I am rating Advanced/Carquest as a "Whole". Any time I need a part for my common car, or so I thought, Advanced seems to be the only parts store of 4 in DSM that carries exact OEM parts for my car. I've been to a few locations but each one was great, this one included. Greeted quickly, grabbed my part, got my receipt and out the door I went. Only store in town who had it in stock, thank goodness! Friendly and fast service for me! Can't complain.

Got to the store ELEVEN MINUTES before posted close time. Personal vehicle parked in front of doors and doors locked. Won't ever see me again. CarQuest or Advance.

While at a neighboring business a piece of my child s wheelchair came loose which make it unsafe to travel in. I went to this Carquest location pushing the wheelchair, one employee open the door and I explained to another that I needed an allen wrench to to tighten. This was right at closing time but the staff sprung into action and helped me get the issue resolve without hesitation. Greatly appreciate their help and I will become a regular customer of this location!

This place is awesome....extremely helpful and will find the right part for your needs (even if you ordered the wrong one online) and they are quick. There are a number of other auto stores closer to my home than this place, but after using them once I will take the extra drive for the exceptional service! Rather bummed I hadn't tried them sooner

Poor Customer Service- bought a new battery online and they said they have no time to install it and go to some other store to install. 3 people where standing there doing nothing and I was the only customer in the store

Absolutely garbage customer service. Older gentleman working Saturday afternoon couldn't have been any more rude and un-helpful.

Battery was toast. They did not have it in stock but sent a driver to another store to get me a battery to get me back on the road. Above and beyond service. THANK YOU!
