd car I drove and I fell in Love. So they made it work for me so I could get what I wanted to buy so thank you Dakota and Dustin for the awesome help even when it was getting late and it was busy for you guys, so you guys are the best

First time going in to do a trade in with my car at the time and a set limit on funds. I was givin a list of options that worked with those funds and got a better vehicle. Overall the experience was awesome. The process itself was quick and the people there worked with me to help me to find a car that benefits me and my family. When I had questions, they had answers. When I found the car I was happy with they helped me to find a payment plan that works well for me. Definitely coming back in the future, either for a new car or for any needed maintenance. Thank you guys so much and keep up the awesome work!

The experience was very pleasant and easy. I was able to go in, rest drive, and start paperwork for my car within an hour. I applied prior to stopping in. The day I picked up my car the paperwork took less than 45 mins and I was out the door. Very personal people! Highly recommend

At first wasn't sure what I was looking for and happened to see this F150 on there lot which spoke to me. Sure we had a lil setback out the door but hey you can't have a great journey with a vehicle without a lil bump here or there. The sales guys were by far very knowledgeable about the vehicle treated me way above expectations. I'm glad I found these folks when I did.

I had my windshield fixed here and it was a simple process. The repair looks great and the guys were super helpful in assisting me with my insurance claim so I didn t have to pay out of pocket. Plan on returning with all of my future auto needs.

My brother bought a truck from rooster's 2 years ago. Spent 11k on the truck put $4k down. It had 150k miles with no check engine lights. left the lot and 2 days later check engine light comes on, contacted rooster auto and they "looked" at the truck and said it was mass airflow sensor, we replaced. Engine light came back on right away. Was a nightmare trying to contact someone about getting it looked at when they said if there was anything wrong to bring it back. Motor was toasted, the leaf spring mounts rusted through on both sides and blew holes through the bed of the truck After 2 months they refused to service the truck and said it was our problem now. My brother ended up having the bank take the truck and took a $6k hit. found out later from a friend that worked there that they bought the truck off market place 2 weeks prior for $3500 changed the oil and put it on the lot. I will never buy from rooster's and I would never tell anyone to buy from them.

I locked myself out of my running car at a local gas station on the first cold day of the year. I called Rooster Auto and Dustin was very prompt at responding. With outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend them if you need your car unlocked. Thank you again Dustin for your amazing service.

Just recently bought my 2013 Ford Explorer from Rooster, I don t even know where to begin with the experience I had with them! They were amazing, very helpful, willing to work very hard to get you into what you re wanting, very nice, I 110% recommend them if you re ever looking for a long lasting vehicle, they keep their vehicle very well maintained and clean! I will be back if ever wanting another vehicle!! Check them out, you will not regret it! :)

Very happy with the sales service. They were fantastic to work with Dakota went out of his way to make sure we got the vehicle I wanted. He worked hard and it all worked out. I bought my new ride through text and emails showed up test drove signed the papers. It was so nice to work with someone who understands everyday struggles and he out did himself on customer service. Highly recommend!!! Rooster Auto Sales!

Had them look at my car to run up an estimate on repairs, both ones needed and ones more optional. They were very friendly, helpful, honest and let me look under it when up on the lift. I've worked on it myself before over the years so I know what we were looking at.In the end, its not really worth all the repairs to me as its my 3rd car but they were honest and suggested maybe listing it myself as is for another wrench turner to take over caring for it for a deal. I concur. Bonus, they did not charge me for the time on their lift and attention! We will definitely bring our other 2 vehicles here for service work in the future and possibly a trade in should I see something. Of interest on the lot.Thanks fellas!

Went in the other day to help look for a new car to trade in and ended up leaving the same day with a better vehicle then the one we came in. The team was more than willing to work with us to help us to find a vehicle both in our price range and something that suits the area we live in for seasonal weather. Ended up leaving with exactly what we were looking for. 10 outta 10 experience, will definitely be coming back in the future for any maintenance. Thank you guys so much.

We purchased two Chevy Cruzes from Rooster Auto Sales. We love them both. We also utilize the repair shop for regular service needs. The guys are super friendly and have taken great care of us.

I bought my car not too long ago from roosters auto. A 2013 Chevy Malibu. They specifically told me they put new tires on all their cars, that they did maintenance on it and everything checked out. I did have someone check it out before purchasing but they must of turned the engine light off before I bought the car. Within 4 months i had to pay $494 to fix the air injection pump along with other issues that came about. To turn around and spend another 1k fixing more issues which included the timing change cover gasket - 6 gaskets and 4 seals etc. The ignition switch went bad and I just had to spend ANOTHER $400 for 2 new tires.. but they were supposed to be new. Also - they stated they changed the oil when I first purchased and I had to change that within one month.I m a single woman and they screwed me. I have all the paperwork and recordings of my visit to prove it. The reviews must be family and close friends because this place is a total SCAM!!
