These guys are great. My Silverado got door dinged hard enough it dented the door top and bottom and scuffed the paint. Estimate was quick and they got me in right away. On the actual service day I asked them about a couple small other dings (one on hood and one on drivers from fender and they fixed them for only a little bit more. Only had it 1/2 day and done.

DO NOT go to this shop for anything tint related unless you want disappointment & to take it back several times. Poor workmanship, they do not stand behind their lifetime warranty. Very unsatisfactory results.

I was really impressed by the work done by Dent Eliminators. I had a tree limb fall on my car during the Derecho and brought it in to get fixed. The final cost was 1/5 of the dealer estimate and results look identical. Drop off and pick up was very easy. Highly recommend.

A+ We like keeping our trucks looking sharp but washing only does so much. Dent Eliminators polished and waxed our service trucks. They took all of the road grime and tar off of all of our trucks and renewed their shine ! The turnaround was quick and the quality of their service is 5 STARS !!!!

The interior detail was OK. I was disappointed that there wasn t more attention to detail. It looks like there are areas that are rushed and left without deep cleaning. I actually had to clean out a back seat cup holder myself when I got home! (Cleaned it before I took a photo). The seats look great - so it s not all bad. Overall, I wouldn t recommend if you are looking for a deep and detailed clean.

After allowing them to try and fix issues with window tint that they had installed on my vehicle two separate times the work was just as sloppy and poor as the first time they did it. Paid nearly $800 to have a full suv and windshield tinted, won t give a refund because they said they will fix the issue. My thoughts are that if you cannot fix the issue the first time why would I continue to bring a vehicle back to you over and over just to know it won t be done correctly. We live over an hour away and have to take off work each time to take the vehicle down to them to have them try to fix it again and again. Spoke with the owner explained my frustrations with him and he tries to blame it all on me, told me the first time they would install new pieces of film since they were not cut correctly the first time only to have his installers trim the film that was on there to try and make it work. Now we have issues with multiple windows peeling, excess amounts of dirt in the film, and a poor quality expensive tint job that will have to be completely redone at a different shop. I have had another shop take a look at it that is reputable and they have said it s sloppy and poor workmanship. I will be reaching out to XPEL customer service and explain to them how they have treated me over this whole experience. Oh also fought to get my warranty information from them for 6 months as they said they only give out a receipt for warranty but per xpel you need a warranty card for the nationwide warranty.DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO BE TINTED HERE.

I recently needed a good sized parking lothit and run dent repaired. I tried a paintless repair service and they were unable to remove it ao I brought it to Dent Eliminators in Urbandale and they did a fantastic job! They had to repaint my doors and the color matches perfectly. Nobody would ever guess that the dent was there previously. Great work!Service: Body & Trim

Awesome job with dent repair, paint touch up and buffing. The color match was perfect and worth every penny. The interior and under the hood clean up was also done perfectly. Met all the expectations. Would recommend the place to anybody.

Great experience and price for window tint removal. I believe Chad*? did my service, and there was a super nice young guy (with cool gauges) at the counter. 8AM I was there and they have a coffee bar, and I had my kids, and they had a little toy box, AND comfortable seating. A+. Couldn't have asked for more.

Was told a quote to fix my bumper and it was spot on without any hidden costs. Told it would take 3 days, got done in 2. Very nice honest people and they execute well for what needs done. They ll get you taken care of. Thanks guys.

Nice people. I thought the staff kinda talked to me like i was uneducated. Thought the estimate was very overpriced and was less expensive to just order a used painted fender and put it on the car then have the work done.

I had a great experience with this company. I was in town for a wedding and had an issue with my rental car that involved a big scrape on the bumper and some dents by the taillight. I didn't really know what to do other than turn the car in and pay Enterprise to fix it, but a friend of the bride told me that Dent Eliminators might be able to help me. I called first thing Monday morning and spoke with Dean. When I told him that my flight was later that day, he told me to bring the car right over. Two hours later, my rental looked like nothing had ever happened. I thought the bumper would have to be painted but Dean was able to buff the scrapes out. And the dents came out perfect too. I cannot recommend Dent Eliminators enough, both for their customer service and for their quality of work.

I had a deep ding on the A-pillar above my driver's side door that really, really stood out. These guys said they couldn't get any tools in behind it but were still confident they could pull it out and make it look better. I'm a super perfectionist and am blown away by how good they did. It's like the ding never even existed. Great price too!

Had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Dent Eliminators. I had a few dents in my Cadillac. I honestly didn't even think they could have been fixed. Jeff took a look at the dents, asked me if I wanted it to look like a Cadillac again, and told me it won't be a problem to take the dents out. Definitely take your vehicle to Dent Eliminators!

Beware of "bait & switch" tactics for repairs. Had 1 guy give me the estimate, and explain how easy it would be to repair a scratch buff it and touch it up to blend the paint back in. On drop off today, had a different estimator, who didn't read the estimate sheet, tell me no way they could fix the scratch like the 1st guy estimated, said they'd have to repaint the whole door, which was considerable more than the estimate. Blames the 1st guy for not understanding what I wanted. Had them do the repair I was quoted for, they are still blaming the 1st guy for the fact they don't have standards in their estimating practice. Nicely, they didn't charge me, but I can't believe they'd charge anyway for what they did, It looks like I put nail polish on the scratch myself.

A great place to get your windows tinted, only thing I would change is I wish it was done faster, I ll take longer job time if it means higher quality though. Also wish they had more % choices, still very happy with the job nonetheless.

They do good work. Got all my dents out. Wouldn't honor $100 dollar coupon when checking out. Why even send the coupons out if you don't honor them. Makes no sense.

Repair was done when it was planned, at the price quoted, and at the quality expected. That is the definition of good service. Five stars.
