First visit with my Ranger for a tire rotation. Not time to get tires yet, but I ll be back once it s time for them. Special shout out to Manny too. I was going to get a balance as well. He asked some questions and we decided my truck didn t need it. Saved me $84 - great business practices!

I purchased a set of snow tires here. Great set of tires however the issue I have is when this shop switches out my wheels. 3 years in a row now they have damaged wheel studs by over tightening them with the impact wrench. They always make it right by arranging for Breaks Plus to do the repair but it's a huge inconvenience and shouldn't be happening. This year I'm told that my particular make of car is notorious for this issue yet when I ask questions about it on an online forum of people who own the same car absolutely nobody has encountered the issue and everyone says I should find a new tire shop. I will say this about Discount Tire though. They're always very friendly, their prices are good. It's a clean shop and they do a good job taking care of their customers but the issue of cross threading lugs and over tightening with the impact wrench needs to stop. I think I need to go elsewhere from here on out.

Have always thought this was a good place. Have had air put in tires, bought a tire and they repaired a tire that had a nail in it. When I went in for the nail repair they wanted to change my wiper blades, they presented two options and because of the limited amount of driving I do, I opted for the economy blades. I was driving home after the service experience and as I looked at the blades they had replaced, there was something not quite right about the driver side wiper. As it was late already, I decided I would stop by the next day. I have been driving this car for 6 years and something just didn t seem right. The manager was very nice and couldn t figure anything out, but suggested I take it to the dealer to have them check it. Being that it is an older model of a high end car, I knew it would cost me money (somehow) if I went to the dealer. I couldn t get my old blades back (to see how they fit) and I was not satisfied with the resolution that the manager offered - he wanted to try the higher end blades and he even offered a refund and would let me keep the blades. It did not change my perceived issues, so I left, vowing to never return. I m sure the manager was glad I left. I just had an expectation that for something as simple as a windshield wiper replacement that it wouldn t change the sight lines of the driver s eye. I didn t act well, but I was not getting the answer I expected to get. I had an auto supply store look at it, and, while it was the right size blade, neither of us thought that it fit right. I have changed wiper blades before without issue and only acquiesced because of the free tire repair. If you re happy with what you have, don t fall for add ons.

Very busy place (albeit, right before a blizzard was to hit), but they seemed to handle the extra business well.The man that helped me was honest (I wish I could remember his name) and I appreciated the fact he didn't pressure me to be upsold on a product I didn't feel I needed-Which is a rare feeling walking into an automotive store as a female.They closed at 6 pm this day, but seeing as I had issues using an app to get a further discount, it caused a delay-but they didn't kick me out at 6 pm. The man at the counter made sure I knew they would finish the job for me.They put my tire on and got me back on the road by 615 pm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone to this location, but especially any non-mechanically inclined females.

Polite and knowledgeable staff. Very satisfied. Bought two sets of tires there and had only one small problem which they fixed promptly and effectively. Would highly recommend.

Great service from the service manager to the technicians. My vehicle was taken care of in great time and by the book. Their warranties are also great here and no hassle, would rate higher if I could.

Spent 1000 on new tires. Two issues. Asked them to help put a plastic trim back on, they said they did it. They did not. Please don t lie to customers.Also I bought brand new ties and my tire pressure light is on and remained on. This wasn t an issue with the old tires you charged me to get rid of.

Do NOT recommend this Discount Tire.You can hear all the hooting and hollering going on in the shop from the lobby. Not professional at all. Loud music and they are clearly more worried about quick then right.Guy ahead of me got the pleasure of a pile of rounded off lug nuts.I got a broken wheel stud.So I had to take it to be repaired. Brakes Plus fixed me up quick but also said wheel weights were falling off/incorrectly installed.So basically they did nothing right.

I've went here many times in the past I'm not sure what happened during my last visit. 1) they called me to tell me my vehicle won't start and asked me if there's any "tricks" to start it. Well you jump it as its a dead battery but they didnt understand how to fo that I guess? So i had to come jump my own car otherwise they were going to cancel my appointment. 2) when I asked what punctured my tire the response was some mumbles. 3) the tech turned off my vehicle when i told them not to shut it off again as I didnt want to have to keep jumping it because it didnt have time to get recharged... This was sub zero temps they need a better process to handle these situations in the Midwest weather

Couldn't get my first option bc they were on back order and after 3 weeks (which they said 3 to 4 weeks, however after 3 they weren't even in their Michigan warehouse and no eta) I decided to go with what would be my 2nd option so not my favorite which I understand was my call, but they never gave me the price they told me which basically sold me on the 2nd pair, or I wouldn't have agreed to switch, and just kept what I had given them for the original set of tires and wheels which I'm not really cool with. Although I didn't say anything they shouldn't have kept the difference no matter what.

Entire team there was fantastic. I needed some rims installed on a time crunch and they killed it. Small details matter and they were using a manual torq wrench on my new rims which is far better than being hammered on by a pneumatic impact. Kaden (Mgr) was running around helping and leading his team. Very impressed and well done Discount Tire Urbandale. Highly Recommend!! Enjoy the pizza .

Excellent customer service. Fast. Efficient.Need a TPM sensor for a Lexus? Take it to the dealership and pay $300 or take it to Discount Tire and pay $60. The dealership will pour you coffee and try to sell you another car. I'll just use the extra $240 to get my own coffee.

Quick friendly staff. Trevor went above and beyond to get four tires balanced and a leak fixed. He had my car done in 45mins. When I showed up to pay my bill Trevor let me know it was on the house! Will definitely recommend and be back.

Had them put on trailer tires I bought online. Mount balance and disposal was very reasonable at $21. No issues, good service and I was out in under 1 hour. They cleaned the bead seal surface on the rims and put in new valve stems. I would use their services again.

A good friend recommended DT, Merle Hay Rd. It was been a great experience. On a trip, a tire lost air, and fortunately there was a DT in the town nearby (Dubuque). Another good experience.Thanks!

Ordered my tires online, was promised it would be done in an hour, and I was driving out of there in 30 min. Very pleased with the service. 4th time going here for tires, and have been pleased every time!

Cesar and Gavin were true professionals and made my visit here a great experience. I had a nail/screw in one of my tires and the guys in the shop were able to patch it quickly and get me back on the road. Best part of all, it was free.

My husband and I stopped on our road trip to Denver and these guys were fantastic. Very professional, friendly, prompt and went out of their way to try and help us get the help we needed regarding an issue they weren't able to fix. Would happily stop here again for any tire needs if I am passing through.

Had a blowout taking my kid to school on Friday morning. Changed my tire that morning but needed a replacement. Scheduled an appointment online. Had option to purchase online but chose to wait until I was on-site. Got a quick appointment right away new tire was out on and I was on my way with in 30 minutes. They put everything back to where it belonged. Super-friendly, not pushy but shared options and considerations. Reasonably priced. I ll probably come here next time o need new tires.

Change my tire the front 2 I want the same tire the back tire that I have him said we can do that we have the same tire that you have but when they change they not change the same tire that I have tire I come back him said me you have to pay labor again wasting my time to come back and want me to pay labor again I not do again my tire not match now

Would like to give Kyle a shoutout. I came to get some new tires put on and you could tell he listened and genuinely cared about what I was saying as a customer. I proceed to wait for when my work was finished. At which time I saw multiple customers come and go and everyone he dealt with you can tell he gave the time and caring attitude despite the rush. He actually listened and understood each person. The service industry deserves a lot more people like Kyle!
