This was my second time buying tires at this store, and both times were smooth and fast. Brian and the crew got me in and out quickly, and had the right tires at a good price for my SUV. The first set I bought there lasted over 45,000 miles. If I keep the car long enough to wear these out, I will be back !

I was in a near emergency and unexpected situation due to a flat tire while on a trip and needed to buy two tires. I found all of the staff at Big O Tires in Urbandale helpful and professional, especially Mr. Mincy. My questions were answered and the work was done quickly. I'm glad I chose Big O Tires and gladly refer others to go there for their tire needs.

From start to finish the Urbandale team of employees were phenomenal. Professional, great communication, quick and efficient service! Very clean and quiet waiting area. Well managed facility. 5 stars!

I've been here four times. A testament to a great tire shop! And I'll keep coming back. The staff are knowledgeable and great to talk to. Prices are good. I brought my tires here, including balancing and mounting plus removing the old ones it came to $140. Asked for a two-wheel alignment and they came back saying I didn't need one.

Wonderful experience! They got me in for new tires and oil change on the same day. They finished early and did a phenomenal job. Staff was super kind and helpful. I will be a repeat customer!

Tevin and Eric are awesome. The whole team works great to make sure there is complete communication and information with the customer. Absolute respect. I drove 1.5 hours for this service and it was worth it.

Big O tires in Urbandale, IA are amazing! The staff are nice every time is go in and are so helpful! They provide pricing for things that need to be done on my vehicle that I m not aware of and if I can t do it at that time, they aren t pushy like some mechanic places are. I always have the best and most positive experience each time. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

I have been an on and off again customer for years. But a number of disappointing experiences with mechanics at other establishments has led me back to this particular Big O. I was unaware that they were full service until today. Brian and Tevin were super friendly and attentive and the work done and price surpassed my expectations. You have earned a loyal customer. Great job to the whole crew!

Had a front tire running low on pressure and I was unable to get to it myself because of where the stem was located via the hub cap. I was able to get a same-day appointment at Big O and they had me in and out in 10 minutes. No charge. Very friendly. Highly recommend.

I feel as though they attempted to upcharge me due to not having a ton of car knowledge. They wanted to charge me 3x as much as another shop to change my break pads ($550-$680 for only front pads, got them done for $200) and forgot to give me the deal discussed on the phone for the tires. Tires are fine and the man was polite, but won t be returning.

Have been coming to this location for years always super quick and great service. Today I came in with an immediate problem (not their fault) it was fixed in 10 minutes and completely free. They truly value your business and treat you right.

Nicest people I met. Never tried to take advantage of being out of town with a flat tire. Went out of their way to help and not charge me anything!! You don t run into a customer service like that very often. This is my granddaughter s account but I wanted to tell everyone that they are the bestHopefully this posts to Big O Tire

Needed new tires Tevin got my quote put together and Brian got me line up for appointment. Came back for my new tires Tevin was there and ready to help. Excellent service and Austin did a fantastic job on tire change out and alignment. Thanks guys, job well done. Great place to go for tires and service.

This is based purely off of customer service as I am getting tire services in a few days, so I will update after!Buuuuuttttt . Brian has been an absolute delight to speak and coordinate with! I feel really good about getting new tires (that were shipped in heckin fast!) put on here at this location, so I am sure the five stars will remain my opinion.

Have an old 2000 Chevy 2500 and the fuel tank straps were rusting out so I used ratchet straps in the meantime and they are safe and hold it perfect. Needed 4 tires mounted and balanced and I told them about the straps on the tank before hand so they didn t worry about it and when I got there to get the tires mounted they turned me away because of the fuel tank straps tell me how that has anything to do with mounting and balancing 4 tires. Waste of time and gas never going here again.

I had a great experience today with Tevin and Brian - they were professional and friendly (one might even say chipper), and made sure I understood what was inspected and my options to move forward. Car service can frankly be a hassle, and today's experience was definitely not - thank you for making it quick and easy, and giving me confidence that my car is well cared for!

Dan, is hands down legit! He made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. He went out of his way to go get the tires I needed for my car at the warehouse to make sure I was set for my meeting and road trip. I appreciate your dedication to taking care of me. Tevin and Luke now have a new buddy at the top of the list for me!! I appreciate you Dan!Brian and Jeremy also continued to provide me with except service while Dan was out picking up my tires. Overall, really great experience with this Location. Thank you all for your collective help and great service!!

My truck driver side tire thread was eating out from one side, I brought my truck 7 month ago for them to check to fix it.They first said, they have to do diagnostic then long story short they said it needs alignment. They did alignment and changed the tire, and as you can see on the picture same side and same tire having the same problem.Today I brought my truck again to check, same thing. They ask me to do an alignment and change the tire.Alignment is suppose to be done every 2-3 years and get it check every 6 months, however it s been 7 months and my tire is no good I feel like they do not know what they are doing and they do not take their mistake and try to help you out.Thank you for your unprofessional business.

Always a great experience here and I feel at peace knowing my car will always be taken care of, especially with Kevin! He s a really good dude, honestly a very trusty employee; he gives the details to you straight and he s very friendly.

Would not Recommend them to do tires because there is 3 different wholesale dealers that sells tires to dealers. So you should be able to put new tires on for a customer.
