My 2 children wanted some new Pokemon cards and Geekified came through in a big way! Not only did the salesman immediately help them select the best package deal, he also through in extra promotional items (posters, buttons, cards, extra packs) and was very friendly and helpful to boot. My kids were so excited! We'll definitely be back!

Pre-Ordered a box of Time Spiral Remastered in February that was oversold and never fulfilled. I was promised store credit or a box, when they arrived. Now that I have come for my store credit, I can't get a response from the listed email address or phone numbers over the course of three weeks. I don't value public slandering, but at this point I have to believe this is a fraudulent storefront. Stay away from any online orders.Update: Still no contact from this store despite calling 2x a day to the phone number, which has no voice-mail, and sending multiple emails. I'm still out $160, as I have been since February, and will be contacting the BBB. Unbelievable.

Great shop in terms of product! They always have what I need. However, when ordering online the delivery is painfully slow compared to when I order from states much farther away from me than Iowa. TCG player says shipping should be 6-8 days and its been almost 11 days now. Great place to find product though so if you could speed up your shipping I definitely would have given you 5 stars.

My husband pre ordered some Pok�mon etbs that were released June 18th and never received them. He was contacted 2 weeks after the release after multiple attempts to contact them saying there was a order delay should be a month late. It is now Sept 3rd and haven't had any replies from geekified not through and emails sent or facebook messages ent. It's seems this place is scamming us for 175 dollars and have no shame in doing so. Never order online from them and don't count on any communication with this store.

Best card shop for Pok�mon and any other tcg you want! They take a lot of care when they shop your product and care that it gets to you safely. Good prices and alway have what you need.

I have been waiting for a pre-order that I ordered in April that was suppose to be delivered June 18th. It is now Sept 3rd. I got 1 reply at end of June saying it was back ordered. Since then no contact has been made I have sent multiple emails and messages on fb with no communication back. They won't offer me a refund or even a email or message back to let me know if I'll get my order. As of right now I consider that this store has scammed me and got me for 175 dollars with no remorse. I would recommend to never order anything online from this place. If I could give negative stars I would.

Be cautious about pre-ordering from this company. Pre-ordered the Modern Horizon Magic bundle on April 30th knowing the set released June 11th. Well it is currently July 22nd and my package has not even shipped. I have emailed and called the store only for them to give false dates about when I would receive my product.UPDATE: after several calls and emails I finally got ahold of the owner who sent my package off with extra magic packs.

Geekified Mind is a rarity in such a small town, where gaming enthusiasts can gather for MTG, D&D and many other tabletop card, board, and rogue games. I've been a regular customer, but last night I experienced my first D&D Adventurer's League campaign and it was a TOTAL BLAST. The DM was great, the other players were fun and friendly, and the owner provided a terrific area and accessories to make the adventure an experience I look forward to continuing week after week. They have everything a serious gamer would want in tabletop fun at great prices, including friendly staff that make you feel welcome. I highly recommend Geekified Mind for all ages who appreciate imaginative fun.

Stay away from them when it comes to pre-orders. They will not ship out your product and ghost you. If there were legitimate reasons for the delay, I would never know because they provide zero communication and leave you on read when you message them on social media. Had to file a chargeback.

As soon as I walked in there was like this aura of peace (sounds really neat). I was really amazed by how swift and nicely the workers were able to answer my questions about Force of Will, which is a Trading Card Game or TCG. This store was definitely needed in the area.

Do NOT pre-order from Geekified. They oversold Time Spiral Remaster booster boxes, sent out one email nearly a month ago and haven't updated customers on when they will get their boxes shipped out. Poor communication and very irresponsible of them!

This is one scam of a place. I ordered cards from them on TCG, they decided to just take the money and never ship them. After countless messages and attempts to contact them with no reply, the website had to step in and offer me a refund because these losers never sent the cards I ordered. Don t give these scam artists your money

This place is bad, they leave cards out of orders and then just completely ignore messages from their customers on tcgplayer when a simple resolution is all that is needed. Take your business elsewhere.

Geekified went out of their way to answer my questions. I was absolutely blown away by there customer service. They cared for me as a person more then a customer. I highly recommend Geekified.

The employees are super friendly! If they don't have what I want they always offer to get it in quickly, and they make time to talk to me and make sure I know what's available.
