Ms Heidi brickman is one of the most professional sales women I ve ever met. Does whatever she can to make your experience at stew Hanson a 5 star experience, and will do whatever she can to get the right vehicle for u that affordable for any situation. I recommend going to stew Hanson urbandale and requesting Heidi if u want a 5 star experience like she is a 5 star person.

Great experience! My sales consultant Grant, along with the rest of the staff, was very professional and friendly. In and out with a new truck in less than an hour and a half, test drive included! Would highly recommend, great place. Top notch facilities and people

We had an awesome experience purchasing our car thanks to Heidi & Izzy!! Heidi was awesome to work with. She tracked down the perfect vehicle with every feature we were wanting, and even made the process fun. Am looking forward to working with her for our next purchase!! They are a rip off. I took my car there to get repaired from a hit and run incident to my driver's sidefront door. Why did they tell me I had to pay additional on top of my deductible because I had bubbles in my paint. My thoughts was won't you have to paint or replace the whole door anyway? So I went to Caliber Collision and they not only fixed my damage then they buffed my vehicle and put pinstripes on both sides and all I paid was my deductible. So I wouldn't recommend Stew Hansen on Hickman in Des Moines/Clive Iowa to anyone.

The body shop estimator was 20 min late for my appointment. If you schedule at a particular time then you should be ready at that scheduled time.
