Good service at the front desk, but I guess they don't clean the windows before they install your tint and they put stickers on your window switches to keep you from rolling down your windows. Now I get to remove sticker paper and glue from my painted interior door panel and there's a small part on my rear glass where they didn't clean the window and just slid the tint over the dirt. for 450$ they could clean the windows first instead of expecting the customer to. Probably won't use them again but overall not an awful experience. Gonna go back and try to get them to re-do the rear window.

Matt, Jen & team always take great care of me. Their work is perfection. Tint + PPF + Ceramic installed plus inside under dash and seat lighting. So fun! I trust them 100% with all my aftermarket needs. No one does it better!!!

Jen and team were excellent to work with. I have always considered myself a perfectionist about keeping my truck spotless and looking great. I very much appreciated that Jen cared as much about my Paint Protection Film application result as I cared about the result. My truck is black and any defect would easily be seen, I was not disappointed. I would recommend Tint World for your after market needs.LJA

The team at Tint World recently tinted all the windows in my home and I LOVE it! For me, I didn t want to cover up my beautiful windows with blinds and so this was such a great alternative. It also reduces the UV rays by 99% which was super important to me and my family. highly recommend!

I sent a message through their online form inquiring about window tint prices for my vehicle. Jen, the owner, responded with a text promptly providing pricing for different types and asked me to come in to see options or schedule an appointment.I stopped in last Saturday to see the options available and discuss the process and make an appointment. The gentleman working was very knowledgeable and patient with each question I asked regarding tint and the process. He had a few samples I was able to take out and place on the windows of my car to get an idea of the darkness of the tint. I ended up deciding to do a darker rear window and back 2 windows, which were tinted at 20% with the Supreme package (retail $399.99). I scheduled my appointment for this morning (Tuesday) at 8 am with a pick-up time of 2 pm. I was told that I could drop the vehicle off at any time before the appointment and use the key drop box located in the back of the building. Once I dropped off my car, I needed to sign a waiver electronically from the emailed estimate. A $50 deposit was required at appointment scheduling, which came off the total bill.This morning, I dropped my car off at about 4:25 am due to my work schedule. I parked in the back of the building by their garage doors and left my key in the drop box. As my fianc� and I left for work in his truck, I signed the waiver. At about 8:50, I received a call from Jen asking if I was going to make my appointment time and I said I had already dropped the vehicle off in the back this morning. She informed me that she hadn't looked and went to check and found it where had left it.After work, my fianc� took me back to the shop to pick up my vehicle. Unfortunately, it wasn't quite done yet. Jen apologized for missing the note on my appointment card stating the pickup time of 2 pm and felt bad for the inconvenience. She said it would take about another 2 hours to complete and that she would make it right. My fianc� and I had prior commitments, which is why we needed that pick-up time. We made the best of the situation and did what we could and came back at about 3:45 pm. They were just finishing up the back window and I waited for the vehicle for about another 15 - 20 minutes. During that time I chatted with Jen and loved on their shop pup, Jayla.The results of the tint look amazing; at least from what I could tell due to the very gloomy and rainy day we had been experiencing all day. I will take photos of the tint in the sun when I have a chance. If you're interested in window tint, give these guys a call. You'll love the work that's done. They provide many more aftermarket services for your vehicle too. Prior to paying we discussed general care, and things to avoid; I was told to give it 30 days to fully cure and to contact them if bubbles were visible after this time.Jen was true to her word and provided a discount due to the wait and missing the note about the pick-up time. I feel like the customer service here went above and beyond to make it right, which is why I wanted to share my experience.I'm just happy to see a company and its owners that value their customers' time and tries to make things right without a hassle. This quality is very rare now, and even though there was a scheduling mishap, which understandably happens, Jen did everything in her power to make it up to me and I was satisfied with her efforts.I can't wait to look into other options and packages they have. I will be back!

My car looks absolutely beautiful. They did a great job. It took 2 days since they were so busy, but it was worth it. They were also super friendly, and the office dog is a cutie. Tint, louvers, and decals done.

I m not one to write reviews but this place deserves one. Lady who setup my appointment for window tint. She went through all the options and even showed me some completed cars with the percentages I was looking into. The guys stayed open late so I could pick up my car and when I picked it up even though it was after hours they went over all the aftercare instructions and threw in a bottle of tint safe cleaner for them. Service was 10/10 and quality of the work is 10/10. I can't recommend this place enough. I had my vehicle tinted and the professionalism and knowledge I received from the staff went above and beyond my expectations. They really took the time to to answer all my questions and treated me and my vehicle with the utmost respect. I would highly recommend this business for all your vehicle needs.

Tint World in Urbandale is THE BEST. I don t do Google reviews, but these guys are amazing.Mason contacted me after I filled an online request for information, gave me all the information I requested. We scheduled an appointment a few weeks out, and then Mason called me a few hours later saying he could squeeze me in the next morning.My new car looks amazing and I will definitely be coming back for more services in the near future!Services: Window tinting, Vehicle window tinting

Got a new car and needed tints, I heard good things about Tint World from my coworkers and loved the reviews so I submitted for a quote Monday morning, got a call within a couple hours listing the options and answered all my questions I had. They got me in at noon the next day, easy and quick! When I walked in, I was greeted friendly by the worker in front (Jen, I believe, who was also who I spoke with the day before on phone). She was amazing!!!! Went over all information with me, showed me examples of what tint percents actually looked like on windows (I was stressing over legal limits since I'm new to state and she talked me through it all haha). Gave me so much peace of mind. She also made sure I had full visibility to prices, even what it would be after tax to make sure everything was all set. Everything was perfect, and car was ready within a couple hours! Jen walked me through the care for them, I paid, and I was all set to leave! She also wished me a good time and adjustment to Iowa which was so sweet (Plus that my ugly monster dolls strapped in the backseat made the workers laugh which put a smile on my face LOL). Easiest process ever and so happy I went with tints here. My car looks AMAZING!

Brought in our 19 Ford F-150 (Super Crew) on the 18th of June and the folk at Tint World Urbandale did an incredible job. They are incredibly profession about getting the work done and very personal when it comes to customer care. This is the kind of balance you long to find in the businesses you frequent. The shop is super clean and the product and service applied to the vehicle was top notch. I would highly recommend them for taking care of your vehicle. Thank you, Shirley, Earl, and Crew! This was the first time that I have done business with. I had had them install a remote starter on my 2015 Volkswagen. They did an outstanding job and even saved me money. How often do you end up saving money, will they sure did. Outstanding job and very friendly people to business with. Highly recommen them to anyone.

Had my windows tinted on my 2021 Challenger they did an absolutely amazing job. They where the best price in the Des Moines area and the quality is hands down the best. I have had several vehicles tinted and from now on Tint World is my go to. The people are amazing and made the wait for me and my son very pleasant. I would suggest this to anyone who is looking for anything atomotive.Service: Window tinting

I recently had to replace a driver side window that cracked. Tint World was able to blend and re-tint my window so everything matched perfectly. I had 5% tint done to back half of my Camry. It turned out great. Scheduled an appointment, come in, they talk you through options, sign the paper, 3 hours later I have a very professional and beautiful tint. Couldn't be happier.

I put in a request for a quote and to set up an appointment. I got a text message saying they had packages starting at $99 and then asking me when I wanted to make an appointment when I texted back the day that I wanted to make the appointment. I never received a text back, I also never received a quote. You should not offer something and then not follow through. We were looking to get two cars done in the same day, but we will take our business elsewhere because this is already not a good start.

This place is amazing! All the staff was amazing. Not only did they do a fantastic job tinting my widows, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! The owner even helped me with my battery and gave me a lesson how to use my jump pack if i got into a situation and needed to use it! Oh and the shop dog, Jayla, and extra super added bonus! It was worth the 45 min drive! I will be back to have other services done and will absolutely recommend them to anyone who asks where to get their car customization done! Excellent place to go for tint. They talk you through all the options, and in my case, we decided that the rear windshield didn't need retinting like all my other windows, so they gave me a discount. It looks amazing and the attention to detail is spot on

Took my 2023 Ford Bronco for a paint correction and ceramic coating as well as paint protection film. Jen and Matt took great care of my vehicle and the finished product was outstanding. I was also very impressed with the level of customer service they provided. Stopped by to get a quote to remove tint from my windshield. I was greeted by a very nice lady, (one of the owners, I believe) and a young man. Got the quote quickly, and they were able to take my car in right away. I was in and out in less than an hour. The cost was reasonable, and I was very pleased with their work. The showroom was exceptionally clean, and the waiting area was very comfortable. Owner and employee were personable and professional. I cannot remember the last time I received such high-quality customer service. I ran across an issue that I believed was related to tint work I recently had done on my car. As it turns out, Tint World was NOT responsible for the issue. I felt a little foolish when this was pointed out with evidence. However, instead of sending me on my way as they had every right to do, Tint World, specifically Austin, took time out of his day to fix a problem that Tint World did not cause in the most professional manner imaginable. He was extremely kind and personable and his understanding of the problem meant the issue was fixed in short order. On top of that, he didn't even charge me. This is EASILY the best customer service experience I've had in years. Thank you, Austin and Tint World.
