Cannot say enough great things about United Fleet in Urbandale and manager Jon. Reasonable prices and genuinely honest. Not a combination you see in a shop that often!

6 hours into our road trip and our rental had issues. UF was a certified repair shop and got us in ASAP, resolved the issue and got us back on the road in no time flat.Hows the project Vette coming along?Highly recommended.

Took my van for the oil change. The employee that was doing the oil change didn t know what socket to use. Came up to the front and asked what size of socket. The other employee told him to look it up. Came back 5 min later and told me that the bolt was strip. Never had issue with until bringing my Vehicle to them. Obviously they cross thread it. Now my van is leaking oil which never did before. We have a bigger problem then an oil change because of them. They obviously don t stand behind there work and have uneducated employee s working on cars.Service: Oil change

They have serviced all 7 of our vehicles for over 6 years and done a fantastic job. As someone else said, they let you know what needs fixed and don't try to up sell. They routinely have found problems that are either recalls or issues under warranty and sent me to the dealer as well. Their customer service is excellent and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!

I get my oil changes here. Guys are always nice. I feel they are honest when something needs fixed.

Went there yesterday for an oil change bc it was on the DCG football card. I called Thursday and got in Friday afternoon. They were fast and friendly and not pushy when they suggested that I needed new tires relatively soon. They have been doing all of my routine car maintenance for a couple years now. Outstanding service and good prices. They are honest and don't try to upsell me work I don't need. *Update* They found a problem with my AC, and instead of trying to sell me $600 of work they checked for a recall, sent me to the dealership, and it was fixed for free. Class act.

We have all of our commercial and family vehicles serviced with this company and have for years. Always a great feeling to know an operation you can send you daughter's and grandmother knowing it's handled efficiently and respectfully. Great job United Fleet !!!!!

This place is the most unprofessional mechanic I have ever dealt with after having my vehicle for over two weeks my check engine light is now on when I popped my hood come to find out they didn t even hook everything up back properly and now is wanting me to spend another 3500 to fix something else which could of possibly been cause by there lack of inspecting the work done previously. When I confronted them about the issues it took 20 min and me telling them I have pictures for them to admit the fault they still are not willing to come off any of the expense. Then I come home to see my expensive trailer hitch is missing this place is a joke and quite frankly sexist if I would have been a man I promise I would ve never been treated or spoken to in the manner i was. Thankfully there are other locations and has taken me to reach out to anther for me to get at least some decent customer service.

I took my car in for 100K mile maintenance. They discovered the car battery I bought two years ago was going bad and gave me a new one at a much discounted price, due to warranty. They flushed my radiator and replaced my spark plugs. The price charged was very fair and the car was clean when I picked it up. Thanks Stan and the staff ant United Fleet. I will go nowhere else for service from now on!

Very friendly staff amd their service is the best u can find around without paying and arma and leg.....id recommend if anyone wants a mechanic they can trust go to United Fleet ive never had any issues woth repairs or cost ....thank u Guys
