Scott Hampe Is amazing! He went above and beyond helping me get into the car that I wanted. Scott and Joe were a wonderful team when it came to signing day. Everything was prepped and we were out in record time. Great team and I really appreciate all their hard work to help me along the way.

We just purchased with Jim Andrews and he really worked with me to get my payment where I needed it to be! He is down to earth, no BS, with a can do attitude.I had also reached out to the Bob Brown in Ankeny, regarding a similar vehicle, and they weren t even entertaining what I wanted. They didn t even act like they cared to sell me anything. I get the sales training process, but telling someone that s never spent this much money on a vehicle, how busy their manager is multiple times, is not the way to go with me.I like honest accountability and flexibility and Jim and his team got me exactly what I wanted. We are ALL super busy. Was able to negotiate and communicate by text, in my free available moments, which is very important to me. Went and signed the papers later that day and drove her home. I LOVE my new GMC. Highly recommend reaching out to them if you are looking for a new to you vehicle.

Literally the best experience I've ever had. Clyde Birks hands down the best. I DO NOT LIKE CAR SHOPPING. He made it so relax. He made me laugh. Thank you so much for everything. My husband loves his truck.

Seems like any other dealer if your trading in your vehicle you get low balled on, On the other hand their used vehicles are priced like new.

So just bought a car from them about a week ago, and have no complaints.The Sales man who helped me was named Grant, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and down to earth. It was a great all around experience.. so good job Grant your going places buddy.

I purchased a 2017 Chevy Volt from this dealership. I have owned the car less than 2 years and so far the engine exhaust has had issues which led to my car breaking down on the highway having to be towed, windshield wiper fuse issues, and now the engine needing to be replaced. I am now being quoted $9,000 to have the engine replaced. I would strongly recommend avoiding the place.

I walked in looking for a car. Had a preference and budget set. The gentleman, who I didn t really care to know his name. Forgot his name right away as he gave me a not so warm welcome. Sat me down and hardly really talked to me. Led me outside and didn t. Guide me to where the cars where, had to ask him where they were at. Looked at a few and he didn t even offer any suggestions or he rather didn t really communicate with me. I just told him I didn t like anything on the lot and that I would just look some place else. Didn t say much as we both walk our separate ways. Awkward encounter and I don t recommend this place for first time car buyers.

Do not trade in a vehicle with these ppl unless your giving it away. Seriously the worst place I have ever been. I am not stupid and know what my stuff is worth. Please get a second or third offer other places. Good luck there terrible
