I walked in this afternoon for windshield wipers. There was a guy at the counter helping a customer. I just politely stood in line behind the customer and patiently waited. They were looking on the computer for a while together.No one acknowledged me at all. I was there for probably 5-6 minutes when a guy came from the back, asked if I was with door dash, and when I told him no, he just turned around and walked away (I m assuming he was on lunch break?)I stood there for 4-5 more minutes while the employee got what the guy needed from the shelves. They continued to talk. Still no one has acknowledged me at all. Not a I ll be with you shortly , or give me a few minutes , or hi .So I left. I felt like I definitely wasn t welcome.

Purchased a DayStar Val 6 heater yesterday and they called this morning to tell me it was in. I stopped in to pick it up today and the box had a big hole in it so I looked inside and the heater was all busted up. I asked the manager Mark Stolze if there was anything they could do for my troubles and he was very rude, condescending and down right disrespectful. I never leave reviews but this time I felt I should pass on the horrible customer service experience that had.

On December 31, I ordered several items online from NAPA on 100th St in Urbandale, IA. After completing the card transaction, I called the company and thought I canceled the order - I needed to pick it up at a different location. I put in the new online order and picked at the new location the next day. I never did check to see if the original payment had been refunded. Yesterday, February 16, I got a call from Juan at the Urbandale store. He asked me about the order and he had determined that my original order had not been picked up and he couldn't find a refund for the order. He asked me to check my records, and I found that there was no refund on my card. Juan called me again this morning to check and I told him that I had not received a refund. He asked me to come in to the store to get it straightened out. After he found out that I lived 30 miles away, he took the information over the phone and processed the refund.I was impressed at Juan's diligence - it's rare to see that kind of customer service. He made several calls of his own accord, and stayed with it until he resolved a problem I didn't even know I had. This was the best customer service experience that I've had in quite a while - I hope NAPA appreciates the valuable asset they have in Juan. I will be a repeat customer at this store.

Friendly staff. Looked for all the parts I needed and gave me many options for what I could get. Store was clean and everything was put away. Had a few guys working so there was no long waits. They have all kinds of parts and if they dont they can get them shipped over almost next day for nothing.

Lewis was very helpful! He led me directly to what I was looking for and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Super clean store, well stocked, and everyone was extremely nice.

Got what I needed, a car battery. Had to ask questions about the warranty. No acknowledgement upon entering, no thank upon exit. Most fustrating was waiting and wondering if someone was going to help or not. Better experience buying wipers at a competitor, spending much less money.

I went in looking for a bulb for a blinker... they sold me a headlight bulb. I quickly realized the mistake, and went back and asked again for a blinker bulb. They sold me a set of blinker bulbs... for the wrong vehicle. They also attempted to credit me back the difference (the blinker bulbs were cheaper). What happened instead was that they charged me again for the headlight bulb price and then credited it back... so I had still overpaid for the wrong bulbs. At this point I have no desire to go back and return the wrong part, and I will just eat the difference that I was not credited back. The whole process was a HUGE waste of time. I went to O'Riley's and got the correct bulbs, it took about 2 minutes. I will not attempt to do business with NAPA again.

Juan is a great help! Even if they don't have the synthetic gear lube I am looking for, he will around to find it for me! What a great guy!

Easy to get in and out. I needed general parts for a fuel system and they helped out. Ordering parts for cars is easy and fast; they have a large selection of OEM and mopar parts for pretty much everything.

Awesome service, the guy helped us out with tools to get our ignition switch replaced and was super kind about it. Great place to stop in for your traveling car trouble needs! Dirty kid out.

They have this great thing were they put your phone number into there system so if you loose your receipt they can still look you up and make exchanges or returns or validate warranty! They now also have a rewards program!

With cold spell battery decided to retire. Showed up at Napa and worked with Ammar to test existing battery (170 cold crank) and it would not restart. Bought a battery and Ammar was great feeding me tools for the parking lot swap. Now if anyone has a 2016 Silverado be warned, it is a legit 45 min swap and without Desmond the Asst Mgr rolling up his sleeves and helping in 45 degree weather I would have been there all night. Chevy makes zero room to remove the battery, insider trick by Desmond saved the day. These guys are not just there to sell some parts. Why when I need something I don t hesitate to swing by.

Over priced. Somehow the only place in town that can't make returns or exchanges without a receipt even if purchase was made with a credit card. Their primary business is with dealerships and it shows in their customer service.
