I saw a dream Jeep that Heidi posted on FB and I immediately knew it was speaking to me. I came in the next day; was able to build a rapport and they gave me full access to the Jeep to drive around, get lunch in no need to hurry. There was no question I knew this car was for me! I appreciate the support Heidi, Josh, Jess and Cory were able to give me. Very knowledgeable, comforting and genuine people. I for sure will be reaching out in the future if I need any assistance going forward. Thanks Team

Big thanks to Heidi and Izzy for getting us upgraded into a vehicle big enough for our twins. We have been looking for a while and decided to put it on the back burner for other bills but Heidi wanted to try to find something in our price range and she for sure did. It is more than I could have imagined for such an affordable price. I was starting to consider taking a downgrade just to fit my family but it was definitely an upgrade. So thank you for the people at Steve Hansen for having such amazing people.

DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENTIf I could give Stew Hansen service department a negative 5 star review I would. We took our Jeep Compass in for service due to two issues that were covered under warranty. First of all, the seal on the head needed to be replaced but instead they made the issue worse by cracking the head and having to replace it. First issue EVENTUALLY resolved after they took additional days to obtain parts and do the work. Second issue was the auto stop/start feature was having a malfunction and not working properly. We were called, believed it was fixed and we picked up our Jeep after normal business hours because we both work. Low and behold it is not fixed. Another visit. Said they fixed the issue....again NOT FIXED. Had they actually taken it for a test drive they would have known it was not resolved. When we called to ask about the issue not being fixed we were told it wasn t the Service Managers fault because he was out sick that day. Asked to bring it back for a THIRD time. Now we are greeted with a major attitude from the Service Manager who starts telling us all the excuses in the book on why it isn't working - none of which were valid in any way. Said they needed more time to find the issue. At this point I'm extremely upset with the fact they want us to bring the vehicle in FOUR TIMES before they actually attempt to resolve an issue and that's after arguing with the Service Manager that doesn't seem to know what is going on because "he wasn't there". We don't care if he was there or not - he's in charge of the department - do the JOB!!! If he doesn t want to do his job then hire someone who does. Honestly at this point a YouTube mechanic could do a better job.I will NOT be utilizing Stew Hansen in Urbandale for ANY future business I may have. They might be apologetic for my 'bad experience' or the 'inconvenience caused but that does nothing to resolve the issue of an employee who apparently finds it acceptable to be disrespectful and rude to a customer when asked why something was not addressed THREE prior times.

I was helped by Heidi she was great. I did my application online when I got there she had everything ready to go. She even had the car pulled up front. She was a big help and answered all my questions. Roland was my finance guy he was helpful and friendly. He made sure I left satisfied. Thanks

I bought a 2019 1500 ram . 3 months ago and the clear coat that protects the paint is coming off. I have called and spoke with the manager and they have refused to fix the paint defect. It s been very frustrating dealing with the customer service they provide here. They are using cheap paint products

Had a problem with a service which really isn t an issue as long as it s resolved. I called 3 times and left a voicemail with no callback, got a text that said I could text if I had issues with no response and a message to their service department online and no response. I asked to speak with the service manager and he told me there was no way my problem was caused by them. Which is not the case. Went I without the problem and left with it. Clearly something that they did. With that said Tony was great to work with and fixed the problem for me and didn t try and make me feel like an idiot like the first guy. Only reason I would go back is because of him. But I don t trust that another problem would happen with someone else and I would be told they didn t do it. Thanks for you help Tony. It is much appreciated

After being a customer of Stews for almost 14 years I will never go back. My wife took my truck in because of my work schedule. She dropped it off at the scheduled time and they had it for three hours. The service advisor treated my wife like she was an idiot and was extremely rude to her. This used to be a great place but after today I will never step foot in there again. Thankfully there's better places to buy new vehicles and get better service.

Drove there from Kansas City. Was there driver on a dealer trade transaction. Was greeted the moment I walked the door. Paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. The vehicle I was picking up was warmed up, de-iced, and ready to go. I can't imagine how great they'd treat a retail customer if they take care of a wholesale customer this well. GREAT JOB Stew Hansen !!! After over forty years in the car business, I was very impressed. This is the way all car dealers should treat customers.

I just wanted to get the key to clear out my truck that was totaled. I got there a little late at 6:00 and they could have told me no, they could have told me we can t find it. Instead they told me they would be right with me. I waited 45mins. I even called got an answer and they responded asking where I was as if they were going to open my truck. Well they didn t Seriously why give me the run around?

Heidi is probably the best salesman I have ever had. Great rapport, transparent, and willing to get me on my way with a well priced vehicle. This place felt like it wanted to help me no matter what. Cory was on top of the financing every step of the way, even after leaving the dealership. The kindness and care they showed me was second to none. David Riggins did an amazing job helping me out! I WAS BLOWN away my truck was fixed in 10 days! The communication was great any question I had was answered fast and all of the staff was friendly as well. The tech's in the body shop do AMAZING work I can't tell even I was even hit. You guys are all amazing and do great work! If I need anything in the future I will be going back. Nobody likes breaking down during a road trip, but if it was going to happen I'm happy it happened close to this dealership. Steve, the technician who worked on my truck, produced a video that was easy to follow and documented all parts needing replacement/service. Chris, the service advisor, was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and honest about costs/other issues that could happen in the future. Most importantly, the dealership held the repair costs to the quote I was promised and beat the repair timeline by several hours. I wish I had a dealership like this in my hometown, and couldn't be happier with my experience here.

i had been thinking about getting a new car for awhile, but was waiting for my 9 year old vehicle to sh*t out first. eventually, it did. that morning i contacted the salesperson (Heidi Brickman) & let her know TODAY WAS THE DAY. i had no other option. she got everything ready for me & in the works by the time i was off work. i showed up to the dealership, they paid my car off & gave me a great price on a fully loaded used vehicle! they also gave me a loaner 2 days later when some replacement items arrived & they fixed it along with some paint fixes that needed addressed. Heidi was speedy & did not play any games whatsoever. she knew what i wanted, what i needed, she LISTENED and she DELIVERED! as long as Heidi is in the business, i will be back to this location to upgrade in the future. buying a car took 3 hours on a monday night. that cannot be beat!

Wow, how funny I left a bad review. And they took it down the. It took 3 hours for an oil change? And then the service manager decided he wanted to get loud with me and put his nose in my nose and challenge me to a fight. The Vice President of region refuses to make him apologize. I would recommend to go somewhere else each and every single time. I would not use this place And again how funny that they can go in and take down a bad review. And then the service manager just called me and tried to tell me how it was my fault that I was getting loud. I was using talk to text to leave a bad review. And also so everyone in the building could also hear the service I was received.

I brought my Fiat in to get the struts looked at. The tires are just over a year old and cupped pretty bad. I ve performed the balances and rotations necessary as required by maintenance interval. All four tires are cupped pretty bad and they stated it to be an alignment issue. The alignment on rear right was barely off. The issue I have is that they stated the alignment is the cause for the cupping. If you do any research it is typically caused by premature or faulty shocks/struts. They refused to warranty them even though I have bumper to bumper for another 25k. I will not be bringing my vehicles back to them and after two or three purchases of vehicles through them, I won t be returning. Shame on you Stew Hansens.

We loved our buying experience at Stew Hansen! Heidi was the BEST. We came out with a vehicle we didn t even have on our radar. It checks off all of the boxes we wanted and needed. Cory helped us during the finance process and he made sure we got everything we needed. We definitely will be back for our next vehicle.

Took 2010 Cadillac in for front wheel alignment after I changed my front struts. Pretty sure I just paid $130 to have my truck put more out of alignment, not to mention someone at the service center stole a leather strap off my key chain and refuses to call back or look for it. Save time and money an go to some trash personal shop, get the same service and probably half the price

I worked with Heidi yesterday 11.28. I ve been debating for a while on a new car etc. and just didn t feel I could get anywhere with my financial situation. It s not terrible but it s not great and Heidi pulled out all the stops for me. I went out on a limb yesterday and just said f it what s it going to hurt. I contacted Heidi about 11am and I drove away with a 19 Hyundai Elantra by 6:30pm. She was able to get me in a budget I was comfortable with and she did NOT disappoint. Good bye 13 Chevy Malibu and hello to my new 19 Elantra!Thank you Heidi for all of your help! You made me feel better about myself doing something for me for once! I could have asked for a better experience and I WILL be seeing you again for the next one!
