Customer Service was great. Went for oil change and they found slow leaks in my front tires. One was a nail and t h e other had a leak in the valve stem. Got'em both fixed - and only 1 trip to Bob Brown. I'll definitely be a regular there. Thank you.

4 bays, oil changes, rotations and other services like tire repair ( haven't used).Middle of the road to high prices.Expect 90 minutes if you show up and the bays are full but you are one of the next 3 cars.

Always friendly knowledgeable mechanics. Just think any oil change is expensive now. I do think this dealership could give loyal customers better coupons, at least $20.00 for the oil change and lower the price of repairs from $250.00 to use a $10.00 coupon. Not much of a deal. They do excellent work though.

The office manager was prompt and proactive in approaching me to determine my oil service preferences and scheduling me and advising me of the wait time. Technician went a little deeper found that my cabin and air filter needed changed and quoted a reasonable cost to take care of that and was much appreciated. When there are long wait times, you might offer bottled water and coffee to waiting customers that would be a nice touch and you would earn 5 stars next time!

*UpdatedI pulled up the website and see they have a live web cam, so you can check how busy it is, which is...awesome!Service was quick and friendly today. Happily changing this to four stars.Went there, admittedly, at a horrible time. 10am on a Saturday.They have four bays active, but appeared to only be working on one bay at a time. The line was two to three deep in each lane.I was there an hour and only one car was finished, and only one car moved from the queue to the bay.I understand that it's "certified" service and should take longer... But "quick" should not be in the name.I left without even getting a number on my windshield. I'm not sure I'll return.

Took over 2hrs. Arrived at 7:15am. So maybe "Quick" may need some rethinking?

Slow lube should be on the side of the building. 90 minutes and still waiting. I purchased a 2023 Tahoe which included my first oil change for free. The cheapest oil change is $90. I think I'll be going to somewhere I can make an appointment and be in and out in 30 minutes.

Dropped by Quick Lube on extremely hot day. Friendly staff and vehicle completed in the time estimated. Very satisfied!

Once you get in, normally about 20 min for an oil change, 40 if you add tire rotation. They inform but don't pressure you to buy additional services. Lines can be long on Sat mornings but not always. Counts as qualified Chevy service (for warranty purposes). Price is average for dealer quick lube.

Service was awesome but the hour and a half wait was grueling. I sure wish we could make appts. That is really hard on a 74 year old woman recently had back surgery. I think this service situation needs to be revisited....

Scratch the word quick, could have gone to any quick lube in Des Moines and got in and 1/3 of the time and at 1/3 of the cost is of $60. Figured I should go there since I'm leasing a car from Bob Brown Chevrolet, but as far as I'm concerned it was a mistake on my part. I waited for an hour and a half before my car even got in the shop.

It took a hour for an oil change. It's the third time so it's not my first poor experience. The employees walk as slow as snails. When I called to report my concerns, the manager gave me nothing but excuses. At Shotenkirck the give you an oil change, vacuum the floor mats, and wash it within 30 min. Nothing quit or nice about this place. I will make a drive to Waukee for better service.

Slowest quick lube around. I never been in and out in less than an hour. Techs walk at the slowest possible pace and good around while you sit and waste gas waiting and watching in your vehicle. If it wasn't so close to my home I would never return.

Our trip to MN was interrupted by a major issue with our truck while towing our 5th wheel. After a service tech at Auto Zone called several places to track down the needed part, it was finally found at Bob Brown Chevrolet Dealership. I initially had a very poor experience with one of the men working the parts counter; rude, unsympathetic, and lied to top it off. Thankfully, another gentleman checked us out. After receiving our part, we went to change it out and were parked in front of the Quick Lube. One of the mechanics seen we were having a hard time and he came out to see if we needed a hand. Nick R. apologized for the prior experience and really tried to help us out. He went above and beyond in showing excellent customer service and changed my mind about the whole place. He was genuinely concernedand cared about us. People like Nick are hard to come by and are so greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Takes 45 minutes just to get in for an oil change. Then takes another 45 minutes to get a simple oil change. This isn t the first 1.5 hour oil change I ve had here. Nobody is in a hurry. This is Thursday at 9:30am. I would hate to see what a Saturday looks like. I would save yourself some time and go somewhere else. I will not go back.

I ve had nothing but great experiences at the service bay at Bob Brown Chevy but I am not as impressed with their quick lube center. They told my girlfriend a nail in her tire was unfixable . I m pretty sure they were just trying to sell a tire to someone that they thought wouldn t know better because anyone who knows about nails and sidewalls would know it wasn t near the sidewall and the tire has been perfectly fine since I have gotten it patched months ago.

Bob Brown Urbandale has the nicest people. get in line early to get your oil. changed. if there is a long wait, go meet Jason C! He has put our family in many great vehicles with no pressure.

Your certified express QUICK lube is a joke. I've been bringing cars here for 15 years. I'm done. They are slow and inattentive. Farwell.

Twice now in 7-8 months, oil changes have resulted in issues. One ended in a redo at their cost because of overfilling the reservoir and now another issue with oil ending up in my transmission causing a $500 unnecessary bill. This is unacceptable.

Its OK. What does OK mean? It means I will come back. A "quick" lube it is not, but nothing is perfect. Expect to wait, just bring something to do. The people seem friendly and I dont feel like I'm being sold something at every turn. They change the oil, review a checklist when done, and I'm out the door. They do often miss my grease zerks (hence the 3 star rating) but I know my truck so I know where to check. Oil changes take around 25 minutes once in the bay.

Very quick service! From the time I pulled up to the door to the time I left it was under 15 minutes! The staff was very friendly even setting up a time with the main Service department to have my recalls taken care of!

Different since covio 19 can't sit watch tv or get soda pop you have to wait in your car or stand outside until your oil change is done. New faces ask how your day is going so far Nice like that they talk to you.

Service Quality is fine; but when the website says it opens at 8am, and I pull in at 7:55 and there are already vehicles in each of the 4 bays, I feel mislead. I would have arrived earlier!

Very busy, had to wait for an hour. Too bad they removed all of the amenities that they use to have while you waited like the soda fountain.
