I work for service master and 2 times a year we change the oil in our vans. Went recently went and nobody was around this was at 9am on a Thursday morning. We have 9 vans. Now we are going elsewhere.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Employees are always friendly with you. Also they are very affordable unlike all the other oil changing places. Highly recommend anybody needing their oil changed to come and see these guys. Veteran friendly too as I am a veteran of the United States Navy.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Won't take my car anywhere else for oil changes. Since moving to Des Moines I've tried a few other places, however after getting service from this place, I now always make my way out to this place for my oil changes.No frills, quick, and the customer service is top notch. See you at my next 3000-ish miles.

I take all my cars here. All the workers are incredibly nice, get the job done fast, and it is rarely busy. One of Des Moines best kept secrets and the prices beat every other quick lube around here.

Went there first time today and didn't have a good experience. I called then before going and checked prices over , I was being told 38.99 plus taxes for all fluids top off and everything.While servicing was being done I was informed that there is extra charge $3.50 for coolant which is not being told at first place .Altogether I paid $47 for synthetics blend oil change .Won't go there again

Best oil change experience I've ever had. Staff was super friendly and I was in and out in 15 minutes. would definitely recommend going there in the future.

DO NOT go to this place to change your oil. I got my oil changed here on my 2005 Dodge Dakota and then a month later had to completely rebuild the engine. Mechanic wondered why I was re-using filters and using the wrong oil.

This crew of two has been there through several company name changes and treats me like a family member every time I go in. They remember my name, what I do, trips I may have been going on, and more. I go well out of my way to return each time because they are that good. I have even written to their corporate office to make sure they are recognized for doing a great job.

I've been taking my cars here since it opened. The staff is consistently conscientious, focused, thorough, and quick. The manager remembers regular customers and is thoughtful and respectful. I can give my highest recommendation! Thanks, guys!

My boss takes his work truck to be serviced, they do oil changes but lack Any other maintence. When inspected, none of the ball joint, tie rods, and u joints have been properly greased. This caused rear drive shaft u joint failure which busted the lobes requiring the drive shaft to be machines and replaced. Excessive tie rod play which caused my tires to have exessive wear which will need new front tires. Ball joints squeak and have noticeable endplay. All these parts have been replaced my a certified mechanic within last year. Not even close to a year on all these parts and they will need to be replaced yet again. I would not recomend this shop. The employee that I had talked to just told me that s normal wear and tear. I had done the same and more to my personal truck 3 years ago with myself doing the regular maintenance(GREASING ANY AND ALL GREASE ZERKS) and all the parts are still holding up after putting about 15,000miles solely for work. All this work needing to be done will cost a substancial amount of money to fix, thank you Super Lube Express Urbandale, IA 50322

Skip the wait and the up-sell. These guys are fast, friendly, and efficient. No frills in the waiting room but you won't be there long anyway. Finally an Express service that lives up to its name.
