Christian was an outstanding salesman. He knew his facts better than any salesman I ve previously worked with. This dealership worked very hard to make a great deal for us. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

We worked with Brian and he was AMAZING. He drove the car we were interested in both to my husbands work and our house for test drives. He answered all questions, made sure the paperwork was in place prior to our arrival for signing and responded very quickly to phone calls/texts. He went above and beyond and made this car buying experience fast and pleasant. We will be buying a second car from him in the future.

I had the privilege of working with Brian to find the right vehicle for my family and I. From the start Brian was friendly and personable. He was helpful and determined to find us all of the best options that fit within the budget that was previously set prior to the visit to the dealership. Brian worked diligently with the finance department to negotiate the costs of the vehicle, he ran numbers back and forth until reaching a deal. He genuinely valued what I was searching for in a vehicle and did not try to encourage anything more than what I had asked for, which made the whole experience feel supportive and enjoyable.In the finance department I had the privilege of working with Kristian. He was thorough and explained all of the documentation and answered all of the questions I had with sincerity and kindness. It was a great environment from the moment I walked in the door. Both men seemed passionate about their jobs and about helping their customers to the best of their ability. I d highly recommend visiting the dealership and working with the wonderful employees.

I had an amazing experience purchasing my car at Mercedes. I was not even thinking to buy a car that day, but we drove by and I fell in love with a car there. My husband went to ask some questions and check if we could take on a test drive. Emir helped us and he was very knowledgeable and answered right away all the questions we had. He was very attentive, kind and helpful! He is a great salesman! We ended up buying the car and we were impressed with their services and attention to the customer! Everything was perfect! I am so happy with my purchase and the experience we had there.

John and Charles were top notch from start to finish. From showing us various different Mercedes to helping us set up and show us all the cool features on our new car. They were both very patient with us as I was having trouble deciding on which car to get. They helped us narrow down which one to get and could not be happier!!

MB of DSM has terrific service. Recently purchased our second MB vehicle from them. There were some minor details that needed to be cleaned up prior to delivery and they were handled promptly and completely. Everyone throughout the purchase process was polite, professional and friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming and stress free. I ll definitely choose and recommend them in the future.

Imagine wanting to buy a car and not a single person bothers to call you for over an hour after your appointment began. If this is your customer service I m actually worried about the used cars you re selling. Btw, the car I m interested in was posted with a service engine light on. I can t bring to imagine what might be wrong with it #frustrated

My calendar had one day this month where I could make time to buy a car.Made an offer on Friday via the website. Offer was ignored and received canned car is available response Saturday morning.Tried again - I sent an email with an offer Saturday morning. Received a one line reply come in and we ll deal about an hour later.I followed up with, I m pressed for time. Did you agree to my price? Received no response. Crickets.At the end of the day, I followed up for the last time. I said, I ve been in that dealership a dozen times and it s never so busy to excuse your poor service. And the come in and deal is beneath a Mercedes dealer. It is very Kia of you. Sales person called me within 3 minutes. I let the call roll to VM because a customer should never accept bad service.I ll buy elsewhere when I have time to shop again next month.

I ve bought cars from quite a few different dealerships prior, however Mercedes gave me the best service yet. Emir was our salesman, he was awesome. Definitely worked hard to make sure the sale went smooth, also insured that we got a good amount for our trade in. The financing part was so smooth and quick as well, couldn t believe how fast it was. I can say that in the future, I will always come back to this dealership to buy cars. I love my new Mercedes.

Emir is such an amazing sales person. Never pushy and always willing to help. Our family is looking to add a third car and Emir has been great offering some great suggestions. Knowing that price is something that is important for our family, he has been looking at options and bringing us great possible options. Emir is kind and patient with all of my questions and I appreciate that he sees me as an equal buyer through this process with my husband. He never makes me feel bad for a question and is always quick to respond. I know that perfect car for our family is out there and am confident Emir will be the one to deliver it!

Had a regular scheduled service and a detailing of my vehicle. They were nothing but professional. Brad Ashby is always great to work with. I was in and out before I expected them to get me out. They did a great job on detailing my car, felt like I was driving home in a brand-new vehicle.

3/11/2024 - We went to Mercedes of Des Moines looking to buy a vehicle. Christian Firestine met myself and my wife on the lot. We had two different Mercedes in mind. We test drove both and settled on one of the models. Christian was great to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time and was very thorough in his guidance on how to operate the model we chose. We closed the deal with the finance manager. His name was Christian as well. He was great to deal with also. We ended up being at the dealership less than two hours and thirty minutes from test drive to finish. I ve dealt with Mercedes of Des Moines for many years and I ve always had an awesome experience. Ben in the service department has serviced my cars for many years and he s outstanding as well. Brad and Nathan are also great service advisors.

The whole experience was superb! The Mercedes staff brought out all the bells and whistles. To make sure I was taken care of while my car was being serviced, and detailed my car ! I m talking about the royal treatment. 10/10 recommended thanks Mercedes!

Stopped in to look at a used vehicle. We made a fair offer which they accepted. Paperwork was a breeze. We drove away with the cleanest used vehicle off a lot I have ever seen. It was spotless when we test drove it, and they still had it in for a final detail inside and out before we left. Excellent buying experience!

I have bought multiple cars from Mercedes, and all I can say is I won t look elsewhere. Emir has been my sales person & has went above and beyond through the whole process. Making sure we re taking care of, making sure trade in value exceeded my expectations. Also making sure the car was cleaned & serviced to my needs. His knowledge on any car new or used makes you feel very comfortable with buying any sort of vehicle. Emir has always been honest and done what he can when it came to my buying process. I will always come to Emir when a new car is needed and will continue to recommend him to everybody that I know.

Greg Andrews returned my frantic call!. Was an excellent listener - made a couple of suggestions & waited several hours for me to decide what to do. Helped me find a towing company (I was stuck overnight at a gas station 20 miles south), squeezed me in for sepertine belt replacement the next morning & even provided a ride to a local hotel for an overnight. Someone returned in the morning to pick me up - exceptional service & great compassion in a VERY stressful situation.

Nathan in the service department was incredibly helpful and accommodating. My vehicle was having some issues as I was passing through Des Moines and Nathan got me scheduled right away and helped assess the problem in order to get me back on the road quickly. They went above and beyond for me. I wish my local dealership provided the same outstanding level of customer service. Thank you!!!

I had one of the best experiences buying a car this week! I kept putting it off until the day I walked into the sales floor and spotted a young man in his office. That is when I met Emir Abidovic, and asked him if he was available to help me and . if he could tolerate someone who can t decide what she wants yet. He said yes with a huge smile. He was so professional, sincere and helpful. I came in for routine service B and decided to take the dealership up on an offer to upgrade my car.Christian Firestine attended to me.He was patient and did an awesome job.He was so convincing that I bought a new GLE 350 same day!His Business Manager remembers my face too as he sold me the one I was trading in some years ago.He is another fine gentleman who made me feel ease doing biz with them. My experience with a sales-man named Midhat was incredible he was very polite and patient with me and my wife. He was on top of it whenever I had any questions he was extremely honest and helpful. I would recommend Midhat to anybody that wants to experience a great and responsive sales-man the way a salesman should be. He personally said and I quote if in not honest then I m not me 110% recommend him to anybody, will be going back to him in the future.

We went to Mercedes-Benz to look at a used car for me we found online, the price online was great and we couldn t pass it up. After we started the deal we learned that the dealership made a mistake and had it priced wrong, we were happy that their assistant GM said they would still honor the price and take good care of us. Nice friendly and helpful sales staff as well.

This dealership was absolutely amazing! Midhat was great to work with and very transparent through the whole process. I am so glad we went to this dealership and will definitely work with Midhat again next time we purchase a car! 10/10!! Love my new car.

All around a great experience. The waiting room is well appointed and stocked with drinks and snacks. My car was properly cuddled and nurtured back to health. 5 stars from both of us!

Amazing service! We had called 12 local mechanics, including Mercedes-Benz of Omaha since that is where we live and we were told they could not even look at a mechanical issue with our vehicle that was limiting starts until AUGUST. So in desperation I called cities in the surrounding area and Brad Ashby with Mercedes Benz of Des Moines was the first to return my call and tell me he could get my vehicle in the following week. He continued to provide excellent service while we were in the dealership and made sure we understood completely what the issues were with our van and what was necessary to fix them. We returned to chat with Brad about additional work needing to be done and we happened to stop in while he was on his lunch( my fault for not calling ahead) but Greg in the service department was very kind and helpful in Brads absence. Truly 5 star service.

Honestly I would give your service department 10 out of 5. Kaitlin was awesome to work with as was your porter. Made the entire experience very enjoyable. I trust their judgement and work. Wouldn t take my car anywhere else.
