I recently had my 2019 Audi Q5 serviced at Benchmark Automotive Solutions (BAS). Brian was so understanding of my situation. He devoted much time and effort into explaining everything to me. He was extremely knowledgeable in sensor calibration of an Audi. I felt he went above and beyond in servicing my vehicle. I highly recommend BAS for all automotive needs superior service, friendly, caring, and unbeatable prices.

We ve worked very closely with this business on multiple occasions. When no other shop in town is capable of successfully performing proper alignments and calibrations we finally found Benchmark and to say they are the most qualified place to have do this work is an understatement. Brian was fantastic and detailed dialing in my alignment, also squeezed me in when I had a wheel balance problem with the potholes in Des Moines. Highly recommend these guys! (For those with adaptive cruise and other safety systems, they can do that stuff too)
